Friendly reps but hard to get a hold of the contacts. A lot of items to be fixed after move in but hard to get correspondence.

Purchasing my new Beazer home was one of the best experiences I've had. The sales agents I worked with at Magnolia Farms, as well as the construction manager, and frankly, everyone in the Beazer organization, has been fantastic to work with, responsive to my needs, and prompt with replies to any questions. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they've continued their excellent support even now that I've moved in. I cannot sing the praises of Hayley, Wesley, Jenn, and everyone else on the team enough. I have a beautiful home in a wonderful community.

Great Team, Many Repairs

So far everything has been great. The service request I have called in, have been scheduled for a month out (which seems to be a lot of time for a new home repair). There was an improper drainage system put in the side yards, so they constantly flood and are a MUD PIT full of mosquitos. The grass can’t grow. Really disappointed that if you are going to put homes this close together, the least you could do is make sure the shaded side yards aren’t flooding and muddy.

Dalton and Joel did a great job during every step of the sales and construction process. The design center experience was fun and not nearly as stressful as we imagined. We love our home, and appreciate the ease of the process. This is my third new construction home, by far the best experience thanks to awesome team.

We have had many issues with communication betweent BEazer and myself or my husband. We have issues with our sod has been ruined by a trade partner, and we are waiting on someone to tell us when it will be fixed. We had multiple issues trying to prepare for closing, and our dates were moved, after being told they would not move and were set in stone. Additionally, we had an issue with our front door, that finally arrived. The painter for Beazer did a much less than stellar job on the door, and even got paint on the floor. Chad, Matt, and Angelo have been great! They attended to all issues I had/have! My wife and I are very pleased with how we’ve been serviced thus far! Quality of the home, paint job to be more specific, did not meet my expectations. I opted for the upgrade in paint, but now wish I would’ve stayed w their base and just have someone else come out and put better quality paint on.

The house is lovely, though I felt in the sales process they were not as transparent as they should have been. I had a few items I made clear were important to me and I was told they would be easily met only to find out it was known that wasn't possible or guaranteed. For the most part the sales process was seamless. After living in the house a while it feels a few things were rushed or shortcuts taken. Throughout the construction process, Project Manager, Chad, and Beazer Realtor, Angelo, did an outstanding job in providing weekly updates via FaceTime and calls. Since we lived in NH and couldn’t be there, this process made us very comfortable that things were moving ahead as planned. Also the meeting at the Design Center meeting was well done. We highly recommend Beazer Homes and couldn’t be more pleased with our new home.

I love my new home and especially the community but I have found it difficult to get issue inside of or pertaining to my home fixed after the purchase. It almost seems as though they will apse you until closing day and then you are on your own. While it appears that the main structure of the home is great, I have found a lot of the finishing are poorly done. For example the title in my master bath which was an upgrade is not caulked all the way around allowing water to get in the wall which I’m sure will cause mold in down the road if it doesn’t dry properly. Great insulation properties poor finish work.

The house holds heat and air conditioning very well and seems to be well built, but the finish work is atrocious. From paint, base boards, shower install, door handles, and door hanging just to name a few, the finish work and craftsmanship is horrible. Not pleased at all with the final touches of my home.

Cheap flat interior paint that shows every imperfection. Poor quality control, had issues with AC. doors and locking problems, damaged cabinets, poor clean up from construction. ATT fiber not properly installed will have to dig up yard and go under driveway to fix problem. Chronic dust and noise from dump trucks and other trades people.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The initial visit to the sales center provided the information I needed to make an informed decision. At the design center, I had plenty of options to choose from to design MY home. Throughout the build process, I was kept completely informed of progress, and was welcome to bbn visit and ask any question.
