From the time we contacted the builder until today, a couple of months after closing, communication has been top-notch. Christian and the team were highly professional and followed up on the minor details to keep the process smooth and make us comfortable and happy. I Couldn't ask for a better team. We recently purchased a beazer home (summerfield) which was delivered to us in the promised timeline. The process end to end was pleasant and we had no issues working with the different personal involved. All of them were courteous and responsive to any questions/concerns that we raised. Both Christian and Sanjeev were honest and open about the build process and pricing. Shoutout to Christian for working with us patiently to address all of our concerns and also making sure to deliver a quality house for us to live in. He was constantly in touch with regards to build timelines and made sure all the tasks were on track for competition. He was excellent to work with. The only enhancement we would suggest is for the design studio to have interactive software for us to play around with the available options. While the design staff were nice in responding on time with our questions, an automated process would have made things easier. Overall good experience as a home buyer. ... More
