I feel pretty satisfied with Beazer Homes' overall experience. Caroline has been great helping me find my desired house, and she's been guiding me through lots of the confusion and difficulties as a first time home buyer, while my broker was on vocation. Todd, my construction manager, has been taking care of the various quality control and warranty stuffs during this entire purchase. He's been really responsive and helpful, especially considering this special time of contractor shortage and supply chain's backorder issue.

After the nightmare of an experience my family had with First Texas canceling our contract (they increased the home price $80000), I'd almost given up on buying a home. At was at this time I walked into the Beazer model home and met Ryan. Denise with Thrive Mortgage, Ryan (sales consultant) and Brewer (project manager) made this home purchasing experience a breeze. I expressed that we needed to move in 7 months, Ryan and Brewer kept us updated, and the home was completed in the timeline. Working with Beazer Home was a great experience starting with Ryan who worked with us on getting the property location and helping us find the right mortgage company was very professional and friendly and he made it happen for us From the design center with Brittany who did a great job of helping us find the right bricks, carpet, flooring and painting for our Home and the builder contacts Brewer and Hunter did a great job of keeping us informed doing the building process it was a pleasure working with each of them. This builder is very rare to find. They stick behind their word and are 100% transparent through the process. We built our home over the pandemic, many challenges were presented to Beazer and they came through as they promised. High level of respect and integrity for this team!

The builder from sales, to design center to the finished product, the day we moved, and after, did their best to accommodate and produced a beautiful home that we are enjoying, we had one issue at the final walk through and it was fixed in the first couple of days.

The folks at Beazer are simply the best! They take care of their customers! I had a very positive experience with Harry D. & Todd A. They both were knowledgeable and responsive to my needs. Harry led me through the entire process and made himself available through the entire build. He even continued to provide exceptional service after closing. When I originally started this journey, I truly wanted Beazer, but they had no lots available. I settled with another who did my dirty and allowed a much higher bidder and a loophole remove me from that situation. Months later I reached out to Beazer and two weeks after that Mr. Frank contacted me with blessed news. From the sales agent to the design center Anna to the builder Nate my experience has been a positive joy. Totally different from the other builder! Even after I have closed, Frank and Nate have been there. I am so grateful for Beazer. Words cannot express my heart when I wake up in my beautiful home every morning. (God knows). It was a seamless and great buying experience.

John and Joel made the construction phase easy to navigate. Because I had regular updates on the progress it was easy to plan out my move. Really enjoy and appreciate the solid build of this home. Makes for comfortable living.

Brian in the buyers center was amazing to work with and helped us through the process. The design center day was a highlight as we were able to make those fun decisions. Chris was so good at keeping us updated and letting us know what to expect. Overall smooth process even with the unexpected delays due to supply and workforce problems in construction.

The builder was very responsive to our questions. Our new home was completed in a timely manner.
