Great experience for the first home buying.

Beazer has been a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They have gone above and beyond with their warranty coverage as well. I can't say enough about Keith, Jill, Bethany and the team!

Brian in the buyers center was amazing to work with and helped us through the process. The design center day was a highlight as we were able to make those fun decisions. Chris was so good at keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect. Overall smooth process even with the unexpected delays due to supply and workforce problems in construction.

The builder was very responsive to our questions. Our new home was completed in a timely manner.

From start to finish the staff in the office walked me through exactly what I needed to do to buy my dream home. They were very friendly and answered any and all questions that I had. There were some late emails or calls I may have sent and they were still there even after hours at times.I can’t imagine buying a home from noone else but Theresa and Joel, they are amazing.

Chris (builder) and Steve (sales) excelled at customer service and satisfaction throughout the home buying process. Chris has continued to be an excellent resource, going above and beyond to address any concerns that have come up. I am very appreciative of the personalized attention to ensuring all of my warranty issues are handled in a very timely manner.

I looked at a few other builders and the care Joel took to walk me through model homes and listen to my needs to supply ideas on how different floor plans could work was great right from the start. Once my home was being built he and John really knocked it out of the park in terms of providing updates and options. Even during a tough time in building with delays and selections not being available they were upfront and tried to give advice and listen to any questions or concerns I had. Bryan and Ryan's professional attitude, constant communication weekly updates on build time.

The entire process was smooth. We had weekly videos of the progress of the house. Everyone is quick to respond when you have questions or want to make modifications. Phenomenal team to work with.

We love our new home at Gatherings. Beazer Homes age 55+ community is great. We have so many wonderful neighbors and new friends. A fun next chapter has begun for us here!!

This is my second Beazer home. From the initial decision to put in an offer, to the building, and the post closing experience, it has been a wonderful experience. Chris, Caroline and Brian did such a awesome job! I would absolutely recommend Beazer.

Although COVID caused shortages and delays, I was kept notified of changes to my build. I am pleased with the responses to my concerns and questions. And the only dispute I had was handled professionally and to my satisfaction. I do recommend Beazer Homes.

We enjoyed our building experience with beazer. Very easy and great communication throughout. We only had one hiccup that we wish we felt better about but overall it was great.

I am extremely happy with my build with Beazer. I moved from another state so I feel like I was blessed with the perfect Sales rep ( Jill S.) Who is so awesome, She walked me through the building process on every step and told me up front there maybe some bumps due the market and supply chain issues. Every time I had a question I could call Jill and she would respond, even if it was her day off. In addition my building manager ( Christian)is the BEST! He made sure go give me weekly updates on the progress of my home, both he and Jill sent me photos.I appreciate that he was always honest and transparent, which helped me manage my expectations on my move. Beazer's homes in the Devonshire community are absolutely beautiful! Our expectations for our home were met with things we desired. The Beazer staff (Theresa-Seller and Kyle-Builder) was very friendly, knowledgeable and helped us with any questions or issues we had day or night. Although we had a minor setback, Beazer was willing to negotiate the issue to make sure we were happy! The neighborhood and view from our home makes it all worth while. Thank you, Beazer!

The communication was fantastic and the process went as smooth as can be with all the supply shortages going on. I was very happy with my builder, Chris, for how responsive he was during the process and how he went above and beyond in explaining what to expect during the whole thing. Very pleased with the end result!

Dewonda was great when we came to check out the condo and she was with her last client so we said will wait it was pass 6pm and she said nope let’s go. We ended up buying two one for me and my son bought. The walkthrough was great with Robin and I can’t remember her partner but it was so smooth and everything was handle for our last walkthrough. Great folks even after moving in.

Theresa helped me and my family, and she’s simply the best, nothing beat her honesty and sincerity!!! She carried us along the whole Journey from the day we signed till closing nobody really does that

The realtor Harry, the builder Joe and the design center people were awesome. Beazer homes kept their promise. The contract price never changed, despite the fact that the prices of all building materials went up tenfold nationwide . I am living in my beautiful Beazer home and I am loving it. I wanted to buy a second Beazer home 2 weeks ago, but I didn’t qualify because Beazer does not sell to investors in that subdivision. I have recommended Beazer homes to my friends and family.
