I decided to purchase my Beazer home at the tail end of the 1st phase. It's my first home and the salespeople were very kind and supportive throughout the entire process. The building process was smooth as I was given updates each week regarding any delays. Thankfully, I was able to close before my rate lock expired, and since moving in have had white glove hands-on experience with the construction and warranty teams. The buying experience has been excellent. From the sales team all the way to construction they have been top-notch. During construction, I would receive weekly emails from the team. Once on site Dan and Brandon have been exceptional. They did the walk thru with me and were very clear with what the nxt steps and expectations looked like. I appreciate the entire Beazer team!

My experience has been relatively disappointing throughout. Started off with a $8,000 Closing Credit that changed overnight to $5,000 when allowed to sign. Builder assured/promised the HOA wasn’t going to raise fees (they jacked up the fees right after closing with their preferred HOA company that makes money off of the owners of the homes.) Their vendors screwed up the shower, I still don’t have mirrors two months after closing. They rushed me to close, and then didn’t bother to follow up on half the items I pointed out on the punch list. Months later I’m filing warranty claims. They built ...

Average quality, poor after-sales service.

Will not recommend. Our "new" home has multiple defects that do not even need an inspection - it's outright inferior workmanship. The walls are unfinished, flooring is uneven, creeky staircases - to name a few. Several items were pending post-closing that are just labeled as pandemic-related delays. Overall, the build quality is certainly well below expectations. Will consider & recommend other builders for future purchases.

We've had a great experience with Beazer. All of the people were extremely kind and accommodating. Moreover, they seemed to have good relationships with one another. I have 4 of 5 stars because, for some things, if you don't choose an upgrade the standard grade item (such as the stove) may be noticeably cheap.

Was a good experience overall. It got rocky at the end with lots of changes to closing dates at the last minute. However, I was in before October as promised by Mark the builder. All outstanding repairs were promptly tended to & Cynthia has been available for any questions or concerns since I've been in the home. I also had a great experience with Rob, he was always quick to return my calls or answer any questions.

I had an amazing home buying experience. First, Beazer ensures that you’re safe by issuing a hard hat when you go on site to look your home. I would come weekly to look at the updates. The new home counselor that I worked with is like family now. I call him at least a couple times a month if I have a question regarding something in my home even though construction is complete. No transparency and lies upon lies

Our closing was delayed multiple times due to fault of Beazer. These closing delays cost us alot of money. I would not recommend anyone to do business with Beazer.

Homes are built too fast! Builders are trading numbers for quality! My home was damaged by way of dishwasher, tud and back door insert! I also had to have the doors re finished do to dents in them! The tub was installed with two big cracks in it and the dishwasher was installed with a dent in it! My water heater was not wired properly and the air duct system was poorly installed. I have an appointment now to properly cover lines that are leaking water onto the attic floor. I'm still removing paint off of floors and chandeliers! Not to mention it took the painters three days to properly paint ...

The home completion seemed rushed. There were several areas of paint touch-up after I closed and moved into my home. There were several spots on my flooring downstairs which are still stained with paint. Although I marked several spots during my official walkthrough they were either untouched or the blue tape was just left, so I took it upon myself to remove it. The irrigation only comes on in the common area like the pool. My backyard has started to die. I have contacted the HOA no seem to have an answer about when the yards will be maintained.
