None of our concerns about the house were addressed prior to close

Many problems with the house - nail going through air conditioner line that was never addressed prior to close even though we brought it to their attention multiple times we now have holes in our walls from having it fixed. It has been almost 2 months and we are still waiting for them to fix it along with many other things. Do not recommend a Beazer Home.

The home was built too fast and too sloppy. And the quality is not good. Had many problem.

I have nothing good to say about this builder, they won’t be responsibly for anything, the warrenty is not as promised, I honestly will not recommend anyone to buy here.

Bad service cheap quality

Very bad material quality used in my new house, a lot of issues with my new house in my first 2 weeks like my heater stop working, my water pipes became a part and it took them one day to fix it and I stayed without water for one day, my backyard landscape unbalanced so water staying in my yard and so many other issues with my house, I thought if I buy a new house that will give me peace of mind for at least 5 years or so but unfortunately NOT.

I have a lot of issues in my new house 2018 new construction and so far I did not find the person who can help and sort out all of these issues and the most of the materials which was used to build the house is very cheap materials

We have lived in our brand new house for almost 5 months and we are still having issues in our house that were never fixed. Some of these issues are from the inspection done a month before we even closed on the house. The more we live in the house, the more we see the flaws in the workmanship of the sub contractors because their only goal is to do the work as fast as they can to move on to the next house, even if that means cutting corners or doing sub standard work.
