The builder did an amazing job. Everything was on point, I was given details on every steps of the process. They finished building my house way before the deadline, I was amazed how quick and efficient everything was. Thanks to the team. (John, Cory and the rest of the team)

One of my friends referred Beazer Homes saying that their customer service is very good. We felt the same when purchasing house. Construction was on time. Design center experience was great. Slater is our sales rep and he responded to our emails, texts and calls quickly. Warranty request responses are also great. Overall great customer service.

This is the second new home we built. While we started our home build process full of excitement about settling down and getting rooted in a community, we entered the process with trepidation because our first build process was very stressful. Our nervousness quickly dissipated, and our excitement grew throughout the process, from the initial purchase to the final move-in. Kevin and Kyle were friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive and did an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the process. Their weekly communications, including videos and photos, helped us prepare for a smooth move. They were also very personable, as we often found ourselves conversing about our families and work. It was clear early on that this was not simply a business transaction. We are also extremely satisfied with the quality of the home build. We had an independent inspector walk the home and provide a detailed report of issues to address before closing. Our independent inspector asked us who the builder was and stated that our home was "VERY well built." He mentioned it was clear to him that the build team was thoughtful and detailed in how they built the house. Not only was the build structurally sound, but the home is also BEAUTIFUL. We could not be more pleased with how our home looks. This is in no small part due to the guidance we received at the design center when selecting our design choices. Our best and joyous experience started with beazer homes from Sales Office before Contract and it continued to this date even after move in. Just like any new construction house we had some issues upon move in but they were all promptly taken care of. Our Project Manager Chase and Sales Manager Slater both are very supportive and dealt with us exceptionally well. We recommend beazer homes to any family!

This is my first home, and I was so nervous with the process as it is new for me. But the way the Sales Manager, Beazer representatives, helped all the way in the process is very appreciated and I am grateful for that. We had very high expectations for Beazer Homes especially for their build quality, but are very disappointed with the quality of the house, as we are noticing many issues with the build, and a very poor response from the construction manager. We were promised that the pending items will be fixed 45 days after closing, but the construction manager stopped responding right after we moved in. I recently had the pleasure of working with Beazer homes to buy my dream home. I was so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. I’m always grateful to our construction manager John who is so kind and helpful throughout the process. Overall, I am very happy with my new home, and I would highly recommend Beazer Homes to anyone who is looking to build a new home.

Construction Manager Greg agreed to do some lawn work after closing as the nearby house is not finished yet. But after Closing, it is very hard to reach to him and the warranty people also not taking up any of the work and giving other reasons and states construction manager should have done it already. Also, Construction manager wants the rating for him on the same day as Closing which is horrible. They conveniently have the rating process in their Favor. Beazer should run one more review Rating process 45 days after Closing. Bad Experience Overall

They constructed my highland, master bathroom counter top with 2 broken piece, underneath the bathroom sink is already leaking barely a month of moving in, electricity switch for the fan and light in the living room is not working. They are very pricey and their work is below standard.

We love the floor plan and fixtures. Our only concern was with the Project Manager. 6 weeks in and we already have some issues with the bathroom, kitchen, and other areas that were not installed properly. Honestly these problems could have been avoided if the PM was more competent.

Our experience with Beazer has been nothing but wonderful! From signing our contract, meetings with our construction manager to closing, it was such a smooth process! We are so thankful we chose Beazer homes!!

Unfortunately, the sales representative has been unreachable since signing the contract, leading to difficulties in the delivery of keys after the closing process. Additionally, they misplaced my mailbox keys, resulting in a delay of three to five days to obtain a replacement key despite numerous efforts and phone calls. The poor quality of workmanship by their contractor further added to the challenges. However, I must commend Construction Manager John for his exceptional humility and responsiveness. He attentively listened to all of our concerns and proactively collaborated with the contractor to address them in a timely manner. His efforts greatly improved our overall moving experience. Warrant people are horrible. No more quality work. So many corners cut on the build as well.

The best thing was going through the process with my project manager Hunter. He made the process super easy, and he really took care of all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied every step of the way. He was extremely thorough, but most importantly very responsive. Anytime I had a question or concern I could expect it to be addressed immediately. We are loving our new home and neighborhood.

Good communication from new home sales consultant. Well built homes. Very little warranty repair work after move in. Good fit and finish throughout the entire floor plan. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide two trees in backyard, larger than 60 ft wide lots at this price range, add under cabinet lighting and upgraded quieter dishwasher as standard features. Tankless water heater is an awesome system.
