The folks at Beazer are simply the best! They take care of their customers! I had a very positive experience with Harry D. & Todd A. They both were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Harry led me through the entire process and made himself available through the entire build. He even continued to provide exceptional service after closing. Also, want to give a big thank you to Christian at Beazer for his exceptional follow through and thoroughness. We were happy to have such a polite, dependable, energetic, and all around awesome builder. During one of the most challenging times to buy a home, Christian really went above and beyond to ensure we stayed on schedule with continued follow-up on all punch list items. This is my second home built by Beazer and they are just so profesional and awesome. I will buy another!!!

When I originally started this journey, I truly wanted Beazer, but they had no lots available. I settled with another who did my dirty and allowed a much higher bidder and a loophole remove me from that situation. Months later I reached out to Beazer and two weeks after that Mr. Frank contacted me with blessed news. From the sales agent to the design center Anna to the builder Nate my experience has been a positive joy. Totally different from the other builder! It was a seamless and great buying experience.

John and Joel made the construction phase easy to navigate. Because I had regular updates on the progress it was easy to plan out my move. Really enjoy and appreciate the solid build of this home. Makes for comfortable living.

Brian in the buyers center was amazing to work with and helped us through the process. The design center day was a highlight as we were able to make those fun decisions. Chris was so good at keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect. Overall smooth process even with the unexpected delays due to supply and workforce problems in construction.

The builder was very responsive to our questions. Our new home was completed in a timely manner.

From start to finish the staff in the office walked me through exactly what I needed to do to buy my dream home. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. There were some late emails or calls I may have sent and they were still there even after hours at times.I can’t imagine buying a home from noone else but Theresa and Joel, they are amazing.

Chris (builder) and Steve (sales) excelled at customer service and satisfaction throughout the home buying process. Chris has continued to be an excellent resource, going above and beyond to address any concerns that have come up. I am very appreciative of the personalized attention to ensuring all of my warranty issues are handled in a very timely manner.

I looked at a few other builders and the care Joel took to walk me through model homes and listen to my needs to supply ideas on how different floor plans could work was great right from the start. Once my home was being built he and John really knocked it out of the park in terms of providing updates and options. Even during a tough time in building with delays and selections not being available they were upfront and tried to give advice and listen to any questions or concerns I had. Bryan and Ryan's professional attitude, constant communication weekly updates on build time.

The entire process was smooth. We had weekly videos of the progress of the house. Everyone is quick to respond when you have questions or want to make modifications. Phenomenal team to work with.

We love our new home at Gatherings. Beazer Homes age 55+ community is great. We have so many wonderful neighbors and new friends. A fun next chapter has begun for us here!!
