My wife and I purchased a Beazer home in California in 1993 so we were very pleased to have found the Beazer Lochridge community here in Nolensville, Tennessee. We were very pleased with the attention to detail in the construction of the house, as well as the attention we were given by the Customer Service staff after we moved in to address minor issues that needed to be fixed. Charlie Moore and Joe T. were very responsive and helpful getting any issues addressed in a timely manner. The team made everything easy and they were not pushy. When I moved in, a few issues were handled with little disruption. I have never had a new build and I love it.

Overall, a bad experience. Would ask our sales contact questions on status of home build and they would either ignore our questions or push us off to another contact who would not respond in a timely manner. If there were updates on the home, it was about a week late, as we would drive by the home ourselves and see the updates first hand. It was frustrating as a home buyer to have inconsistent communication with no accountability. Our move in date was also moved multiple times due to supply chain and labor issues. This led to the builder not completing the finishes in a professional manner. In addition, there was no formal blue tape meeting which was shocking to us. Would highly recommend to Beazer Homes Nashville to include this in the future, as this would improve the home buying experience. Since we did not have a formal blue tape meeting, we found a tremendous amount of issues/concerns with the home that needed to be addressed - a vast amount of dirt and dust, broken items, missing features of the home as agreed upon in contracting, awful paint jobs, cracks in the appliances, etc. For moving into a brand new home, this was NOT the expectation and was extremely disappointing. We are a few months into our home and there is still an absorbent amount of issues - nonfunctioning HVAC, damaged sewer grinder, etc. and service requests take at least 3-4 weeks to be addressed. This was the first time we had built a home so we were a little nervous about it. The entire process was pretty smooth and I feel like we got everything we wanted. We were very specific with our wants and we love our new home so much. Our builder Chris was great and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beazer.

While we love our new home, the entire experience was diminished by not being able to construct a fence. Before contracting, we asked about fencing our yard as this was one of our top priorities when choosing a lot and a builder. We were ensured this would not be a problem. Unfortunately, we were told by the city after closing on our house that we would lose over half of our yard if we were to fence it in. This ruined our entire experience as we invested a LOT of money for a home we now are unhappy with. We had a great experience working with Beazer Homes! While the specifics for the house were pre chosen, we were impressed with the communication throughout the process. All of our questions and concerns were addressed immediately and we were content with the entire process.

Overall, our experience with Beazer was fantastic. They were extremely responsive throughout the entirety of the process and addressed all of our needs and concerns.

Beazer one of the best builder here in TN they have different floor plans you can choose from and the quality of the building is too high too they have a wonderful stuff helping you doing the process

Nice homes but have some more noises when someone walking on the 2nd floor.

Nice home but Beazer fell short in execution of the process. Communication was poor, closing delayed multiple times, and home not fully complete when closed. Warranty follow-up is poor also.

Not good quality. Please improve your quality

Overall this has been a disappointing experience. Our home has had so many issues. We have had construction crews in almost daily and things torn up everywhere. In almost every case we have needed a repair, Beazer has sent their “expert” (actually a rookie handyman at best, who even admits they are) who then makes the issue worse. Then they have to send another crew to repeat or repair even more the next time. We have had our sink get destroyed then need replacing. To replace it they had to take counter off, when they slammed it back down it caused separation all around they have to fix now. We had our crooked dormer adjusted we begged for months. They opened it 2 days before a heavy rain in forecast. Its been 2 weeks with it open and who knows how it did after rain and still nothing fixed. The master shower didnt work for a month and a half. ADA bars were attempted to be installed without backing or studs. Door frames are crooked and spent 4 hours with someone coming to “fix” casing only to have them leave with it more broken, the door not closing, and another repair coming soon. Our ceilings were painted in 2 shades of white. The list is so much longer… i gave them a 2 because people are nice, and when you look past the long list of fix its, or the house being torn apart often its not terrible. But for the amount of money paid it is absolutely unacceptable. The excuse of Covid help being hard is not fully true. Many of the guys that come in are just cheap help, not trade specialists. Were just hoping sooner then later we can be done. I have purchased a few new homes and realize normal things that get addressed after year one. Could not be more in love with the way my first home turned out. From the start Rob was able to answer any questions I needed, and Joel was always there for additional questions. Best decision ever!

From the moment I walked in the office to the moment I closed, buying my home from Beazer has been so easy Rob and our builder Marc went above and beyond answering any questions I had or any concerns that popped up with my home. Even now a couple months after my closing they are still quick to respond to my questions or concerns I may have. If there was a way to give Beazer, Rob and Marc more then 5 stars I would!

You will not be disappointed! We love every inch of our house

I visited Magnolia Farms when houses first started going up and I’m so glad I bought a house in the development. There are numerous options for the outside, kitchen, and flooring. I lived close enough to see the progress and it was neat to see how the house came together. Beazer did a great job. I love my house!
