Beazer has some of the most energy efficient homes on the market. I couldn’t believe all the energy efficient features! Also, the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly and responded right away to any questions or concerns I had. Brandon, Brian, Jansen and Mike in the field were extremely helpful, going over and above! Staci and Rob in the sales office were so helpful as well and very timely with responses. Very friendly and professional…all of them! There were a few issues like any home but all were solved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with purchasing my new home with Beazer Homes has been great! From the initial experience with the sales team all the way through final walk through and closing. The team has been very communicative with updates and timelines. I felt Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the construction which reassured me in quality of my purchase and decision. Over all 10/10 and would recommend to any future home buyer.

I Love my new Beazer home! I’ve been here a couple of months now and it has been simply wonderful! I love the community. I love the workmanship of the house. And I love the Beazer Team! The staff members have all been very professional; while at the same time friendly and helpful. When I see them out and about in the community, many times they will ask “how’s your house?” I always reply “ Great!” If I have a question about something; they will answer my question on the spot or direct me to the right person to contact. The team was great with keeping me updated at the build was in process, they answered any and all questions I had. After I moved on they have been available for any (small) issues that have come up. I’d highly recommend buying a home from Beazer.

We are enjoying our new home! There are quirks to new construction that we are familiar with, having purchased and lived in new construction before. Any issues have been resolved quickly, without any pushback, which we are eternally grateful for. We fall more and more in love with this house every day.

I have had a great experience with Beazer Homes. They went out of their way to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction prior to closing. Cynthia and Ryan are amazing and have even come back after closing to make sure everything was ok. They go above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to know there are still companies that care about their customers.

Beazer made buying my first home easy and stress free. Any questions that I had were carefully listened to and answered. As a first time homebuyer I was scared to be doing it alone. I liked that Beazer offered choice lenders for securing a loan. I received updates on my house progress every few weeks. Having meetings with the builder along the way made the experience more personable. Alex the sales rep was responsive, patient, and helpful. Brian the builder was attentive, detail oriented, and truly invested in the product that he was building. I recommend Beazer over all the other builders out there. Really enjoyed the buying and design experience. Great home and team that built it!

Overall we have had a great experience building with Beazer! From the start, the sales associates weren’t pushy (unlike another builder we met with). We were provided with weekly email updates on the progress and had an open line of communication with Justin and our builder, Chris. They stuck to their timeline and actually moved our closing up to get us in before the holidays, which was great. We had an independent inspection and everything checked out well. We have only had a couple cosmetic issues that have been taken care of by Chris and through the warranty system. We would build with Beazer again in the future! ... More

Smooth process, from start to end. Cynthia was very diligent in highlighting every small kinks (paint related mostly) and having them corrected before closing. She cut no corner which was very much appreciated - we bought and received quality. Great overall

Joshua he was excellent. He did a good job with me and he let me know all the detail. And he update with me everything by email me all the time about everything he did, and he worked with me with my schedule time, even in my bed, a closing day and before my closing day, explain for me all the detail everything I recommended Josh build all the community because he’s very very good guy

Really loved building a home with Beazer! But really what took it the extra mile was working with Josh K! He went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and all my concerns were addressed along the way! Josh was the absolute best project manager ! Would totally build another home with Beazer !
