It has been a pleasure to experience the home building process with Beazer Homes! We visited various home builders in our quest to buy our next home. Beazer Homes was the only builder that granted us the opportunity to choose colors and options without having to choose a “package” that required colors, etc. that we did not want. This was a great option for the price range we were seeking! Everyone in the Sales/Construction/Design process was a pleasure to work with. The sales rep and multiple builders we worked with were all excellent. We had several warranty tickets that had to be opened after moving in, and that team has always been eager to assist in any way. There is only one pending issue that is concerning, and it is the fact that we have 6 tiles that have or have to be replaced due to having cracks. Hopefully those will be fixed here shortly, and there isn’t any further issues with the tile. Overall, building a home can be a stressful process and I feel like the team we worked with did a great job with communication and updating us along the process. Amazing line of great people from the time I sign the contract to the time we move into our home. They listen to my concern, they are timely and communicate at every stage of the building process.

The build of any new home has its ups and downs. The most important aspect of my new Beazer home was having someone who consistently keep me informed and when I had questions would address them in a timely manner. Imho, both Nate and Kevin were outstanding. We love the house and would recommend Beazer homes.

Overall the entire build process with Beazer went really well right from the beginning. The sales process with Caroline was easy and hassle free. I really enjoyed the transparency to be informed on items such as all floor plan options available, pricing on additions and even a guide to upgrades. This helped tremendously in planning budgets and costs and determining affordability. I really liked their Choice options with give you the flexibility with the floor plan of making adjustments without having to pay additional for certain changes. Caroline was great at answering any and all questions we had and we felt well prepared to make our decision to purchase at the time of our meeting with her and then subsequently at the design center. We didn’t have that sticker shock moment you can have with other builders on what’s included and what isn’t from a standard vs upgrade perspective. The building process had its challenges that were beyond Beazer’s control due to outside factors with supply issues as well as other matters with the developer but I did like how Beazer kept us in the loop of what they could. With the supply constraints they got out in front of whatever they could and worked around as many issues as possible. Todd, our Construction Manager was great at that. He kept us informed and kept it honest with where things were which was a tremendous help when managing expiring leases and moves that we had to coordinate. No building process is perfect, especially with all the different trades that you are dealing with, but Todd’s approach and his attention to detail made me feel confident in the process. Any issues (minor) that would come up or we’d notice, he either would have already been in process of addressing or would jump on it quickly. This was our second new construction home loan purchase and I can say even with the delays from the outside factors, this process was much better than our first and I do think it had a lot to do with the transparency and way that both Caroline and Todd are and care about providing good service and a good product. I feel pretty satisfied with Beazer Homes' overall experience. Caroline has been great helping me find my desired house, and she's been guiding me through lots of the confusion and difficulties as a first time home buyer, while my broker was on vocation. Todd, my construction manager, has been taking care of the various quality control and warranty stuffs during this entire purchase. He's been really responsive and helpful, especially considering this special time of contractor shortage and supply chain's backorder issue.

After the nightmare of an experience my family had with First Texas canceling our contract (they increased the home price $80000), I'd almost given up on buying a home. At was at this time I walked into the Beazer model home and met Ryan. Denise with Thrive Mortgage, Ryan (sales consultant) and Brewer (project manager) made this home purchasing experience a breeze. I expressed that we needed to move in 7 months, Ryan and Brewer kept us updated, and the home was completed in the timeline. Working with Beazer Home was a great experience starting with Ryan who worked with us on getting the property location and helping us find the right mortgage company was very professional and friendly and he made it happen for us From the design center with Brittany who did a great job of helping us find the right bricks, carpet, flooring and painting for our Home and the builder contacts Brewer and Hunter did a great job of keeping us informed doing the building process it was a pleasure working with each of them. This builder is very rare to find. They stick behind their word and are 100% transparent through the process. We built our home over the pandemic, many challenges were presented to Beazer and they came through as they promised. High level of respect and integrity for this team!

Overall great experience. Any issues we have had, have easily been resolved through the warranty system.

The builder from sales, to design center to the finished product, the day we moved, and after, did their best to accommodate and produced a beautiful home that we are enjoying, we had one issue at the final walk through and it was fixed in the first couple of days.

The folks at Beazer are simply the best! They take care of their customers! I had a very positive experience with Harry D. & Todd A. They both were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Harry led me through the entire process and made himself available through the entire build. He even continued to provide exceptional service after closing. When I originally started this journey, I truly wanted Beazer, but they had no lots available. I settled with another who did my dirty and allowed a much higher bidder and a loophole remove me from that situation. Months later I reached out to Beazer and two weeks after that Mr. Frank contacted me with blessed news. From the sales agent to the design center Anna to the builder Nate my experience has been a positive joy. Totally different from the other builder! Even after I have closed, Frank and Nate have been there. I am so grateful for Beazer. Words cannot express my heart when I wake up in my beautiful home every morning. (God knows).
