Nice home but Beazer fell short in execution of the process. Communication was poor, closing delayed multiple times, and home not fully complete when closed. Warranty follow-up is poor also.

Almost 2 months after close still not finished

Overall this has been a disappointing experience. Our home has had so many issues. We have had construction crews in almost daily and things torn up everywhere. In almost every case we have needed a repair, Beazer has sent their “expert” (actually a rookie handyman at best, who even admits they are) who then makes the issue worse. Then they have to send another crew to repeat or repair even more the next time. We have had our sink get destroyed then need replacing. To replace it they had to take counter off, when they slammed it back down it caused separation all around they have to fix now. ...

From the moment I walked in the office to the moment I closed, buying my home from Beazer has been so easy Rob and our builder Marc went above and beyond answering any questions I had or any concerns that popped up with my home. Even now a couple months after my closing they are still quick to respond to my questions or concerns I may have. If there was a way to give Beazer, Rob and Marc more then 5 stars I would!

I visited Magnolia Farms when houses first started going up and I’m so glad I bought a house in the development. There are numerous options for the outside, kitchen, and flooring. I lived close enough to see the progress and it was neat to see how the house came together. Beazer did a great job. I love my house!

My home buying experience was simply amazing from the beginning to the end. The first time I met Rob, he immediately treated me like family. He was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. The communication with Dalton was great. We knew exactly what was going on with the house as it was being built. If there was an issue, we were advised and it was rectified. We had some hiccups on closing day and appreciate Dan working to get necessary approvals so we could move in as planned. Many things were done brilliantly! Many things are the worst quality I have seen in over 45 years of building experience! Was it COVID? Lack of competent workers? Backlog resulting in "hurry-up" management and oversight? It was all of the above and more. I really don't fault an individual person or company. Great building process not good after closing

The building process was great. Wonderful communication entire time but once I closed I couldn’t get repairs done. The stain on my wood stair treads was horrible and rubbed off every time I wiped them with a damp clotht, there is paint in my grout and on my tile floors, and there was never a screw or screw hole put in the bottom portion of my front door handle, and the concrete as you enter the garage was chipped and jagged, was repaired, and is already starting to crumble again. The community, design and neighbors are good. Very disappointed in lack of warranty follow up, large number of incomplete items throughout the building and the condition of our unit at turnover. We have been in our home for over 6 weeks, and very few warranty items have been addressed.
