Keith was our builder, Travis was our salesman and Sebastian is our warranty rep. From the beginning our experience has been spectacular. We were told that we would be contacted weekly abiut the progress and we were. Keith has been amazing and he built an amazing home. Travis was always available and followed through with everything he said. Sabastion has just started the warranty process but has been amazing as well. We have had No issues and I highly recommend Beazer to anyone wanting to build a home.

Although few issues remained after closing, the construction manager is very active and helpful in resolving every problem.

Considering these are mass-manufactured homes, my house was built with decent quality and quite a few extras I was happy to have. Definitely better than all of the other home builders in the area.

Really feel that we made the best decision for our family. Move in process was really good and Josh and Colten made things happen in a priority and fast time frame. Did not enjoy the preferred lender process with US Bank but overall did not change our experience.

Overall experience was good. We did experience some changes of the design, the lot and the builder during the buying process, but they made it right in the end. And that is really what counts.

All dirt infront house and not cleaning which we requested many times and they have to clean . Please let the builders to know to clean streets

Everyone I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful.

Carson and Steve were great to work with. Great help from design team and selection of final trim choices. Dining room chandelier was low quality. Flooring, bath and kitchen upgrades did not allow much credit for base units being replaced.

The experience with Beazer homes was good but my experience with Wells Fargo Bank was very stressful.

While I have had some things that had to be completed and corrected after closing, I enjoyed the building process. The sales person and the builder where in communication frequently and answered any questions I had. It was fun to watch it go through all the stages. I would say there is a disconnect between the design center and the builders, but all issues are either fixed or in process of being so.

We love the floor plan and fixtures. Our only concern was with the Project Manager. 6 weeks in and we already have some issues with the bathroom, kitchen, and other areas that were not installed properly. Honestly these problems could have been avoided if the PM was more competent.

Good communication from new home sales consultant. Well built homes. Very little warranty repair work after move in. Good fit and finish throughout the entire floor plan. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide two trees in backyard, larger than 60 ft wide lots at this price range, add under cabinet lighting and upgraded quieter dishwasher as standard features. Tankless water heater is an awesome system.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer homes in Erwin farms. Our construction manager John was amazing throughout process and the closing process was very smooth.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. Also, and I heard this is true for all residents here, it takes a while for the management company that Beazer uses to provide us building and amenity building access by FOB (We had to enter relatively unsecure codes.) The process of buying a home in beazor was very smooth. Right from Caroline who was our sales person till Tood who is our construction manager every one was very helpful and shared frequent updates in the process. The only reason i removed a star was due to the design appointment , it was 3 hour appointment which felt very rushed as we had to make more than 100 decisions in that 1appointment. My only feedback would be to have 2 appointments with a gap of a week so that people have time to think through the options and make the correct decision.

We love the results of our Beazer’s new condominium. Almost every element of our home was customized down to different shades of grout for tiled areas. Two areas where we were unfortunately not permitted upgrades were interior paint and kitchen sink. Our floor plan basically let us replicate the two rooms in which we spent 95% of our time in our 5000’ prior home…..the kitchen/family room and the master suite. In effect we lost almost no living space. The option to buy an extra long garage plus a storage room helped us completely unpack in about 2-3 weeks. We have loads of room. The key location of Beazer’s The Gatherings at Twin Creeks has put us in walking distance to your everyday stores and retail services and even many of our healthcare providers. Within 50 days of move-in we are fully integrated into the social whirl of this condo community…..but not at all pressured to join. Realty documentation usually has me frazzled but Beazer managed to incredibly simplified it and permit all business to be handled from home online. The only disappointment we faced was a lengthy delay in construction /occupancy of 6 months mostly due to Covid and “supply chain” issues. Regular progress reports did ameliorate the delays. During our first 2 months of occupancy Ashley and Jackson were reliably on hand to handle the inevitable warranty items. Lastly whenever a problem arose Beazer’s Wendy adopted the issue and solved it usually in a few hours if not immediately….unquestionably amazing. I liked their plans, they are budget homes. But the quality is poor. I am not expecting great quality but was thinking it should be decent. No craftmanship. Small.small things are not correct. For eg. Light switch fixture is not in straight line, I have bathroom countertop made with two stones so have joint line in there. Overall if we ignore craftsmanship its all okey.

First time completely new home build so was unfamiliar with the process. Beazer Homes layouts are very nice and commensurate with today's fast past living. The design process had many great choices. Communication during the build process could have been better and more timely.

Rob was fantastic and did his best to accommodate my needs throughout the process.

Move-in should have been much less difficult. There was no instruction to new owners about discarding boxes & trash after move-in. It was way to chaotic.

Overall we had a decent experience. OUr sales consultant was excellent. We had a great appointment with the design center and we were able to choose exactly what we were looking for. We did end up paying for a few things that we should not have, upgrades that were not requested, without an offer to back out those costs from the final cost of the house. That was disappointing. We had two different construction managers. The first was a complete train wreck. Tons of excuses. Constantly blaming problems on the trades saying that they didn’t follow through with what has been discussed, the list goes on and on. Holes were cut into the roof for venting that should not have been there, because our home was supposed to be a sealed envelope from top to bottom due the the type of insulation we were having installed. That led to piles of drywall being soaked by rain storms for over a month. After multiple conversations and reminders, the drywall was supposed to be removed from the premises before it got hung, but she never followed through with any of her agreements. After moldy drywall had been hung, we had to get the sales consultant to intervene, which ultimately led to us getting a new construction manager. The last several months of the build went smooth after that. He turned over the house on the exact day he promised he would when he took over the project. No excuses ever, he owned what he said and delivered on his promises. The quality of the work performed by the electrician was/is terrible. Loose wires in nearly every switch, light fixture and receptacle causing nuisance tripping on several circuits. As a licensed electrician I will never invite them back into my home. I paid a lot of money for a top of the line home and got a mediocre end product. ... More
