I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

I have lived in my house for two months and had the sewer pipes back up twice. This last time the sewage backed up into my two downstairs bath tubs. It also overflowed into my garden in the front yard. Totally unacceptable and a health hazard. Beazer sent a plumber out twice to clean out the pipes. There is only one person living in the house and I work six days a week. The plumber has said to me twice the line needs to have a camera put in it to see what is blocking it. Don't be fooled by the response letter you will get from them stating that they will be InTouch with you in two days that never happens. In between my sewer issues I notice my flood light was out on the front side of the house. So I get my ladder out to change the light bulb. I unscrew the light bulb and water starts to poor out of the flood light fixture. I look at the fixture and could see it was not installed correctly. So I call the Senior Customer Care Professional and they send someone to fix this issue. The person who comes to the house just turns the fixture around. They don't think to check the fixture that maybe it shorted out with all of the water in there. I call the Senior Customer Care person again and he tells me to call the warranty department. I call them make a report and I get the same stupid letter stating some one will contact me in two days. We are going on two weeks and i still have not heard from anyone. Lets talk about the HOA. I have lived all over the country and have belonged to many HOA's. I have also gotten the information on the HOA's at closing of all of my homes that i have purchased. I have been in this house for two months and have not heard from anyone. Just to get the pool fob to and act of congress. If you look at the communities Facebook page everyone is talking about it. From reading on the page it turns out that they switch companies managing the HOA and no one knows about it. You would think information would be sent out to the home owners letting them know what is going on. Needless to say this experience in the Waverly has been a big disappointment. ... More

The purchase-to-move-in process was seamless. The quality of the home is top-notch, offering great value for the price. The builder's team was professional, kept their promises, and was always prompt in their responses. We worked closely with Janssen and Staci, amazing customer service from both. For potential buyers: this builder is trustworthy and delivers excellence.

Love our Harper plan. Hayley was easy to work with and Janssen was easy to work with for the finishing touches.

My husband and I moved from Austin, Texas to be closer to family in TN. The majority of our build and meetings were all handled virtually - I was also pregnant at the time. The distance might have been a challenge but I couldn’t be happier with my immediate team and points of contact - Jared and Cindy. They were always extremely communicative and thorough to address any concerns or questions we had while still residing in Texas. I felt confident thru the entire process, not to mention considering how large the community is - our house was built and ready for move-in relatively fast while still meeting rigorous builder inspections month to month. My team was always extremely professional, kind, warm and welcoming, which goes a very long way when you are moving from out of state. Additionally - the amount of design choices you are given with this company is just unparalleled and unique to this builder - every other builder we researched did not allow for these custom touches and the other builder houses just felt like they lacked personality and character. We are extremely satisfied with our new home purchase from Beazer Homes in the Lochridge development in Nolensville, TN. This quality home was expertly designed and the craftsmanship is top notch. Janssen and Staci were a pleasure to work with. The after sales service has been excellent. We look forward to spending many years in our new Beazer home.

The homebuying experience was very smooth, very few hiccups and we were able to tour the property at any time. We were supposed to get weekly updates with pictures which started out consistent, but as the process got further along updates became more infrequent, we never received pictures along the way and communication was a bit lacking at times. Overall, everything went incredibly smoothly and we have had zero issues with our beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier!

From beginning to end, I couldn’t have had a better experience. Everyone on the staff was nice, helpful, accommodating, and competent. I’m so grateful for my home and owe a lot of gratitude to the Beazer team!

Beazer makes buying a new home easy & fun. Everyone throughout each process including Justin in the sales office always took time to answer all of our questions, and sent us weekly updates on our home’s progress. During the home design portion Jennifer had great suggestions and took all the guesswork out of what can seem like an overwhelming task. Beazer has up-to date and a great variety of options in which to choose when making a house your home. Then there is the walkthrough of your new house, and Chris was there to ensure everything was in perfect working order. There is no request too small that Chris and his team can’t handle. Our experience with Beazer during our build was nothing short of spectacular! Josh was our builder/project manager and he went above and beyond! Justin was the sales agent and he was also amazing! This is the third Beazer home we have built/own and this was by far the best experience out of the three! Kudos to Justin and Josh for staying in communication and keeping us updated the whole time! We got the perfect lot, perfect floor plan and perfect finished product for our family thanks to Josh and Justin! Can’t wait to make memories and watch this community grow!

The Beazer Construction team and Customer care teams are awesome! They continue to work on warranty issues that I find as we get settled! Nice people!

1st off I love my house & neighborhood! It would have been nice to know up front of new home issues (bugs to work out)! I had no idea that 2 months later we would still be sorting out issues…a few are the builders fault but for the most part it’s just new home issues & building houses to fast & no attention to details!

The entire process from beginning to end. Most of my interactions were with Jennifer and Cynthia and both were professional a knowledgeable. Having some home building in my background I was always expecting something to come up to delay the process but those that something never came up. My townhouse is just as I wanted it. Thank you Beazer for putting this team together.

Experiencing the building process was seemless, watching homes built after our home has only reinforced my opinion that Beazer builds a quality home from the ground breaking to delivering a new home to buyers. Thank you!

The foreman and warranty guy were great. Staci the agent was one of a kind. Totally awesome she was.

Too much communication back and forth and being sent to other people to loop them in instead of CCing them in the email. Laundry room mistakes and having a hard time reaching the warranty team to come fix the dryer air duck so I can dry my cloth.

Just bought my first home and Beazer and the whole team made this the most easy process. I was waiting for an email until I got to the closing office waiting for something to go wrong. I loved the weekly phone calls for updates. All my questions were answered and everything was told thoroughly. House was done and closing right on time! The few issues I've had (minor like drain not draining) has been addressed and scheduled same day. I love the area and the home and its modern feel. 10/10 recommend!

I’m very happy with my experience. Chris J was such an amazing person to work with through the building process. He made sure everything was done right. He went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed, even after closing. He’s very knowledgeable, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend him any time, and any day!

Again Rob and Brandon were significant in the sale of my home. They keep me informed weekly about the building process and details of how things worked.

Charlie and Leslie were very helpful with final walkthroughs. My double ovens went out completely within one week of moving in and one door of the refrigerator (also part of this home sale) is defective causing the seal to come off (also within one week of move in). Leslie has tried to help, but Beazer is uninterested in replacing these in a brand new home. It’s now been 7 weeks. Very disappointed.
