My wife and I purchased a Beazer home in California in 1993 so we were very pleased to have found the Beazer Lochridge community here in Nolensville, Tennessee. We were very pleased with the attention to detail in the construction of the house, as well as the attention we were given by the Customer Service staff after we moved in to address minor issues that needed to be fixed. Charlie Moore and Joe T. were very responsive and helpful getting any issues addressed in a timely manner. This was the first time we had built a home so we were a little nervous about it. The entire process was pretty smooth and I feel like we got everything we wanted. We were very specific with our wants and we love our new home so much. Our builder Chris was great and always went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend Beazer.

From the moment I walked in the office to the moment I closed, buying my home from Beazer has been so easy Rob and our builder Marc went above and beyond answering any questions I had or any concerns that popped up with my home. Even now a couple months after my closing they are still quick to respond to my questions or concerns I may have. If there was a way to give Beazer, Rob and Marc more then 5 stars I would!

I visited Magnolia Farms when houses first started going up and I’m so glad I bought a house in the development. There are numerous options for the outside, kitchen, and flooring. I lived close enough to see the progress and it was neat to see how the house came together. Beazer did a great job. I love my house!

The communication with Dalton was great. We knew exactly what was going on with the house as it was being built. If there was an issue, we were advised and it was rectified. We had some hiccups on closing day and appreciate Dan working to get necessary approvals so we could move in as planned.
