Smooth process, from start to end. Cynthia was very diligent in highlighting every small kinks (paint related mostly) and having them corrected before closing. She cut no corner which was very much appreciated - we bought and received quality. Great overall

And he update with me everything by email me all the time about everything he did, and he worked with me with my schedule time, even in my bed, a closing day and before my closing day, explain for me all the detail everything I recommended Josh build all the community because he’s very very good guy

He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and all my concerns were addressed along the way! Josh was the absolute best project manager ! I really appreciated the weekly build updates as it allowed me to stay up-to-date with how my home was being built. Brandon and Dan have been very helpful before, during, and after the entire build process. Mark and Rob also were great New Home Counselors. They quickly answered all my questions ranging from design changes to lender choices. I highly recommend new builds from Beazer Homes!

The buying process was seamless, easy to understand from contract, design options, periodic reviews, final inspection till final closing. New Home center takes care of customer requests post move-in diligently. I am having issues being worked upon currently but frequency of finding issues in component/workmanship were limited from my previous new construction home. Overall, I am a happy customer
