We recently closed on our Beazer home, and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience! From start to finish, the team made this process smooth and enjoyable. John in sales was fantastic, he was super helpful, patient, and never made us feel rushed. He really took the time to explain everything and make sure we felt comfortable with every step. Garrett, our construction manager, deserves special recognition. He was incredible, always on top of things, quick to answer questions, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our home was perfect. His professionalism and care really gave us confidence throughout and after the build. Maria in warranty has also been great. She’s been responsive and supportive, making it easy to feel taken care of even after closing. Overall, Beazer has a top-notch team. My overall experience with Beazernot bad. The sales people on the other hand, need more training and honesty, integrity and loyalty ! The design center the young lady I had was not knowledgeable on a lot of things that were discontinued or no longer offered ! over all experience pretty good.

The overall process can be stressful. That was not the case. We have bought homes before, so we understood the process. Beazer has a good team of professionals that care about their customers and their products. We have had a couple of small defects arise from settling of the house. We contacted the builder and he was on it immediately. We appreciate how quickly he organized the repairs. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase our home.

From looking at the home with Ryan, and the pre-buy walkthrough with Kyle. I was very impressed! Kyle's attention to detail was amazing! I'm very happy!

We had a great experience working with the builder! We were kept updated throughout the building process and notified when changes occurred. When asking questions, we received quick responses and were provided clear responses. We greatly appreciated the experience received when working with the builder and his team. Christian was a non-stop source of help for us in the process from beginning to end. Dude was 100% on point and gave accurate and appropriate responses that helped guide us to where we needed to be because of him I have recommended Beazer and Wildcat ranch to several people at my office as well as friends who live near by and want a good quality home. Furthermore Colten was incredibly helpful with the building process, he walked us through things we would never would have thought to ask until we couldn't ask anyone anymore. From the selection of the home plan to the handing over of the home keys, the process using Beazer was easy, drama-free, and high quality with a high level of constant communication during the build process. High five to Keith on the build side and Marlo on the sale side for making this process seamless and pleasant.

Just moved into our brand new townhouse and couldn't be happier! The build itself is fantastic - solid construction, quality finishes, and everything feels well thought out. Equally impressive was the buying journey. From initial inquiry to closing, Connor and Jackson were transparent, communicative, and incredibly helpful. No major surprises, just a straightforward and positive experience.

It was a great experience working with Jill. She remembered my wife and I from the first time we walked in over a year earlier, Jill is a great person and great at her job. A wonderful person inside and out. Nate was great to work with dealing with me a past home builder who's experience and expectations are high, Nate was always ready to take my call and listen to my concerns. Nate did a great job with our home both Jill and Nate are fantastic people and we are blessed to have delt with them.
