We had a fantastic experience with Beazer homes. The home is very well-built and we were satisfied with the entire process.

When we just walked in the model home for the first time we even hadn’t decided to buy a new house. But sales person was very nice and very efficient. He answered all our questions, showed every corner of the house with the patient. After some months he followed us offering some beautiful houses as my dream. Then we decided to build a house. The entire process of the building house was so easy and fast. The house was ready exactly the time he promised me despite of the COVID-19. The builder was also super nice. Great experience, the process went smooth. The house is great and we have had minor details that have been addressed immediately. Overall I’m satisfied with the house and the service of Beazer. Jerry has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have enjoyed working with the entire Beazer team of sales staff and project managers. They have responded to all my questions in a timely manner and made my experience moving into my condo as smooth as possible. I have been moved in now for a couple of months and truly enjoying my home here at the Gatherings with a great open floor plan plus having a garage is awesome. Great location across from the Greenway park and loving the Music City Theme throughout the building.

Love our house

Purchasing my new Beazer home was one of the best experiences I've had. The sales agents I worked with at Magnolia Farms, as well as the construction manager, and frankly, everyone in the Beazer organization, has been fantastic to work with, responsive to my needs, and prompt with replies to any questions. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they've continued their excellent support even now that I've moved in. I cannot sing the praises of Hayley, Wesley, Jenn, and everyone else on the team enough. I have a beautiful home in a wonderful community.

Dalton and Joel did a great job during every step of the sales and construction process. The design center experience was fun and not nearly as stressful as we imagined. We love our home, and appreciate the ease of the process. This is my third new construction home, by far the best experience thanks to awesome team.

I am elated because my wife is elated. We were able to design the house from the exterior brick to the cabinet doors. The experience and the staff were great.

Chad, Matt, and Angelo have been great! They attended to all issues I had/have! My wife and I are very pleased with how we’ve been serviced thus far! Quality of the home, paint job to be more specific, did not meet my expectations. I opted for the upgrade in paint, but now wish I would’ve stayed w their base and just have someone else come out and put better quality paint on.

Dalton and the entire sales team have been awesome and very accommodating . If it were not for Dalton working with us we might not have gotten our wonderful home .

Throughout the construction process, Project Manager, Chad, and Beazer Realtor, Angelo, did an outstanding job in providing weekly updates via FaceTime and calls. Since we lived in NH and couldn’t be there, this process made us very comfortable that things were moving ahead as planned. Also the meeting at the Design Center meeting was well done. We highly recommend Beazer Homes and couldn’t be more pleased with our new home.

Not my first time building a house, but definitely the most stressful. Communication wasn’t great. Lots of ongoing issues with the house.

We are very pleased with our new home. The floorplan is wonderful and Monique and Aneta were great to work with throughout the process.

Buying the home process is smooth and without incident. But once you sign, immediate assistance is switched to the quality assistance section and it is slow to respondl It feels like once you sign, beazer is done with you.

Building process was easy and builder walks you through every step. The one thing to watch out for is the design process. There’s nothing to model your choices so you’re choosing your whole home off samples. The samples look drastically different in some cases, then the pieces at a macro scale.

I would say the process in buying a home from start until finish was done well. Cindy was extremely helpful and responsive. Aneta did a great job showing our house and answering questions. Only complaint is that our community center, pool, courts, etc. was to be finished in summer 2025, however we’re being told it’ll be 2026 now. Otherwise this would’ve been a 5 star review.

Overall, my first home building experience was wonderful. Jennifer was very helpful with the initial process of assisting in picking out the best home plan for me and Damien went above and beyond in the whole building process. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always willing to help with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. However, I can say the only issue that I have had was damage underneath the kitchen cabinet that has not been addressed yet after calling the cabinet company multiple times. The Salesperson is very helpful with various issues and answering questions promptly, and the closing took place very conveniently. Overall, all is good.

Overall good. Quality appears better than average so far. There were some things not included with the house that should have been for the price range of the neighborhood (towel bars, toilet paper holders, sealed grout and tile). Mortgage process initiated too early in build process.
