We had a wonderful experience with Beazer . From signing the contract to closing the house went smooth. Rob, our sales agent and Mike.C , our construction manager made sure to keep us updated and informed. Mike made sure that we get house closed on our expected date. Thanks

I think most large builders are not very consumer friendly, however Beazer is set-up to be sure you always have a person to turn to for help. In our case Hayley in sales stayed with us all the way through closing with prompt updates and awesome handling of any concerns that might crop up. Janssen our project manager was excellent. Every time we visited the site and he spotted us he came over to be sure we were satisfied with the progress. I believe the quality of these homes are excellent and they have a particular inside air control system that filters the outside air coming into the house. Upon purchasing the house I really didn't give this feature much consideration, however, my Grandson has been suffering badly with allergies since our move to Tenn. but when he is in our house his allergies disappear. At first we didn't catch the relationship but soon it became apparent it was the air filter system when he would walk out the door and start sneezing within a minute. I had a great experience building my house with Beazer. I always had a quick response to questions and Beazer kept me updated throughout the build process. My house took just about a year from our first payment to move in. There were few up's and down's but all sorted out on positive sight at the end, and I am very much happy with my new house.

Justin, Josh, and the entire Beazer Team were fantastic. Communicated clearly and on a regular basis. The home is awesome! And they've been quick and responsive with our minor warranty requests. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I stumbled on Lockridge Cottages and found a perfect lot. Then to learn we could choose the house floor plan and exterior design just seemed perfect too. The buying process with Rob went so well. The construction supervisor, Janssen along with Rob kept advised on the construction progress weekly. My wife and I were in California, so this communication was invaluable. Janssen learned we had arrived in Tennessee and were staying in a hotel until the house was ready. He pushed up the closing date by 2 weeks so we could move in early. The follow up by both Rob and Janssen has been terrific too. Both are available for any question that has come up. This was my first time purchasing a home, and I am writing this 3 months post closing. The purchase itself was relatively smooth. The build itself is ok and looks great, but I do think they could have spent another $2-10kk on their end to take it to the next level (examples: more paint on drywall, irrigation, soft close toilets - sounds minor but if I am $700k for a home 35 min outside of Nashville I expect these simple things). My builder Chris was quick to action on any issues that came about after move in. I would say you essentially need to get most of the upgrades offered by Beazer - many of my neighbors who didn’t get upgrades are regretting it now. My biggest disappointment was that those who purchased a few months after me ended up with much bigger lots, whereas previously it was meant to be open space for me and my neighbors. I signed at peak prices and closed at peak interest rates, and they wouldn’t budge with lowering the price for me during closing (they cited legal and how it wouldn’t be fair since others have closed and their base price is higher than what I paid now - they conveniently didn’t include lot sizes being another 5-6k sq ft above mine with other incentives to boot; I’ve heard people paying LESS overall). Obviously Beazer likely did this to get those homes sold as interest rates were going higher and higher. I think the least they could have done is provide accommodations like a 2-1 buy-down. We had a great experience building a home with Beazer. The timeline we were given upon contract was hit exactly and the communication throughout the entire process was excellent. Mike was a great PM to work with and we are very impressed!

We had a great experience building our new home in the Beazer Waverly subdivision!. We were able to build the home with the finishes we wanted and every small issue was addressed promptly. We were always kept informed about the status of the home and everyone had a customer service mentality!

We are happy with the house. Our builder Chris made sure that everything was done right!

We were so happy with our experience working with Chris and Cindy. They both were very responsive throughout the entire process and everything happened exactly as they said it would from the beginning. We were expecting delays since it is a new build but we actually closed earlier than the target date. We were here in the beginning when it was all dirt streets. Seeing our dream home come to life was exhilarating. The Waverly neighborhood is shaping up to be a beautiful place to enjoy for many years to come. I’d like to say Alex was incredible to work with. He made things very smooth and effortless to get to closing. He was very responsive all the way to closing on our house and ensured to make sure everything was perfect even after closing. Janssen was also absolutely incredible. He got us familiar with our home and any minor things that needed attention was done very very quickly. He as well checked in on us after closing to make sure we were all set. Overall one of the best teams I’ve had the experience of working with.

We love everything about our house. Beazer has excellent customer service and they made the process easier by taking us through each step in our initial meeting. The weekly updates about the construction progress were helpful. Our builder Chris is very knowledgeable and responsive and addressed all our concerns even the smallest ones before closing.

Our buying experience was a bit expedited, but has been phenomenal. We have really enjoyed everyone we have worked with and any issues or challenges have been met with care and speed. We are only a little over a month of living in our build, but thus far it has been excellent.

The over all experience was good. They switched builders and agents in us a couple times which caused a little confusion but in the end it wasn’t that big of a deal. The over all friendliness of everyone involved in our process was second to none. I’m in the mortgage world and I have zero reserves giving Beazer name as a top builder.
