Great communication and follow up by the builder, the 45 days warranty after purchased were handled well. Christian did a great job to make sure that we are happy with our house.

We are extremely happy with our experience buying our new home in Texas! The builder did an outstanding job and delivered everything that was promised. The quality of the home is excellent, and the layout is beautiful, spacious, and well designed for our family. A special thank you to Cory, our builder. We met with him several times in person throughout the process, and he was always professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very helpful. He took the time to answer our questions, kept us informed, and made sure everything was done right. It was clear that he genuinely cared about the quality of the home and our experience as buyers. Although we haven’t officially moved in yet, we can’t wait to make this wonderful house our home at the end of June. Throughout the entire process, the builder was honest, attentive to details, and committed to delivering a quality home. Christian and Kyle with Beazer homes were so easy to work with. Christian put us in touch with all the right people, and Kyle made sure our new home was clean, yard mowed, and ready for move-in. They were patient with ALL our questions, and the home-buying process was smooth, simple and not stressful. This is our second Beazer home. We trust their experience, engineering and products.

Starting with Joel - he answered every question we had and showed us several homes to help us decide which plan we wanted then he gave us some pointers for the customization. Then meeting with Coltin the smoothness continued! He was so patient throughout the whole building process. They were both more than happy to answer our questions even after closing. We really couldn’t have asked for a better home buying experience and we will forever be Beazer fans!!

Kyle, Sean, and Kristen were all great to work with. Made the process easy to follow as a first-timer getting a home built. Especially with the amount of questions I had and requests for followup. The big disappointment I have is with the quality of the sod and the lack of prep by the landscape company before the sod was installed. In fact the individual installing the sod mentioned to me the quality of sod they have to install is "not good" and suggested I contact them after closing to change it out to a better product (which I have not done). Tremendous amounts of weeds in the sod which I'm now paying a lawn maintenance company to eradicate, and the lawn both front and back are both very "lumpy" and not smooth such that my lawn mower jumps constantly from hitting high and low spots. ... We recently bought our forever home as we had lived in an apartment for the last years. We came to visit Churchill and spent some time with Lezlie who listened and took care of our home needs. We looked at all the homes available and settled on a specific style. We thought let's check other neighborhoods. They were not as well priced or easily accessible as the Churchill community. It might be further away from Dallas but it was quicker to access than other communities closer to Dallas. Once we made our choice Jason (the community builder) walked me through the home to show me all of the items to upkeep plus gave me a quick and easy reference for that same purpose. This was my first home buying experience. The Beazer team led by Ethan made everything easy. Each step of the process was explained where I felt comfortable. Everyone went out of their way to answer all my questions. I received a better interest rate from Beavers mortgage affiliates than offered by VA. Our experience buying our home could not have been better! Theresa and Jake have been the best support and guides through the whole process. Jake especially went above and beyond with his quick responses and willingness to help with any issue that came up and always has a smile and happy attitude.
