Buying the home process is smooth and without incident. But once you sign, immediate assistance is switched to the quality assistance section and it is slow to respondl It feels like once you sign, beazer is done with you.

Building process was easy and builder walks you through every step. The one thing to watch out for is the design process. There’s nothing to model your choices so you’re choosing your whole home off samples. The samples look drastically different in some cases, then the pieces at a macro scale.

I would say the process in buying a home from start until finish was done well. Cindy was extremely helpful and responsive. Aneta did a great job showing our house and answering questions. Only complaint is that our community center, pool, courts, etc. was to be finished in summer 2025, however we’re being told it’ll be 2026 now. Otherwise this would’ve been a 5 star review.

Overall, my first home building experience was wonderful. Jennifer was very helpful with the initial process of assisting in picking out the best home plan for me and Damien went above and beyond in the whole building process. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always willing to help with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. However, I can say the only issue that I have had was damage underneath the kitchen cabinet that has not been addressed yet after calling the cabinet company multiple times. Overall good. Quality appears better than average so far. There were some things not included with the house that should have been for the price range of the neighborhood (towel bars, toilet paper holders, sealed grout and tile). Mortgage process initiated too early in build process.

Beazer homes gives me a very good customer service and updated me step by step through home building and helped me with $5k extra support. However some problems have appeared after I moved to the house like leaking, electrical and hardwood and the warranty still working to fix them.

We had a great experience. This was our first time buying a new build and it was very pleasant. Cindy, Cynthia, and Ryan were all great to work with, keeping us regularly informed of progress. The required buyer walkthroughs and open access during the build made us fell good about seeing the progress, even though we were out of state. We are very happy with the quality and with the buying process. I would recommend friends consider a Beazer development.

We love our home but there were some things that were overlooked, rushed and sloppy. However, some of these have been attended to while others we are still waiting on someone to fix. Overall, however, the building was a great experience and we love our home and new community!

Great home, make sure they fix your final walkthrough items BEFORE you close

I love my home and am so glad that I chose Beazer. However, make sure they have fixed and/or replaced all of the items on your final walkthrough list before you proceed to closing. Otherwise, you might be like me waiting 3+ months for them to make those fixes.

Smooth as Butter

The homebuying experience was very smooth, very few hiccups and we were able to tour the property at any time. We were supposed to get weekly updates with pictures which started out consistent, but as the process got further along updates became more infrequent, we never received pictures along the way and communication was a bit lacking at times. Overall, everything went incredibly smoothly and we have had zero issues with our beautiful new home, and we couldn't be happier!

Overall, I love my townhouse! Brandon and Laura at Beazer are great! Throughout the process I did go through several new home reps and construction managers which was frustrating, but I’m happy I ended up with these two. They are very communicative and honest which is appreciated. Brandon has even checked in after I moved in which really means a lot! Beazer is who I chose to build my first home. My experience was smooth and well orchestrated from the start and I felt confident in the quality of the product I was purchasing. As the building process proceeded it was becoming apparent the person on-site overseeing my build was not well organized and was producing less than quality work. We've had a great experience with Beazer. All of the people were extremely kind and accommodating. Moreover, they seemed to have good relationships with one another. I have 4 of 5 stars because, for some things, if you don't choose an upgrade the standard grade item (such as the stove) may be noticeably cheap.

My Beazer home buying experience..

Was a good experience overall. It got rocky at the end with lots of changes to closing dates at the last minute. However, I was in before October as promised by Mark the builder. All outstanding repairs were promptly tended to & Cynthia has been available for any questions or concerns since I've been in the home. I also had a great experience with Rob, he was always quick to return my calls or answer any questions.

The home completion seemed rushed. There were several areas of paint touch-up after I closed and moved into my home. There were several spots on my flooring downstairs which are still stained with paint. Although I marked several spots during my official walkthrough they were either untouched or the blue tape was just left, so I took it upon myself to remove it. The irrigation only comes on in the common area like the pool. My backyard has started to die. I have contacted the HOA no seem to have an answer about when the yards will be maintained.
