Beazer Homes Reviews in Nashville, TN

The quality of craftsmanship and effort putting these homes is poor. Our house was $900,000 to build and the cement on our back patio AND in our garage started crumbling before we even moved in. Tile work was poorly done and had to be torn out and replaced. The grout is unevenly spaced and for a bathroom that is all gray they put in brown grout which doesn’t make sense. We have been through two construction managers already in the past nine months. I would not recommend Beazer to anybody.

We had a great experience with Beazer builders, the home building quality is top notch, we had great experience with the staff from the weekly update with Mr. Robert to the quick responses from Brett regarding our questions. We are very happy with the finish product and excited to call Herrington home.

My new home experience was bad because a lack of communication and the finishing home was incomplete! I did not really get what I designed for! So bad experience!

We were very surprised to find the house we did and that it was still available. Once we made the decision to purchase it was a fast process. The home came together fast and the biggest help of all was the construction manager/site manager Chris. He has worked diligently to help correct any problems that arise. Can’t thank him enough!

The building staff at Beazer were so easy to communicate with. We had no problems with them. Both sales Mark and Builder Mark were wonderful. Both answered any questions we had and were more than willing to answer any questions. Everything was on time too. They worked so hard to stay on target. They also communicated with us each week, letting us know the progress of the build. It was a very smooth experience. We all appreciated all of the hard work they put in. Thanks Beazer.

What stood out the most was that I had people to walk me through the home buying process. Staci, stayed engaged with us and reached out on a weekly basis. She found answers to all of our questions . Chris was also great in assisting with any issues.

Our experience with Beazer Homes has been positive from the beginning when we first met with our new home counselor, and throughout the building process, and continues to be positive now that we have moved in. Beazer has wonderful people working for them- our new home counselor Rob and our builder Marc have been so helpful and have made this transition easy for us. Our new home is so beautiful and we love the new community. We could not be happier.

Everything good i like Bezer house

From the beginning to the end, the builder team was GREAT. Rob and Joel kept me updated during each phase of the project. I loved that I was able to go to the design center and pick out what I wanted (so many choices to choose between). I really appreciate Rob for responding back quickly with any questions I had. This was a GREAT experience and SUCCESSFUL outcome. I love my home.

Everything was fixed as per the provided info and prompt communications on the progress.

My wife and I purchased a Beazer home in California in 1993 so we were very pleased to have found the Beazer Lochridge community here in Nolensville, Tennessee. We were very pleased with the attention to detail in the construction of the house, as well as the attention we were given by the Customer Service staff after we moved in to address minor issues that needed to be fixed. Charlie Moore and Joe T. were very responsive and helpful getting any issues addressed in a timely manner. The team made everything easy and they were not pushy. When I moved in, a few issues were handled with little disruption. I have never had a new build and I love it.

Overall, a bad experience. Would ask our sales contact questions on status of home build and they would either ignore our questions or push us off to another contact who would not respond in a timely manner. If there were updates on the home, it was about a week late, as we would drive by the home ourselves and see the updates first hand. It was frustrating as a home buyer to have inconsistent communication with no accountability. Our move in date was also moved multiple times due to supply chain and labor issues. This led to the builder not completing the finishes in a professional manner. In addition, there was no formal blue tape meeting which was shocking to us. Would highly recommend to Beazer Homes Nashville to include this in the future, as this would improve the home buying experience. Since we did not have a formal blue tape meeting, we found a tremendous amount of issues/concerns with the home that needed to be addressed - a vast amount of dirt and dust, broken items, missing features of the home as agreed upon in contracting, awful paint jobs, cracks in the appliances, etc. For moving into a brand new home, this was NOT the expectation and was extremely disappointing. We are a few months into our home and there is still an absorbent amount of issues - nonfunctioning HVAC, damaged sewer grinder, etc. and service requests take at least 3-4 weeks to be addressed. This was the first time we had built a home so we were a little nervous about it. The entire process was pretty smooth and I feel like we got everything we wanted. We were very specific with our wants and we love our new home so much. Our builder Chris was great and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beazer.

While we love our new home, the entire experience was diminished by not being able to construct a fence. Before contracting, we asked about fencing our yard as this was one of our top priorities when choosing a lot and a builder. We were ensured this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, we were told by the city after closing on our house that we would lose over half of our yard if we were to fence it in. This ruined our entire experience as we invested a LOT of money for a home we now are unhappy with. We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes! While the specifics for the house were pre chosen, we were impressed with the communication throughout the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and we were content with the entire process.

Overall, our experience with Beazer was fantastic. They were extremely responsive throughout the entirety of the process and addressed all of our needs and concerns.

Beazer one of the best builder here in TN they have different floor plans you can choose from and the quality of the building is too high too they have a wonderful stuff helping you doing the process
