We had a great experience working with Beazer when we bought our new home. Being a first time buyer there were lot of questions and Jill S helped us with all of those. I would also like to thanks Christian D , the builder for his support although mine was a model home.

As a buyer building from the ground up the entire process was so simple with Beazer and not to mention our builder Chris. The quality of our home and all its features goes to show how amazing Beazer is. Beazer and Chris went above and beyond for us!

I had a pleasurable time buying my home! Everyone was so helpful and answered any questions that I may have had. Definitely recommend this builder.

The sales people are adorable up until closing. Then you are full of surprises. The house was not cleaned properly, The bathtub looked like many people have used before full of scratches. The doors were not painted properly and dirty. One window did not lock, and the yard was a disaster . The sprinkler system leaked, The air is not working as it should and they still try to fix it after 2 months since closing. The insulation is not good and it started flying around the attic so I can see it through the vents. The yard is not properly done so when it will rain the water will run toward the house. The sales rep and multiple builders we worked with were all excellent. We had several warranty tickets that had to be opened after moving in, and that team has always been eager to assist in any way. There is only one pending issue that is concerning, and it is the fact that we have 6 tiles that have or have to be replaced due to having cracks. Hopefully those will be fixed here shortly, and there isn’t any further issues with the tile. Overall, building a home can be a stressful process and I feel like the team we worked with did a great job with communication and updating us along the process. The build of any new home has its ups and downs. The most important aspect of my new Beazer home was having someone who consistently keep me informed and when I had questions would address them in a timely manner. Imho, both Nate and Kevin were outstanding. We love the house and would recommend Beazer homes.

Overall the entire build process with Beazer went really well right from the beginning. The sales process with Caroline was easy and hassle free. I really enjoyed the transparency to be informed on items such as all floor plan options available, pricing on additions and even a guide to upgrades. This helped tremendously in planning budgets and costs and determining affordability. I really liked their Choice options with give you the flexibility with the floor plan of making adjustments without having to pay additional for certain changes. Caroline was great at answering any and all questions we had and we felt well prepared to make our decision to purchase at the time of our meeting with her and then subsequently at the design center. We didn’t have that sticker shock moment you can have with other builders on what’s included and what isn’t from a standard vs upgrade perspective. The building process had its challenges that were beyond Beazer’s control due to outside factors with supply issues as well as other matters with the developer but I did like how Beazer kept us in the loop of what they could. With the supply constraints they got out in front of whatever they could and worked around as many issues as possible. Todd, our Construction Manager was great at that. He kept us informed and kept it honest with where things were which was a tremendous help when managing expiring leases and moves that we had to coordinate. No building process is perfect, especially with all the different trades that you are dealing with, but Todd’s approach and his attention to detail made me feel confident in the process. Any issues (minor) that would come up or we’d notice, he either would have already been in process of addressing or would jump on it quickly. This was our second new construction home loan purchase and I can say even with the delays from the outside factors, this process was much better than our first and I do think it had a lot to do with the transparency and way that both Caroline and Todd are and care about providing good service and a good product. This is our forever home, but if we had to build again, Beazer would definitely be a first choice. ... More

For the most part it was a good experience. My true rating would be a 4.5. I only wish the master shower was bigger. I asked for the option to change to the standalone shower in the master bath but this was a "spec" home. Also the communication regarding the closing date could have been better.

Overall, I'm happy with place. Of course there are problem that arise, but they are really quick to fix or repair items. The staff is good and really professional Harry and now Jackson have really helpful. Beazer has a really good track record in the industry and that was one of reason why we went them. Beazer's lender Thrive Morgage was the difference in our situation and they worked with us to the end. We feel really fortunate purchasing at Bayside and it will be a great community once everything is done.
