Blue tape issues did not get fixed. We were told after we move in they would be completed. Due to us possibly scuffing up walls more. They would paint over that as well. Once in new home if they were to come fix issues it would void out 1 year warranties. We had signed contract meaning issues were fixed even though there was a verbal agreement and recording of it taken.

I would like to thank Jill and Greg for their help and support from the start of construction to the completion of closing on the home.

My experience so far with Beazer has been very positive. They make quality houses and sticks to the energy savings. Their process is very transparent and seem less through out the closing

Everything from beginning to end was great. Customer service is always a plus for me.

The homes appear to be over priced as the quality is average and we've had issues, minor, from day one. Specifically the AC unit leaking, lights in the bathroom going out, and the fireplace not being properly placed in the wall. Also, the homes in the area have dropped about 25-50k which is indication that the homes could've definitely been sold for cheaper.

Kim and John did a great job with the new home sale very informative on time communication and overall customer service satisfaction over exceed helpful thanks for all the help you guys do to all the customers thank you .

We recently purchased the model home in a community near Dallas. We had several small issues that needed to be addressed by Beazer. The issues were handled quickly and efficiently. Our overall experience has been very gratifying. We would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

Cleaning hand over is worse. 45 days warranty experience is bad

Beazer needs better quality control processes and oversight of contractors. We've worked with multiple builders over the years, and have found the quality control during construction to be lacking with Beazer. With that being said, the customer support team is good, polite, and friendly.

I really love the experience I had with Beazer, everyone was so helpful and professional. I was able to get a beautiful home and Beazer did an excellent job building my dream home.

Everything is good so far and chase has been very helpful and quick to resolve small issues I had in the 45 days period. I really enjoyed working with chase. He is supportive and helpful. Beazer homes build quality is good and easy process from start to end.

Like every new home buyers, I too had a lot of questions in my mind. Since this was a whole new experience, everyday research was not helpful until i was guided by the expertise and choosing Beazers as one was my right decision. I am thankful that I was guided through all the steps to make beazers house my home. Their guidance and support was not only limited to our closing date but also after several months of move in. I do remember I had several questions or changes I wanted after i moved in but kept it to myself as i was not aware if that would be right to contact them but Nathan reached out to me on his own and ask if we are settling down well or not. All dirt infront house and not cleaning which we requested many times and they have to clean . Please let the builders to know to clean streets

Teresa (Beazer coordinator) and Jake (builder superintendent) was beyond amazing! They were always there when I had questions and always resolved any issue I had. To top it off, there were only minor things that came up and they were resolved in a timely manner. I’ve now been in my home 6 weeks and I absolutely love it! No issues - well insulated. In fact I don’t even hear the builders next door building the new houses from inside my house. My only wish is that Beazer would put in a community center and pool in Phase 3. There are home owner dues and I’m not sure what they are used for. Love the neighborhood and green belt to walk my dog. ... More

Everything was completed as explained per target date. Carson was texting updates regularly. Very pleasant experience.

This is my third build in Texas and the first time I’ve used Beazer Homes. Everything went really well. It was enjoyable to design the home and watch it being built. Carson supervised the build and kept in touch with weekly updates. I visited the site several times and usually found him nearby. He’d spend time talking about what was happening and what was next. Amazing customer service from he and from the Steve in sales. Always willing to help and answer questions during the process. The end result is beautiful. Can’t say enough good about the whole team and process.
