I've had homes built elsewhere and this experience with Beazer Homes was exceptional. I was living over 1000 miles away during the built and I was kept advised of all stages of the build and sent pictures. Any concerns or questions that I had during the build were address immediately. The Design Center was well appointed and our consultant never rushed us and made great design suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything came together in our new home.

The process of having a new construction home built with Beazer builder was not stressful and they made it easier for us! Throughout the whole building process they always kept us informed of each stage of building our new home. They also have great customer service and answered questions in a timely manner. I liked that we got to choose all the designs inside and outside of our new home. They had many different options for designs. Our home purchase with Beazer was A+ from start to finish. Easy mortgage application with Beazer's preferred lender and all positives until closing. Would highly recommend. Sales team is excellent, as well as all Beazer employees.

Working with Rob, Rebecca, Ronica and Hannah in the beginning was a great experience. The communication throughout the process was good, they were extremely knowledgeable, and helpful.

The Beazer company obviously did their homework when they developed the Concord. Until we moved in we did not fully understand the perfect layout. We love our home. And just as important, Brett, the Beazer Construction Manager is better than I can put into words, except he cares and he expects excellence.

It was overall a good experience. There were a few things that weren’t complete when we first moved in, but Greg Bickelhaupt and Josh Keltzer were quick to make sure everything was taken care of.

I bought an already built home. Everyone was extremely helpful and fixed what was requested. It is a beautiful home and neighborhood.

The only reason this is five stars is because Josh K was able to salvage what would have otherwise been a rough and disappointing home buying experience. Josh was able to prioritize and deliver on all promises and went above and beyond. Leah M came through in the end as well.
