My Beazer Home is great. I loved the homebuying experience. I would recommend buying from Beaer.

Overall we had a very positive experience with our sales consultant, Mark. He did everything in his power to get us the best possible price and connect us with a great mortgage company. We love our new home, but unfortunately within the first two weeks of living here we had a slew of issues. First, our HVAC system went out and took almost two weeks fix. Here in Texas it’s hot and humid, so you can imagine it was quite uncomfortable. We will certainly give credit to Dax, our warranty rep, who was able to provide a portable AC unit which made it a little more comfortable in the house. Second, after a heavy rain storm, we had water intrusion in both our front office and garage. After some investigation, they found water getting into the garage through the tankless water heater exhaust vent which wasn’t properly sealed. The upstairs outer window sills had several areas where water was getting in and running down the inside walls, soaking our office carpet. Dax did his best to get our warranty issues resolved as quickly as possible, which we are appreciative of. This is by far our largest investment and we understand things aren’t always perfect, but to have this many issues within the first two weeks seriously makes us question Beazer’s build quality. ... When we did closing we have been promised to get everything completed but there are still a lot of issues and no one cares about remaining stuffies. There is no tracking system to check own case. Terrible

The whole experience was overwhelming as we were first time homebuyers but Beazer Homes made the process ssooo much smoother from start to finish. The financing, the customization, the building and the timeline really felt like it just flew right past us. Not to mention the quality. We had a third party home inspector inspect every phase of the building process as we were holding Beazer Homes to a higher standard, and even our home inspectors were impressed by how little discrepancies were discovered. 10/10 Highly Recommend.

Beazer home is well designed, plenty of storage and living space.

No doubt Beazer builds a beautiful house. Fit and finish is excellent. Quality materials used! Beazer needs to find a way to complete the home by using higher quality landscaping and trees. Our sod has more weeds and bare spots than grass. I paid a landscaper to replace the front sod and tree. Beautiful home, poor lawn!

The experience was awesome. I had no worries at all. They kept me up to date and had it ready for me to move in! Amber was exceptional!

It was good experience overall and we enjoyed it and we love our home. I am not satisfied with backyard because it was not leveled and grass is very low. Also, one of backyard sprinkler pipes was burst open and now we are waiting to get this fixed up.

My fiancé and I had the most amazing and smooth experience. I highly recommend Beazer homes!!

While we were in search of a right builder at the locations we preferred to live, we were brought to Beazer Homes by the realtor. Right from showing us the available plots, through contract, design studio appointments, various stages of the build, celebration walks and finally closing and beyond, our experience with Beazer Homes was truly commentable! We were able to see our sweet home getting built across various stages, and the construction manager Cory was keen on providing constant updates on the progress and clarifying any questions we had. Even though Beazer had their own inspections, we had availed additional external agency evaluations during the build stages. Our external evaluation mentioned that the construction was pretty good and they were able to find only minor suggestions to be made. The Beazer construction manager ensured that all those suggestions within city code were taken care before hand over. Our experience with Sales team, Design Studio and especially with Construction Manager all through the construction was awesome!. All concerns/feedbacks raised were handled within stipulated time. Great overall experience….the entire Beazer Home staff are great people and cool down to earth also. The communication was great they also kept me inform on any and everything that was happening.

From initially showing interest in purchasing a Beazer Home, to new home orientation and closing, the Beazer team was excellent. Theresa and Chris were both great to work with, and made our entire experience great. All questions and concerns were quickly and thoroughly addressed, and the quality of our new home is above average. We highly recommend Beazer.

The experience was great due to the professionalism of the Beazer Team. Colton and Theresa assisted in making the process very positive. They were very attentive and always available to answer all questions thoroughly. Even after moving in, they are still available to assist and have never lacked professionalism.

Me and my fiancé decided to buy a home while our lease for the apartment was up. Everywhere we went people did not take us seriously. When we walked into Beazer Marlo greeted us with the biggest smile. She was super sweet and immediately started answering all my questions. We checked out the two homes that were available when we walked into the Fairfield we immediately knew due to layout that this was our home. It took us not even a day to reach back out to secure the home. Marlo kept us updated throughout the process. Keith the construction manager updated us weekly and would even jot down any questions I had. Both would always get back to me in a timely manner. When it came down to the inspection my inspector was impressed by the build quality. He said many homes right now are not built this well. Our signing for the home took no more than 30 minutes. The entire process was easy and over all our first home purchase was a breeze. I have been in my home for over a month now and everyone who comes to my house loves it. They always comment on the layout and how open everything feels. I recently saw a video for a house in Plano Tx that’s just over 1.5 million and they have the same exact railing as we do for our stairs. To me seeing that added to the love I have for this house. I am excited for the years that come by. I hope they keep Marlo at the office for wildflower ranch so I can stop by every now and then to thank her! ... More
