The staff have been very responsive to all my communications. They are so willing to help and resolve any issues that I had. It was an amazing experience to have such great services from the beginning of the contract to the closing of the house.

I was a first-time home buyer, and Beazer Homes ruined my experience. I love the location and the residents but I hate to say that I wouldn't have bought this condo if I was aware of such poor and sloppy quality of this building. There is no parking for visitors. Bad planning. With regards to the access to the entrance door to the building, I couldn't find my name for more than one month after I moved in. Bad management. Beazer's engineers seem to be trying to respond to the residents' claims but the progress is very very slow because there are so many problems being reported by the residents. I do hope these issues will be eventually solved by Beazer but I would like to strongly recommend all would-be buyers to take a very close look at details of this builder's buildings and make sure all problems will be solved by Beazer at their cost before making decisions. ... Closing date was pushed back multiple times. On final walk thru a list was generated by Beezer of items needing fixed. 2 months later still not corrected. Stopped into office to inquire about list and was told that I now have to go thru the warranty dept. So we were lied to on closing day that issues would be remedied without having to file a warranty claim. Also told on closing day we could only call warranty dept one time. Not very happy with Beezer at all.

Jeremy our Sales Representative and Brett our PM were outstanding and made this potentially highly stressful experience one of the best low stress experience a new construction purchase could be! I highly recommend utilizing these two individuals if you a seeking a new home !! I love these guys they are the BEST of the best in this organization!!

Our sales agent was wonderfully helpful and quickly answered questions or took care of concerns. Even after possession, he’s gone above and beyond to help us iron out the small kinks that come with moving into a new home. We are so pleased with the home and love everything, from floor to ceiling!

When we signed the contract, we were told we had to move quickly through design and then the new home kick-off. After our design appointment, it was almost one month before we had the initial home project kick-off. Project updates weren't as frequent as we expected. Our realtor had to reach out on a couple of occasions to get a status update. We found out there was an issue with our plot being filed incorrectly. Beazer was very apologetic and worked with us on how to correct this issue. We may have decided on another home if we knew that the walls are insulated for efficiency but not for sound. While we do like our home, I feel the process lacked transparency and wasn't focused on the homeowner experience. Would I recommend Beazer - I would, but would caution one to stay on top of all details. ... More

My house looks Terrible! A window on the second floor is out of center. A column on the front porch was not placed where it is supposed to be, under the porch gable. The grading on my lot sinks and rainwater does not drain off. I have pools of water 3-4 inches deep every time it rains. I am waiting for them to come and regrade the area before I can install a fence. I have photos to prove these issues. I will be happy to forward them to you. I have no issues with the real estate agent on the property. My issues are with the Builder, Beazer Homes.

Friendly staff. Many things are out of their control. Don't close until all issues are resolved.

I've had homes built elsewhere and this experience with Beazer Homes was exceptional. I was living over 1000 miles away during the built and I was kept advised of all stages of the build and sent pictures. Any concerns or questions that I had during the build were address immediately. The Design Center was well appointed and our consultant never rushed us and made great design suggestions. Overall, we are very pleased with how everything came together in our new home.

Your home will not even closely resemble the model in any way. Nothing is centered, paint is sloppy, caulking and grout is sloppy. Doors and transition strips (none between wood and carpet) poorly installed. Security doors don't close and latch correctly. The contractors leave their trash & mess everywhere. Poor design with no visitor parking (nobody mentioned that in the sales pitch!) It is not what I would expect from a premier, "trust" builder! Cheap. I will eventually have to replace almost everything in this cheaply built, poorly designed place! 2 stars just because I love the location and the warranty manager is very responsive. ... More

Earnest money deposit requirement should be disclosed at earliest buyer interest and showing. Other builders do not require this I am told. Although I had this covered, it impacted my overall budget for funds needed for moving and logistics.

Good supportive help from start to finish. Very capable staff.

Wesley and Hayley were a dynamic duo. Hayley made it easy for our decision to purchase. Wesley was our go to guy and so far has solved all issues we had throughout the build.
