I love my new beautiful home

An excellent sales staff, very knowledgeable, helpful, problem solvers!

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes. John has been one of the best builders I have ever dealt with. Having been in construction for almost 20 years I have dealt with many builders and few have kept up great communication and keeping expectations. Beazer from start to finish was easy to work with and always helped answer any questions and how things where going. Joel was great to interact with and was always quick to help answer any questions. I would happy build another house with them.

I appreciated how willing each person I interacted with were to walk w/ me through buying my first home. Josh & Rusty both helped me immensely in having confidence and trust in the process.

On site agent was very easy to work with from the very beginning of the process and continued to stay in touch with us throughout.

Beazer at Mercer Crossing has provided excellent customer service throughout every step of the home building journey. We worked with Travis, Jay, and Robin throughout the process. We felt like the staff at Beazer genuinely wanted to see us happy with our investment and the build quality of the home. During the sales process, we never felt pushed into anything. During the build process, we were provided weekly updates. We did notice a few issues during this process, but they were quickly addressed once we brought it up. During the closing process, Beazer addressed all of our issues with the home that we noted. Some observations were addressed promptly after closing. After closing, I’ve filed a few warranty claims and all of our issues were promptly addressed. From the moment we entered the office we had a great experience with Jill she took the time to understand what we were looking for gave us all options and made us feel extremely comfortable with the decision we were making. We also had Todd as our Construction Manager which I would recommend 100% he was the best, the attention to detail the weekly updates we received made us know he cared every step of the way all the way to closing and after. Todd has been amazing if I would buy again in the future would definitely go were Todd is he was awesome. Both of them made our house a dream come true

Great service from Beazer warranty services and especially Vasquez.

We love the home we current live - Beazer Homes. The first time met with the sale's person Tyree was very pleasant. There is no pushing. Then we work with John and Paul for any issue with the house we bought. It is very nice experience when we have found there was issue with the house and they always help to fix.

Everyone on the team was super helpful and courteous! John, the gentleman who oversaw the building process of my house, kept me up-to-date with the progress of my house every week. I loved receiving picture updates and well as information on how to care for every aspect of my house. Joel, the Beazer realtor, made the application process smooth and easy. Both of them were very quick and responsive to any questions that I had. Anything that needed to be fixed was fixed immediately and my concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Slater who worked in the model home office was very helpful, answered questions after hours and gave us great service.

I was looking for my first home and it was almost finished and I fell in love.

They ask you at somepoint about making any of the interior walls sound proof....I assumed all walls have insulation, however; I didn't realize how much or how thick or how "sound proof" the walls on the interior of the home would or would not be once we lived, in our house. With knowing what I now know I would recommend to anyone else have your master toilet closet sound proof and you laundry room walls sound proof as part of the construction process. In my opinion that is the best thing to do for a solid quality build. Nothing else was a big problem all was great, an solid. I can't think of anything specific. The attic could use a little more insulation over garage ceiling and maybe grout seal the floor grout. I don't know of any real problems. Honestly, everything was just perfect. Honestly! ... More

Process went quite smooth with Travis . Even after a month of selling if I have any questions , beazer homes builder and Travis are pretty quick to answer any of the queries.
