His attention to detail and commitment to doing things the right way gave me real peace of mind during what can often be a stressful process. Jason the construction manager was very helpful during our walk through and after. When I have a question he comes by to help understand. When things were just not right he made sure to make them right. He is quick to answer even when I hit him up late. Love the support he has given us.

We were looking for an affordable but very nice home in the greater Nashville area and found it with a Beazor home in Bradshaw Farms addition, From the onsite realtor and construction manager we have had nothing but great service and attention to details. The home is solidly built and energy efficient with a lot of extras in the home as standard that other builders were charging as a upgrade.

This was the easiest process with Beazer. Appreciated the weekly home building updates with Brandon Pack and Pamela Wilson. We ran into some snags at the end but still closed on time. Love the Ansley floor plan!

Our experience buying our first home with Beazer homes was such a smooth process. They were very attentive and prompt to our needs. Our sales agents, project managers, and preferred lenders were all great to work with. They made sure to take great care of us and provide us with a great place to live. Entire staff from the day I started searching through picking up keys and post move in has been an awesome experience! They have all made themselves available to assist me with all my needs. As a first time home buyer, I hope everyone can experiences the same level of satisfaction!

We recently purchased our Villa at Waverly. Overall, the experience was excellent. Monique, our sales person communicated very well and timely. Ryan, our builder also did a great job with communication and follow through. Mike with Beazer warranty was also very good to work with. We love our new home. One issue that we did have with the concrete pour on our front porch. It was very poor. We had to have special work done to cover all of the defects in the concrete. We have also noted in walking through the neighborhood there are many concrete issues with cracks and separations.

Hayley and Chris were very helpful and detail oriented when helping us close on our new Beazer home!
