It was a Great experience

This is our second beazer home and I have to say they have really stepped up their game! Kim our sales rep was always responsive even at late hours and is on top of her stuff. The builder Kelly was very helpful as well. Granted she is very busy but took care of our requests as soon as available. We loved working with them and would highly recommend Beazer as an efficient and modern style home. It beats trophy’s sales team and builders by a mile in this area.

We are very happy that we got a wonderful house that we dreamt for. Beazer homes helped us in all the phases right from the sales, construction, closing etc... Construction quality is also good and they helped with all the touchups as well whatever we reported. Our experience was very satisfactory and I thank each and everyone in the Beazer team.

construction supervisor Robert was excellent throughout the build. He took over after construction was well underway. Always responded to my concerns promptly and took care of those issues quickly. As far as Beazer homes in general, I would say their building standards are of good quality and the home is well built.

We originally signed a contract to purchase a spec home, but the slow real estate market in the state where we lived kept us from selling our home in time to complete the purchase. Beazer graciously allowed us to transfer our earnest money to custom build a home, and they sold the spec home. Our home in another state finally sold, and we closed on our custom Beazer home. They have been prompt and efficient in correcting all issues in the new home. Great building experience! Christian and his team sent us weekly updates on the process and kept us informed throughout the entire process.

we bought our home and we don't live in the same city. We got weekly updates on progress and the house was built on time.

Josh and Coltin were the best in helping us in every step of the process and after we got into our home. They went above and beyond in making sure that everything in the house was working properly. They even took the time to fix one of the problems themselves! Best home buying experience ever!!

Overall the experience was great. Especially with the Sales Person (KIM) and Construction Manager (John) and the Interior design Manger. They are all Phenomenal on their work and support. Kim was extraordinary and highly knowledgeable and helps to the core and was so Down to Earth. John is a very supporting Manager and helps to fix all issues that we face with a smiling face. Very Responsible. People and process management are really great in Beazer. Areas for Improvement: 1. Quality of Cabinets, Doors, Door Frames are too compromising and not up to the quality. 2. Finishing touch ups and clean ups were missing. 3. Carpet quality would have been better ( compared with other builders) 4. Lawn grass is not that good quality ( as compared with competitor's (Trophy)) Dear Beazer, please upgrade or move to a diff vendor for your cabinets / Doors / Carpet / Grass Irrigation etc to find yourself with UTMOST quality. ... Coming from New York to Princeton I have to admit was nerve wrecking. Leaving behind my family, my friends, my 13 year union employment to pursue greatness, a new beginning. To live my dreams and provide a place to call home to my wife and 4yr.old daughter. Working with John and Kim was an overall exciting, emotional, and peaceful. Experienced. Both Kim and John delivered everything they said they were and they have gone above and beyond to bring ease and peace and make my family feel welcomed and happy. Upon first meeting Kim we fell in love with her energy. We came up with lots of ideas that we wanted and she sure delivered them. Kim was very detailed explaining to us kept me in the loop in every step and built throughout the process. Upon first meeting John. John was very attentive and prompt. Anything I’ve needed in regards to the built any touchups that I’ve reached out for, John has made it his business to meet, deliver and complete. Also to mention how my 4yr, daughter caught a huge love for John sort of like a love for a grandfather role model. The way John has also showed love and attention to my daughter, my wife and me is more that I could have ever asked for. The way John has been with my family I have to say is been very welcoming and has made us feel like a family. Which without realizing it’s been special because I moved my family to a place where we know no one. Leaving a 1 bedroom apartment to a beautiful 4 bedroom home the structure the architect and foundation speaks for itself is breathtaking and beautiful. Shout out to the entire Beazer family for making my experience in this journey and milestone remarkable and like no other, Beazer is definitely a 1000 on a scale from 1-10 they sure exceeded my expectations and delivered everything I asked for. This was our first home and we had no idea what we were doing. All started with Sanjeev holding our hand with what to expect. Then Christian and Barbera talking and texting us every week during the whole process. If this isn’t our forever home, we will build again with Beazer for something bigger. These guys are the best.

This is a quality company from the moment you are greeted through & after you are handed your keys. They guide you through the process keeping in mind what is best for you. Any detail in the building is an important detail & it is addressed in a timely manner. I never felt like is was being a bother with questions or concerns. We love our new home!

Buying home in texas while you are away more than 1700 miles not a easy task. You need good and reliable people to count on for each steps. From the site visit , selection of plot, follow Hindu philosophy Vastu and get a modernized home of your choice, not possible when u r too far from place, but Beazer made it possible. Thank you team
