Building a home is a big decision and can be stressful along the way. John and Joel made this process so easy for us. We were kept up to date weekly on progress, reassured about our concerns and informed on what to expect. We were educated on the products we chose as well. Every detail was cared for.

With the supply chain issues during our construction, Beazer did a great job communicating each week with status, plans and issues. Really felt a part of the process.

The experience was great. Starting from Steve as a salesperson, to Brittany has our design center personnel to Jason as our builder, they all helped us collectively to accomplish a dream home for us. Steve gave us really good information about the community, location and the builder. Brittany (even with my million emails) helped us pick the right choices for the house and my house looks so PERFECT! Jason was almost like a great friend helping us with everything and taking care of anything that was not correct. From our first visit to the model home to closing we were continuously kept well informed regarding the steps in the process. When questions arose they were addressed immediately throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the finished product. I enjoyed my experience with Jill and Christian. They are pleasant to work with and kept me up to date with the progress. I lived 1hr away from my new home and could not drive often to check on it, so they made sure to send me pictures frequently, which I really appreciated.

From the beginning Travis and Jay were very professional and friendly. Travis listened to our options and constraints and provided candid feedback during contract signing. After that everey week Jay and Travis called me on my to provide update on the construction progress. It was very transparent. Due to delay material availability, the finish took some delay, however, in the end we are at our home sweet home. Appreciate all their support. Beazer home is the best....

Jill was so knowledgeable and helped us through any and every situation we encountered through out the process. There was never time where we could not go to Jill for concerns or just questions. She was always polite and made you feel like you were a person and not just the next person in line buying a home. Chris was an exceptional project manager. Some things were missed prior to him being selected to finish the home weeks before it was due to be completed. He came in nonetheless, getting things done and in a timely fashion. From first looking at Beazer Homes, I fell in love. The finish outs are beautiful. The floorplan was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was so smooth and I felt no stress. I'm so happy I bought a Beazer Home.

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes. John has been one of the best builders I have ever dealt with. Having been in construction for almost 20 years I have dealt with many builders and few have kept up great communication and keeping expectations. Beazer from start to finish was easy to work with and always helped answer any questions and how things where going. Joel was great to interact with and was always quick to help answer any questions. I would happy build another house with them.

I appreciated how willing each person I interacted with were to walk w/ me through buying my first home. Josh & Rusty both helped me immensely in having confidence and trust in the process.

On site agent was very easy to work with from the very beginning of the process and continued to stay in touch with us throughout.

I've been in my home for almost 2 months. I love the community feel of the gatherings. I am very happy with my unit.
