Everyone is very helpful and I highly recommend Beazer Homes!

Overall good. Quality appears better than average so far. There were some things not included with the house that should have been for the price range of the neighborhood (towel bars, toilet paper holders, sealed grout and tile). Mortgage process initiated too early in build process.

Beazer homes gives me a very good customer service and updated me step by step through home building and helped me with $5k extra support. However some problems have appeared after I moved to the house like leaking, electrical and hardwood and the warranty still working to fix them.

I was originally soooo excited to move - talked with a sales agent on two different occasions that I would get to design the home and that the backyard would be 20’ by 20’…fast forward to walk though and there were many issues including the fact that they were now telling me the backyard would only be 20’ by 14’ which is a massive difference. I had a list of things to be fixed and only half of them were done by the time of closing and the rest went on exception list. I also had a rough time dealing with their “preferred lender” hindsight I should have gone with my own as I didn’t get a very good rate and the guy was very unprofessional. Some of the builders and such were super nice but it was just not a very good or smooth process and that is very disappointing that I did not get the product that was advertised. I talked with some other home buyers who had also been told the same about the backyard in addition to having issues with their homes. Well built home with people that care about you, the buyer.

The entire process was great. Having never built a house before, I didn't know what to expect. But I got in early, and Alex was great at guiding me through the process. Because I got in so early, I was able to select all of my options, and even that wound up being way easier than I anticipated. I was provided regular construction updates and Dan and Alex both answered questions I had throughout the process in a timely manner. I am very pleased with the Quality and value of my home. Beazer has a great reputation in the Nashville area for building great homes and communities, which is why they were the only builder I even considered, and I have not been disappointed. Robert was great at providing updates as home was being built. Brian was informative about the home. Chris was not the best lender.

We lived out of town while buying and building this house. Every time we came in for meetings we were greeted and updated with the latest and greatest progress and challenges. Cynthia and her team took pictures and updated us while we were not able to be there. We visited with her frequently on some of the issues that we were concerned with and were able to communicate with ease and understanding. Cynthia took ownership of the project and kept it on track. We felt she was invested in her job and her clients to make sure things were right. If something did not look right she took the initiative to point it out and have it corrected before we had the chance to inspect and bring it up. Very Proactive. Beazer has some of the most energy efficient homes on the market. I couldn’t believe all the energy efficient features! Also, the people there are very knowledgeable and friendly and responded right away to any questions or concerns I had. Brandon, Brian, Jansen and Mike in the field were extremely helpful, going over and above! Staci and Rob in the sales office were so helpful as well and very timely with responses. Very friendly and professional…all of them! There were a few issues like any home but all were solved promptly and effectively. Highly recommend!

Overall my experience with purchasing my new home with Beazer Homes has been great! From the initial experience with the sales team all the way through final walk through and closing. The team has been very communicative with updates and timelines. I felt Brian was extremely knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the construction which reassured me in quality of my purchase and decision. Over all 10/10 and would recommend to any future home buyer.

From the moment we came to see the properties, to laying the first brick, and then being handed the keys it has been a pleasure working with Beazer to build our home. We appreciate the service and effort they have made to make our house feel like a home. Any issues we’ve had they have done their best to meet our expectations.

This is my third time buying a home and the overall experience could have been better. I understand there will always be growing pains with new builds but what I’ve experienced is a lack of thoroughness and quality control. The issues I have are due to people cutting corners and rushing through the building. With my home being in the last run of buildings, I feel things were overlooked in hopes I would not notice. That is not OK. From the jump, things were rough, and hiccups continued along the way and are continuing to happen, even though I am 45+ days into living in this home. I’ve voiced my concerns to the Beazer team. I just hope my concerns and opinions are discussed and taken into consideration for future homeowners. I worked extremely hard to be able to afford this home and paid $400,000. $400,000 is a lot of money. The issues I am dealing with should not be occurring in a $400,000 home. 1. As of today, the ongoing issues I have are as follow: HVAC not heating 2. Electric bill being $250 because of the heating issue 3. Carpet coming up in multiple places 4. Door handles falling off 5. Wood not being stained to match the rest of the stairs/railing 6. Large staple hanging from the bottom of my laundry door which has left a mark on my carpet These are the things I have noticed thus far. As the home continues to settle, I am confident there will be other issues that arise. I’ve expressed my concerns to roughly 4-5 people on the Beazer team, and Airtron and Dura Floors. I feel like I should be compensated as I haven’t had a chance to enjoy my home because of these quality issues and concerns. I bought this home because my friend and her husband bought two homes from Beazer between 2016 – 2019. It is clear the quality of Beazer Homes has decreased because they did not experience any of the issues I have had. I understand mistakes happen, but my next home buy will not be a Beazer home. ... I Love my new Beazer home! I’ve been here a couple of months now and it has been simply wonderful! I love the community. I love the workmanship of the house. And I love the Beazer Team! The staff members have all been very professional; while at the same time friendly and helpful. When I see them out and about in the community, many times they will ask “how’s your house?” I always reply “ Great!” If I have a question about something; they will answer my question on the spot or direct me to the right person to contact. Brian was very knowledgeable and very easy to work with.

We had a great experience. This was our first time buying a new build and it was very pleasant. Cindy, Cynthia, and Ryan were all great to work with, keeping us regularly informed of progress. The required buyer walkthroughs and open access during the build made us fell good about seeing the progress, even though we were out of state. We are very happy with the quality and with the buying process. I would recommend friends consider a Beazer development.
