Everyone involved was real helpful and did great. If I had a question or needed anything it was done promptly. Small minor things came up or discovered later, but nothing that couldn't be resolved. Mike and Dalton were great!

Loving and living in our new home.

My wife and I retired and wanted to find a one level home that would be to our advantage as we grow older. Miraculously we found Magnolia Farms. We loved the idea of the Villas, but when we saw the Finley we knew we had found the right home for us. We love our community and though we are still experiencing the growing issues that comes with construction we are Loving and Living in our new home. We can see the progress and visualize a community where we can sit on our porch and enjoy the inviting atmosphere.

We have enjoyed every minute of our purchase. Everyone at Beazer went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Brian made us priority and spend as much time with us as needed to get the job done. We love our home! We feel safe in our neighborhood and look forward to watching it blossom into a place to meet new friends and enjoy the amenities that we have. Looking forward to the playground being finished hopefully soon!

I have heard great things about Beazer homes and am excited to be a part of the community now. I must say that I have not started off as I had expected. In the last three weeks I have had no heat- No hot water- I still have no heat down stairs. My toilet has already backed up twice. The door stop for the front door broke and I have a dent in my wall. When I am in my bathroom I can hear my neighbors talking, moving around. Great home - horrible follow up

We are very happy in our new home overall however the follow up on our outstanding home punch items has been atrocious. I have sent 5 emails and even escalated to customer service email and still NO response. It is the customer service that is boasted about online by companies like Beazer that leave a really bad taste in your mouth when the don't follow through. I would love to speak to anyone from Beazer interested in hearing about our still in finished home. 2 stars only because we like the home and neighborhood.

My husband and I recently purchased/ built our home with Beazer. We love our home but unfortunately it has not been the best experience. Our realtor was great and very helpful since day one. Our home was not ready when we closed and is still pending a few items after being here for almost two months. It's quite annoying still having blue tape on our cabinets. Our heat did not work, our dishwasher does not work and we did our final walk through the day of our closing since it was not complete the Monday prior.

Amazing New Build with Beazer in Magnolia Farms!

Everyone involved in my experience with Beazer Homes was amazing. Magnolia Farms is a beautiful community and I am very happy in my new home. Wesley, CJ, Hannah, Matt, the list goes on. I would recommend Beazer to anyone looking to build a new home. The pool is already built and the community is very clean, I am excited to be living here for the years to come.

Could have been better

Cabinets even upgraded are MDF. Closet shelves were not hung on any studs. They already fell down. I fixed them by mounting them in the studs where I could and GOOD drywall anchors and screws where I couldn't hit a stud. Trades seemed sloppy and not finished well. Lots of imperfections and cheap materials are abundant. HOA doesnt seem to enforce the rules. Already had to have HVAC techs out twice to fix issues were it was installed wrong. Again sloppy trade work. Ridgeline shingles were cracked from roofers stepping on them. Once again trades dont care. I'm sure there will be more found.

Just another house builder cutting corners

We are now in the house for six weeks and they still haven’t completed everything they owe us. If they do complete something, its not done completely. Example: they painted our house including the ceilings tan which we only paid for the walls to be painted tan and per contract the ceilings white. They did paint the ceilings white but they did not take down the light fixtures so when we installed ceiling fans we now have tan rings around the light fixtures! Love my new Beazer home but still a few issues to fix

My wife and I really love our new Beazer homes, we have gotten numerous compliments on the home and it’s interior finish and design . Although there are some issues to fix such as grout in the bathroom tile cracking and some issues with the finishing of the backyard we love our home. We hope to hear back from Beazer soon about drainage issues in the backyard.

I was in love with my new home until everything started to fall apart. I do not believe that this home was built with integrity and seems that the job was rushed. The buying process was good. I felt the preferred lenders were a little aggressive. The builder listened to my comments and concerns through the building process. Although, sometimes I had to give reminders. The sales/building team had regular calls which was great since we were not nearby. My biggest issue has been the yard. The yard was put in early May. We closed at the end of May. It is now almost the end of July and the yard is still on a punch out list and not addressed. We have had many issues in our new home, some of which we are still waiting on being resolved. This whole process of moving into a brand new home you might as well get used to the idea that it's not going to be perfect. Everyone has issues with there new homes, but we have had more issues than anybody should have in a new house.
