We were so happy with our experience working with Chris and Cindy. They both were very responsive throughout the entire process and everything happened exactly as they said it would from the beginning. We were expecting delays since it is a new build but we actually closed earlier than the target date. We were here in the beginning when it was all dirt streets. Seeing our dream home come to life was exhilarating. The Waverly neighborhood is shaping up to be a beautiful place to enjoy for many years to come. I’d like to say Alex was incredible to work with. He made things very smooth and effortless to get to closing. He was very responsive all the way to closing on our house and ensured to make sure everything was perfect even after closing. Janssen was also absolutely incredible. He got us familiar with our home and any minor things that needed attention was done very very quickly. He as well checked in on us after closing to make sure we were all set. Overall one of the best teams I’ve had the experience of working with.

We love everything about our house. Beazer has excellent customer service and they made the process easier by taking us through each step in our initial meeting. The weekly updates about the construction progress were helpful. Our builder Chris is very knowledgeable and responsive and addressed all our concerns even the smallest ones before closing.

We would like to thank Beazer and their incredible staff for their 5-star customer service and for making this an incredibly stress-free experience. At every level we experienced professionalism and a willing to go the extra mile for us. We love our new home and appreciate all the fine attention to detail that the Brandon and his team gave in turning over our home.

Worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. A 5 year old could do a better job. Finishes are terrible and getting repairs is more than painful.

Overall, I love my townhouse! Brandon and Laura at Beazer are great! Throughout the process I did go through several new home reps and construction managers which was frustrating, but I’m happy I ended up with these two. They are very communicative and honest which is appreciated. Brandon has even checked in after I moved in which really means a lot! The townhouse itself is well built with a modern design which I love! I do think there could have been more attention to detail by their contractors. This is a huge frustration for me. Beazer made the experience easy from start to finish. Everything was very personable and we had very fast response times with any questions we had along the way. Brandon was especially great to work with and we love our new home!

Brandon and the builder team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Communication was good and I feel like I received good value for my home price.

From start to finish, we really enjoyed working with Beazer Homes on our new home purchase. We received particularly exceptional service through the process from Josh, Scott, and Rob. So far, we are very happy in our new Beazer home!

The home buying process through Beazer was pretty simple. I thought the value was there and they have thought of everything considering they're such an experienced and reputable builder. There were a few bumps along the way as expected, however Josh K. made the experience one worth bragging about. He clearly was emotionally invested in making it smooth for my wife and his care and attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you!

Good process and ppl are great but quality of the house is not good. Details are very bad, paint job very bad, trim work very bad.

Moved in a month ago. I have already had 4 doorknobs fall off, had to have drywall repaired from poor installation, hvqc stopped working, tile needing to be replaced, and light fixtures needing to be replaced. Beazer uses the cheapest material they can and do a terrible job installing it. If you buy from beazer, literally micro manage every step of the process. They will do everything they can to not do things correctly until you force their hand by wanting to back out.

Our buying experience was a bit expedited, but has been phenomenal. We have really enjoyed everyone we have worked with and any issues or challenges have been met with care and speed. We are only a little over a month of living in our build, but thus far it has been excellent.

My home buying experience was not great to say the least. I had to work with multiple different home counselors for whatever reason and throughout the first half of the process, it seemed like nobody knew what was going on or could provide me with accurate updates. I was originally told that my home would be competed no later than end of October. Well when it comes around that time, I was told the home is no where close to being ready to close. They then gave me a date of beginning of December which is when my already extended rate lock, was due to expire. Come december, home was still not finished. At this point, I was incredibly frustated and very close to walking away. I was then given a date of January 6th, which again did not happen. When I went to walk through my home, it was a joke. Nothing had been cleaned, an entire countertop was missing, there was still someone coming in and out of the home to work on things, there we’re scratches and denta all over the wall, and my stair rail was laying in the middle of my living room….. unacceptable. I will say that both Brandon and Laura were very understanding as to why i was irate in this situation. From there, they handled and escalated things appropriately and for that I am very thankful. Lipstick on a pig. It looks pretty, however they use cheap subcontractors that do the job quick but not with good quality. I have many things breaking inside the home within 30 days of living. They will reassure you that you have a warranty, but don't be fooled because they send 1 guy to do a 2 person job, with multiple trips, who will damage and ding up the rest of your stuff while fixing what was originally broken. I dont have trust in the home quality.

The builder provided regular updates about the progress of our home.

It was good experience to make a deal with Beazer company and fell happy with the new house

The over all experience was good. They switched builders and agents in us a couple times which caused a little confusion but in the end it wasn’t that big of a deal. The over all friendliness of everyone involved in our process was second to none. I’m in the mortgage world and I have zero reserves giving Beazer name as a top builder.

Beazer is great with their timelines and I could see their builders being diligent, efficient, proactive, and efficient in managing the construction process. I was buying two new builds, one from Beazer, another from a different builder. The other builder, in comparison with Beazer, is just horrible, with numerous delays and inspection problems, dragging 5 days of work into 2-3 months. If you want delivery within expectations without unfounded delays, Beazer is the clear choice.

Great people to work with Not a great experience with how long it to build the house but considering the environment (covid) today not too surprised

I don't think i would recommend Beazer homes given we had so many issues with the building process, getting anyone to help and listen to us. Now we are living in a house that has countless issues and cosmetic problems. plus a sagging ceiling with more drywall in the kitchen that is folding and creasing. Just terrible quality. The paint job on the whole house is so poor.

Rob and Mark with sales were easy to communicate with. They made things simple and straightforward for us to understand. The builders we interacted with, Mark and Cynthia, were helpful, attentive, proactive, and seemed to actually care about our process of buying a home. They were able to get us in in perfect time and exceeded the initial timeframe given to us. We were very happy overall and would recommend the neighborhood to anyone who will listen. Thanks again.

From working with Mark in sales, to Marc the builder and his team, to Mike and the Beazer customer care team my experience has been great. This is my first home and everyone took the time to explain everything along the way. I was always aware of where the building process was and what to expect. After move in, the house has been great and everything I wanted. As expected with any new build a few minor things have come up, but they were fixed very quickly. I’m so thankful for this whole team who made my first home purchase as stress free as possible, including moving the closing date so I could be home with family for Christmas. ... More

Absolutely in love with the new home. The place is unbelievable confortable and meets all of our needs!
