The entire process from putting in an offer to moving in was very smooth and the Beazer team walked me through each step. Every important date was outlined and clear, and each request I had pre-close was met intently and quickly. The quality of the home is amazing, and we’re very satisfied with our new home!

My husband and I are first time home buyers and our experience with Beazer could not have been smoother. There was no request Michael or Chris wouldn’t find a way to go above and beyond to accommodate, and that standard of service has extended well beyond closing. Our realtor couldn’t believe the value of our home and even our home inspector commented on the quality being exceedingly better than other new builds at the same price point. We’re very fortunate to have found Beazer and are so glad we decided to go with them for our first home.

Our experience was fantastic. We were updated throughout the process, which kept us stress-free. Brice was a great project manager - he always provided updates on a consistent basis. We rarely had to ask for the status of anything because he always made sure we were in the loop. He and Pamela worked to make our experience as seamless as possible.

We had a great experience with our purchase starting with Jennifer who helped us through the whole process to Bryce to helped with the transition into the home. Both are so knowledge and dependable! They gave 100% of their attention to details to make sure everything was perfect and were amazing at communicating each step. We could not be happier with our new home.

I knew my search for a home ended when I met Rob and he showed me around and answered my questions. He spent as much time with us as we needed and was very helpful answering questions for a first time buyer. Brandon was also a huge help in the process, he helped with a lot of questions unique to the house and development. They both had constant and clear communication and even helped getting others on the phone to explain the purchasing process. I would definitely recommend working with them.

When my fiancée and I first decided to look into building a house, we were nervous we would be a little overwhelmed by the undertaking, but after years of shopping and never finding quite what we wanted, we decided to look into the option. Upon meeting with Justin from the Beazer team, we were beyond encouraged. He laid out the process in a way that was digestible and clear. Once we decided to move forward, Sydney from the design center was excellent, informative, and helpful. And when we finally broke ground, our build lead Cynthia was a rock star. The entire team was great, and we always felt informed, even though we were 900 miles away from the build site. Tracy and Ryan were the greatest to work with. Tracy was always available whenever you had a question or concern. Ryan went out of his way to make sure all our concerns were met. These 3 people went above and beyond. Rouch the mortgage guy eas incredible always there as well when you had concerns he put your mind at ease.

The home-buying process went very smoothly.

Beazer Homes were prompt with answering any concerns during and after the building process. Rob and Brandon were a great team that worked quick through any logistical challenges we faced.

We were heading to Lebanon to look at homes and we see an open house sign for Windtree, so we decided to stop. We initially were looking at townhouses and Shea showed us the townhouses we were interested in and told us all about the development amenities. We liked the location and style of Beazer homes. Things didn’t work out with any of the townhouses but, Shea told us about homes that were available especially one with a great location and she took the time to send us several videos of the house and we ended up closing on it a couple months later.

We had a great experience building our home. The entire process was smooth from start to finish. Trey, Joe, and Cindy were all wonderful to work with and truly made everything easy for us. They were professional, responsive, and always kept us in the loop at every stage of the build. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed quickly, and we always felt informed and supported throughout the process. Building a home can be stressful, but they made it feel organized and manageable. We’re very happy with our new home and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to build.

We purchased the house in June and moved in early December. Since we were out of state, we relied on the expertise of the Beazer construction team to build us a beautiful home, and they certainly did! We have excellent build quality and great relations with Cynthia, the construction team manager. Mike has been awesome with customer care. We look forward to using the new pool, gym and clubhouse this summer.

The builder and sales agent have been wonderful throughout the process of buying and fixing issues. They are available post closing too for addressing any questions.

Bryce has been absolutely great. Any issue that you have Bryce is on top of it and contacts you to make sure it has been resolved. Bryce even comes and checks on the issue himself to make sure your satisfied.

Brett, Leslie and Luis are awesome and always there to help with anything, also very fast and professional with any concerns!! Best team and individual are ever worked with, in short they are awesome!!!

Great experience with the sales team especially with Robert. He was always available to answer any of our questions. Inspector Mike was great fixing all the issues before closing. Overall great experience.
