Very smooth very professional and easy

The best part about buying our home was the sales consultant. She was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the home process. We do have a lovely home, but there are lot of incomplete details that still need to be done on the home after close.

From the moment we walked into the model office and throughout the purchasing process, we were kept up to date and all of our questions were answered throughout the process. The design center was a breeze with numerous choices and no up-sales pressure. Helpful and knowledgeable about products offered. Before and after closing, the warranty reps, ensured our home was ready for move in and that any items/concerns we had were taken care of in a timely manner. First time of buying a brand new house and I’m so fortunate to meet my dream home built by Beazer. Very stylish and modern design, super smart and energy efficient configurations, great home plan maximizing use of every sqft. I couldn’t ask for more. Big shoutouts to Joe, John and Maria for doing their 200%, making everything so smooth and offering so much care to us.

First of all, the sales person Sanjeev did not tell me anything about what was going on with the house I bought. Later I found out there was a person who had contract but did not buy the house. Sanjeev only told me I was not able to make any changes to the house they were building because peleevious potentail buyer picked all the materials he/she wanted. If I knew this I would have expected what might happen later I move in. So I have lived in this house almost 2 months and I don't have cabinet hardware. I contacted the builder there was no order for it. What kind of new house is built without any cabinet hardware? I Sanjeev told me what the situation was I am I would bought them and installed them. I am so disappointed and upset with whole situation. Also before closing, I had inspection report that pointed out what needed to be addressed before closing date. Of course there were things that weren't fixed and I understood and Sanjeev ensured that since Beazer is big company that it will take care of any issue after move-in. After I moved in there some issues with AC, water heater, etc but it takes long time to warranty to come out to repair them. Now I can't even get hold of builder any more after I gave them a good survey. Again I am so disappointed and regret I should have listened to my buddy who also was so upset with Sanjeev for being so rude to him when my buddy was on house hunting. To be honest, I would not recommend this company to my friends, I don't want my friends to have bad experience because buying a house is very important decision you have to make. Very basic builder upgrades provided in design center, not very new home buyer friendly with home plans.

It was a nightmare not was ready when they said I moved in and was a lot of issues with the house been here almost two months and stil all the issues from where we first walk the house are still pending and when they come to try to fix they said is normal is a new home and already has too many issues

Very impressed with model and other homes builder did. Our was pushed up a month to meet quarterly numbers and we feel very much this contributed to a lower quality build. So many items from framing to drywall have bad defects that are not being repaired by builder.

My condo buying experience with Beazer at the Gatherings in Allen TX was surprisingly pain free. My local Beazer rep Wendy was patient and accommodated my needs without an issue. The process easy and smooth.

Its my first home and I am Loving it..

Having Brewer as our PM has been a great experience through our whole process with his weekly updates and when we moved into the home of making sure everything has been smooth. He has been very good a setting everything to be fixed in the house on things we didn’t catch until we moved. Brewer has been outstanding.

The sales people were outstanding!

Everything is great. Everyone is great. We know that everytime we do have an issue, that Beazer is behind us 100%. We have nothing to worry about.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer homes in Erwin farms. Our construction manager John was amazing throughout process and the closing process was very smooth.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. Also, and I heard this is true for all residents here, it takes a while for the management company that Beazer uses to provide us building and amenity building access by FOB (We had to enter relatively unsecure codes.) My wife and I bought our first home and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Caroline and John kept us up to speed on every step of our home build process. Our home is beyond what we expected. We live the energy efficiency that Beazer homes has.

Chris is a great guy who wants to have everything done in your home to your satisfaction. Jill and Theresa were also kind in buying the home.

I had good relationships with all the stuff brewer,Ryan… they provided me details whenever I contacted them. It was easy going the whole process. Specially BREWER he is is helpful .

Theresa was wonderful. She kept me informed ever step of the way. My spouse passed before closing and the whole Beazer team was great,especially her. She answered all my questions without delay. She is a great asset to Beazer.

The process of buying a home in beazor was very smooth. Right from Caroline who was our sales person till Tood who is our construction manager every one was very helpful and shared frequent updates in the process. The only reason i removed a star was due to the design appointment , it was 3 hour appointment which felt very rushed as we had to make more than 100 decisions in that 1appointment. My only feedback would be to have 2 appointments with a gap of a week so that people have time to think through the options and make the correct decision.

While doing our walk throughs we noted numerous items that had to be handled over 2-3 walk-throughs. The local team working with us did a great job and worked with us even though it took more than one walk through. On the final review, the VP attended and made it very clear we were, in his estimation, taking advantage of the process. We just thought we were doing what was allowed to get it right prior to purchasing. No one had told us that you were only allowed one walk through. When I had this discussion with the VP he stated that if we were not happy, he would be more than ok with walking us over to the offices and cancelling our contract. In essence, take it or leave it. Not sure this is the best way to close a sale. Also, after moving in we found that the walk-in shower leaked quite a bit. We submitted a warranty request but the Warranty contact for Beazer and the rep from the install company said there was nothing they could do. It was within the specifications and was just going to leak. It is a very bad design and I was surprised that your position was that, "that's just the way it is!". I have noted on the Gatherings Facebook page that multiple people are having the same issue. Interesting that once we close, some things are just the way they are. ... More
