Buying a home with Beazer was straightforward and smooth. The builder, Chris, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and Slater was flexible and very helpful as well!

The process from start to finish was fantastic. Steve was so easy to work with, he let us know what to expect all the way through and answered all of our questions. He applied no pressure and kept us informed of important dates to look for to help us make our decision. Our new home PM Carson was also great. He notified us weekly of status updates, answered all of our questions, made simple modifications (adding another bush or replacing a tree type) with no questions asked. This is the second home we’ve built, and overall it was a very positive experience—better than our first. Carson kept us informed throughout the entire process, so there were no surprises. We made several trips during the build to check on progress and ask questions, and he was always responsive and thorough in addressing anything we raised. Even after closing, Carson continued to be available to answer questions and make sure items were taken care of. Any issues that came up were handled quickly, which we really appreciated. The only advice I’d offer to future buyers is to be very specific about what you want done. In our case, we made some assumptions about optional items without spelling out every detail. The work itself was done properly and to standard; the difference was simply in expectations. Being clear up front helps ensure everything aligns exactly with what you have in mind. The experience of buying the house was easy. Both Steve and Carson have been fantastic! Any issues that I’ve had with the home after my purchase was answered promptly. I’ve recommended Beazer homes to my friends as well. I have not dealt with any one besides Carson about issues with my home so I can’t speak to your warranty support, but hopefully it is just as good as I’ve experienced so far.

The care and attention they provide from start to finish and even after closing is incomparable. Our work with this builder was smooth. This was not our first home nor was it the first time we've built a home. Christian and John had top-tier communication. They were accommodating and patient the entire time (even when kept coming back to look at models lol).

Corey and Elizabeth were incredibly responsive throughout our home buying experience, we did 3 walk thru’s with Corey who has an incredible attention to detail outlining important details and pertinent information specific to our home. We decided to build with Beazer because their quality and included features seemed better than the competition in the immediate area. The sales rep was very knowledgable about the building process and selling points. We liked that the outside walls were built with 2x6s instead of 2x4s. The design studio was easy to work with and their professional designers made selecting finishes easy. Our builder was extremely knowledgable and communicative. Very pleased with the townhouse and the entire buying process.

I've bought a couple of houses before, and this has been without a doubt the best buying process I've ever had! The thing that we've had very, very small issues on has been figured out within a day or two max. It's been the most pleasing process that I've ever dealt with. The house is incredible! It feels like everything in the house was high quality, well made, and better than anything. The service has been incredible! Kyle has been helping us, and I've never worked with a builder that is so good. The issues are fixed within minutes. Jackson the Construction Manager for Beazer's Bayside community has gone over and beyond these past 45 days after closing on my townhome unit. He has been very responsive and sincere in wanting to take care of any missed work and imperfections. His offering to touch up after the move-in was very valuable and he has continued to be a great resource in answering any building/construction questions so I'm a more informed home owner. I highly recommend the Beazer team and give a 5 star review for my great home buying experience.

Any concerns that came up were readily and hastily resolved, Chase especially was very communicative about the whole process and willing to work with us with whatever we needed. After speaking with 8 different home builders my wife and I came across Beazer Homes and we're glad we did! We were first time home buyers and the Beazer representative Ethan was able find use the perfect home, realtor and lender to make the deal work for what we were needing. And to top it off the home is energy efficient and built to high standards from what our inspector advised us. John with Beazer was also extremely helpful with any questions regarding the build of the home itself. I highly recommend going with a Beazer home if you're looking for a great experience.
