From our first meeting with Hayley to the last detail being completed by our builder Chris, our experience was great. Hayley guided us through the whole process with clear updates and was always available and willing to answer any questions we had. Chris was thorough and detail-oriented and made sure everything was to our liking. Overall, they took the stress out of building/buying a home.

The entire process was great. Having never built a house before, I didn't know what to expect. But I got in early, and Alex was great at guiding me through the process. Because I got in so early, I was able to select all of my options, and even that wound up being way easier than I anticipated. I was provided regular construction updates and Dan and Alex both answered questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the Quality and value of my home. Beazer has a great reputation in the Nashville area for building great homes and communities, which is why they were the only builder I even considered, and I have not been disappointed. Robert was great at providing updates as home was being built. Brian was informative about the home. Chris was not the best lender.

We lived out of town while buying and building this house. Every time we came in for meetings we were greeted and updated with the latest and greatest progress and challenges. Cynthia and her team took pictures and updated us while we were not able to be there. We visited with her frequently on some of the issues that we were concerned with and were able to communicate with ease and understanding. Cynthia took ownership of the project and kept it on track. We felt she was invested in her job and her clients to make sure things were right. If something did not look right she took the initiative to point it out and have it corrected before we had the chance to inspect and bring it up. Very Proactive. Beazer has some of the most energy efficient homes on the market. I couldn’t believe all the energy efficient features! Also, the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly and responded right away to any questions or concerns I had. Brandon, Brian, Jansen and Mike in the field were extremely helpful, going over and above! Staci and Rob in the sales office were so helpful as well and very timely with responses. Very friendly and professional…all of them! There were a few issues like any home but all were solved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with purchasing my new home with Beazer Homes has been great! From the initial experience with the sales team all the way through final walk through and closing. The team has been very communicative with updates and timelines. I felt Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the construction which reassured me in quality of my purchase and decision. Over all 10/10 and would recommend to any future home buyer.

I Love my new Beazer home! I’ve been here a couple of months now and it has been simply wonderful! I love the community. I love the workmanship of the house. And I love the Beazer Team! The team was great with keeping me updated at the build was in process, they answered any and all questions I had. After I moved on they have been available for any (small) issues that have come up. I’d highly recommend buying a home from Beazer.

We are enjoying our new home! There are quirks to new construction that we are familiar with, having purchased and lived in new construction before. Any issues have been resolved quickly, without any pushback, which we are eternally grateful for. We fall more and more in love with this house every day.
