Absolutely wonderful experience as first time homeowners. Sales staff and builder were excellent and very knowledgeable, caring and professional!

My home buying experience was great from my first interaction until closing and beyond. My sales Rep Jill was phenomenal. She guided me through the process well and was very attentive. My CM Todd was also amazing. He kept me updated weekly on the status of the build and was very responsive to my questions and concerns. He did a great job of educating me through the process. The design center experience was exceptionally. Hailey helped me design my dream home.

Quality material/Design/100% Customer satisfaction.i will recommend this builder to any one.

Great experience, Chris (our builder representative) did the needful to get our needs taken care of.

After closing on our home, we provided a list of items that required fixing during the warranty period. Beazer was excellent in scheduling workers to address our issues in a timely manner and following up with us to ensure the work completed was done to our satisfaction.

Bryan was awesome, he kept me aware of what was to come next. He made the process easy.

The builder work very clean, you can see all the steps while he is building, also he send you a pic every week with the new advances of the house.

Our experience with Beazer homes has been great. The construction manager was very helpful. In the design studio they are very knowledgeable and provided very valuable suggestions. If they have some kind of VR to show how our house looks after we finalize the upgrades it will be nice. After closing our builder took the time to help us with some of the small issues we had and was very prompt to follow up.Overall great experience.

Out of all the builders in Devonshire, we decided to go with Beazer and we were not disappointed. You provided on every goal set and we love the quality and look of our home. Although this is not our forever home, we will definitely try to use Beazer for the next one.

Look at for cheap concrete they put in in the home this concrete is real soft is not it's not a hard concrete it's real soft concrete and stuff they hide between the walls that you can't see that is wrong and watch for the lies they tell you you got to be real wise to that if I would have known that I would have never bought this house

Prior to choosing Beazer, I walked through countless new construction homes. After seeing a Beazer Home (for the third time), it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level. It was great working with Joel and John throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up.
