The Beazer Team is highly communicative. Clear and timely responses to my inquiries. John kicked off the process and provided clear milestones for the buying process. I now receive weekly updates on the progress of my build from Garrett, the Builder Manager. I have bought multiple homes with Beazer and will look for their name in the future.

We purchased our home in December of 20024 after an exhausting search. The design and quality of the home was immediately recognizable. Amber and Kyle were very helpful during the process and super responsive to our questions…even after closing. We are completely satisfied with our Beazer home!

The house is fantastic and well put together. Had one small issue and they warrantied it immediately. Kyle and Amber have been great to deal with. The wife and I could not be happier

One of the biggest differences I've noticed so far, in addition to my utility bills being lower is the air quality of my home. My daughter has asthma, but since we've moved into our new home, we've noticed a big difference in her breathing and not having to take her inhaler as much. The ERV that they install is incredible! When we started our home buying process, we had certain features in mind and when we stepped into our home for the first time, we knew - This is it, this is exactly our dream nest we had in mind. No second thoughts or delay. It was a straight forward hassle free process. Amber patiently explained every single aspect of their homes and she’s such a sweet person. She kept us informed of every single process and schedule promptly until closure. The construction manager Kyle is such a friendly person, he is always available over a text or call whenever we had something to be taken care of. From the very first day I came across beazers homes. We felt in love with their designs. Amber and scarlet are amazing. They were there every step of the way. From the time we contacted the builder until today, a couple of months after closing, communication has been top-notch. Christian and the team were highly professional and followed up on the minor details to keep the process smooth and make us comfortable and happy. I Couldn't ask for a better team.
