The quality of work and materials used truly stand out — everything feels good, well-built, and thoughtfully designed. Just one call out, the toilet rooms for our bath-2 & 3 could have been a little bigger.. other than that you can tell that craftsmanship and durability were a top priority One thing that made this journey even more reassuring was the level of transparency from the builder. Throughout the process, we were kept well-informed with weekly updates, and the timelines promised were honored with precision. It’s rare these days to see such commitment to both schedule and communication, and I genuinely appreciate how seamless that made everything. I'm incredibly pleased with my new home in the Beazer-Waverly community. The Beazer team made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Monique's prompt communication and helpful answers during construction were invaluable. Cynthia and her team's attention to detail in resolving minor issues was also impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend Beazer to future homeowners.

We recently moved into our new house in Mt Juliet and are thrilled with how beautiful it turned out! Beazer assembled a fantastic team that made the experience superb. Hayley (Sales), Damien and Chris (Const. Mgrs.), Nikki (Design), and Mike (Cust. Care) far exceeded our expectations. We were a little wary at first in navigating a new build in TN from our home in CT, but everyone involved kept us extremely well-informed and provided highly detailed updates throughout the entire process. They instilled in us a complete sense of confidence and trust. The construction crew are craftsmen who take pride in their work. We’re so impressed with the quality of construction and materials as well as meticulous attention to the finished details. I had an excellent experience building with Beazer! We had a great team from start to finish that was easy to get in touch with and kept us up to date along the way. We’ve been in our home for about 1 1/2 months now and are very pleased with the attention to detail of the builders. Signed up for our first home with Beazer homes. It was smooth process right from choosing the lenders with closing. Construction managers and customer service were courteous and professional giving us walking through and prompt in completing any final touchups if any needed.

Hayley, Cynthia and Mike were EXCEPTIONAL ! They held my hand through the whole process. Answered every text/email promptly. Always courteous and professional. They made me feel like I was the only client they had. They really cared about us and our experience. Can’t thank them enough.

Buying process was smooth. Structurally sound with good quality. Warranty response is great. Finishes could be be better with a greater attention to detail.
