First off, Jennifer was very good at her job. The buying experience was pleasant. The quality of work is very underwhelming. There were several framing issues in the pre drywall inspection that as a homebuyer I should not have been the one to point them out. The fix for those issues was as good as it needed to be to pass inspection. The painters did a horrific job. There was paint on every outlet cover, there is paint drips on trim and all over the floor, and the overall quality of work is something I might expect from a cheap apartment. The heat and air is where it really gets interesting. If you look at the Waverly home owners group on Facebook you will see how many people are having issues with their heat. I can’t wait to see how bad the AC is in the summer. But the worst thing is,my family is lucky to be alive after having a gas leak from the unit in our utility room. So the good thing is, Mike and the warranty team have been on the ball fixing the heat issues and they will reimburse you for about any expenses you may accrue. I am very thankful for the home in a safe community with good neighbors. The heat unit didn’t work fully for the first two weeks. It is still an ongoing problem with my upstairs unit reading 10 degrees hotter. When I asked the company about the issue the only response I got was, heat rises. Yes I understand heat rises, but for a gas unit it should only be about 3 to 5 degrees, not 10. The HOA manager is non compassionate towards individuals. She tried to compare me wanting the safety of my pets to someone wanting to change out their door or add onto their patio. The drywall is cheap, I can hear my neighbors in high traffic rooms. Hayley, Cynthia and Mike were EXCEPTIONAL ! They held my hand through the whole process. Answered every text/email promptly. Always courteous and professional. They made me feel like I was the only client they had. They really cared about us and our experience. Can’t thank them enough.

Buying process was smooth. Structurally sound with good quality. Warranty response is great. Finishes could be be better with a greater attention to detail.

Overall, my first home building experience was wonderful. Jennifer was very helpful with the initial process of assisting in picking out the best home plan for me and Damien went above and beyond in the whole building process. Any questions or concerns I had, he was always willing to help with a positive attitude and a smile on his face. However, I can say the only issue that I have had was damage underneath the kitchen cabinet that has not been addressed yet after calling the cabinet company multiple times. Had a seamless experience with Beazer Homes to purchase my first property. Brandon, Mark, and Rob were very responsive and helpful throughout the process.

Moving from another area, we were kept updated about construction, worked with us for design meeting times, walk throughs and closing schedule. Overall, good experience.

Our experience started off on the right foot when we walked into the sales office and met Hayley. She presented us with the Beazer difference and my wife wasn't looking anywhere else.(I lost count of the number of houses we looked at). After settling on a lot that met our needs we were off to the design center and worked with Sidney. I sat in the corner and let Sidney and my wife paint the picture. Having a professional help with the design was really a plus. Once the construction started our Project Manager Cynthia was there for us. Any issues or concerned that came up were addressed and handled to our satisfaction. Not only was the Beazer team we worked with topnotch but they genuinely cared about the product they built. Do not hesitate to buy a Beazer home!! My buying experience was so nice. All of my questions were answered, and all of my calls were returned in a timely manner. I am now living in my new Beazer home. I absolutely love it. Chris and Damion answered all of my questions without fail. I have only had minor issues, and they have been addressed quickly by Mike. Do not hesitate to invest in a home with Beazer. This is my third new home in my lifetime, and my Beazer home is one of beauty and quality.

Closed September 11th, 2024 still many issues not remedied. Jeremy was our builder agent more than 10 things were not complete before closing though he told us multiple times he had it under control. He needs a lot of training and was not able to explain most systems to us. Joel saved most issues Jeremy is a -0- Joel is 5 though so not everything was bad. Jeremy is a very lazy kid he just wanted to blame others for issues. Jeremy also told us many things we should have noticed before closing that were not possible as no exterior caulking and many inside items were not completed until after closing. We still have a few open items. Lesley from warranty has also been good so far she just came into a bad situation. We would go by every week at least once a week and Mark's updates were never right about a single update things he would say that were completed had not been started. Mark also is a -0-. We know that we are not the only people who have had issues in this community as most home buyers here have experienced similar instances with the same individuals. In closing two complete -0-'s and one five is why I give the experience a 2 overall which seems fair at this point. ... More

Beazer Homes has a wonderful team of experts who would guide you so carefully through out the homebuying process and took care of us at each stage. Loving it so far and a wonderful experience overall.

Everything was explained clearly in the purchasing process, including a polite no to things that could not be accommodated. The transparency is very good. During the building and after the building was complete, a small number of discrepancies wee discovered, but Beazer members quickly corrected the issue. It's true comfort to know that if something does go wrong (most everything was great), you can count on them to make it right.

We couldn’t be more thrilled with our new home! From start to finish, Beazer exceeded our expectations. The team was professional, transparent, and communicative throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand our vision and turned it into a reality, paying close attention to every detail. The craftsmanship is outstanding, and you can tell they truly care about quality. Every deadline was met, and there were no hidden surprises or costs.

I cannot say enough about the Beazer team we dealt with during our new townhome purchase. Rob Law (sales) was outstanding; very attentive to our needs. He is a true professional. Trey Peck was our primary contact for the building process; he too was outstanding. Providing weekly updates on the build progress and very responsive to our questions and requests. Buying a home remotely can be a stressful endeavor but the Beazer team made it a (surprisingly) pleasant process.

Beazer has very streamlined process. There is nothing much to add considering their magnitude of projects. The main question is the value to your money. It might be very attactive with initial lower costs, but they quickly add up in their upgrades and crazy lot premium costs. Considering the lot sizes they have and the house plans it doesn't make sense to me. They have in built some or almost un noticeable cost cuttings or cheap materials unless you live in the house. The paints of the house are cheap even with upgrades and they don't even leave anything behind for any quick fix ups after moving in. The over kitchen and bathroom cabinets is a major draw back even after upgrade. The width and depth of the over all cabinets is smaller. The depth of cabinet drawers is a joke to me. Bathroom cabinets are of no use with any kind of drawers. They do not install any additional faucets like towel hangers, toilet paper holders. Not a lot of flexibility in customization, again it is understandable as they are mass builders than a custom. I have a good experience with the sales person and the construction manager. However it’s been over a month and we still don’t have internet because over a pipe that is broken, as soon as we purchased the home they didn’t care about us, about fixing the issues in the neighborhood itself. It’s been incredibly annoying specially for someone who works from home. Not to mention the poor quality of the grass that was installed in our house.
