Overall, very happy with our home and glad we purchased with beazer. However, days after closing we noticed quite a few items that need to be addressed and am still waiting for a call to be returned. Jeff and Angelo were very pleasant to work with.

The Beazer company obviously did their homework when they developed the Concord. Until we moved in we did not fully understand the perfect layout. We love our home. And just as important, Brett, the Beazer Construction Manager is better than I can put into words, except he cares and he expects excellence.

Should have been told upfront that garages were too small to be able to fully open a car door once parked inside. No garage should be built that narrow.

It was overall a good experience. There were a few things that weren’t complete when we first moved in, but Greg Bickelhaupt and Josh Keltzer were quick to make sure everything was taken care of.

I love our house now but the only reason that I would have rate it perfect or great is they should have been more open on "what the homeowners want" . I hate to hear from a builder "Oh sorry we can not do that!" . Some features was not offered to us, which I like to have and it was informed to us that we could, like "vaulted ceiling". Simple features they can't add like pot filler which I like to have and central vacuum. Placements of additional cable/power wires for your TV should have been on the deciion making before dry walling so you really know where to place it and not before your house is being build. ... For the most part, My experience was good. A few issues were (1) lack of design options (2) turnover in project managers although they were all very nice (3) the biggest complaint is getting my mail and the central mailbox situation. I’m still not getting my mail almost 60 days after closing. They are trying to save money installing central mail center instead of mailboxes at everyone’s home. I don’t live in an apartment community and we should have a mailbox in front of our home. Coordination with the post office has been a nightmare that still is ongoing.

I bought an already built home. Everyone was extremely helpful and fixed what was requested. It is a beautiful home and neighborhood.

The only reason this is five stars is because Josh K was able to salvage what would have otherwise been a rough and disappointing home buying experience. Josh was able to prioritize and deliver on all promises and went above and beyond. Leah M came through in the end as well.

Sales team was excellent! Their follow through on commitments consistently exceeded our expectations. Build quality is very good and there has been prompt response to items needing attention.

That they are good about keeping you up to date when things change..

From the moment we started the process to the end everyone on the team showed us genuine care and concern to meet our expectations. Even a few calls since moving in to the warranty team have been handled expertly!

We had a fantastic experience with Beazer homes. The home is very well-built and we were satisfied with the entire process.

Many problems with the house - nail going through air conditioner line that was never addressed prior to close even though we brought it to their attention multiple times we now have holes in our walls from having it fixed. It has been almost 2 months and we are still waiting for them to fix it along with many other things. Do not recommend a Beazer Home.

When we just walked in the model home for the first time we even hadn’t decided to buy a new house. But sales person was very nice and very efficient. He answered all our questions, showed every corner of the house with the patient. After some months he followed us offering some beautiful houses as my dream. Then we decided to build a house. The entire process of the building house was so easy and fast. The house was ready exactly the time he promised me despite of the COVID-19. The builder was also super nice. The Morgage choice program was perfect, and I got the lowest rate from them. Because I compared about 10 Morgage rates. Overall I highly recommend to build a house with Beazer. Great experience, the process went smooth. The house is great and we have had minor details that have been addressed immediately. Overall I’m satisfied with the house and the service of Beazer. Jerry has been extremely helpful and friendly.

I have enjoyed working with the entire Beazer team of sales staff and project managers. They have responded to all my questions in a timely manner and made my experience moving into my condo as smooth as possible. I have been moved in now for a couple of months and truly enjoying my home here at the Gatherings with a great open floor plan plus having a garage is awesome. Great location across from the Greenway park and loving the Music City Theme throughout the building.

Follow through on all phases.

The initial buying process was great. The design center was great. However, when it came to the finishing touches on our home, many things were overlooked. My husband and I emailed about several issues we wanted fixed. Which they attempted to fix for us before closing and we were pleased with at the time. But, now after living here a month, realized some of their “fixes” were just bandaids. Paint is chipping off, low spots in the floors, and tile work that was hastily installed. The buying portion was great. However, we have seen nothing but inconsistency from home to home, even the same model being built next to us isn’t done the same. It seems as though some folks are offered a ‘secret menu’ with different options that we wished we’d have known about while building. Very disappointing. We also figured out that your builder doesn’t care about any issues you have with your home once you’ve filled out a survey on how he did. We also were told we couldn’t adjust certain things, while the home next to us has those adjustments made to it, which is being built after our home. Luckily there’s a warranty for a year even though we closed early on this summer and still have yet to receive a warrant booklet. ... More

My second home and first home-building experience-Beazer Homes provided a top-notch experience and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire build process. I am impressed by the quality & care and felt like my home experience was personalized and important every step of the way. All of my concerns were addressed and my expectations throughout the process and through completion were exceeded. I love my new home and cannot wait to continue to tell my friends and family about my experience with Beazer Homes.
