We love our Beazer Brazos Model home in Union Park. We moved from Connecticut and we were looking for a place in move-in conditions. Our new house is perfect and has everything we wanted and more. I am in love with the high ceiling and windows in the living room. Is like living outdoors . We were able to close in 2 weeks and move quickly into our new home thanks to the Beazer team. Every question and requests were taking care timely by the Beazer team.

Beazer completed built with great quality ontime as they promised. My builder and Sales Person were amazing and they gave me regular updates on my house construction.

Process were very smooth right from signing initial contract document till closing. Sales person were also helpful in finding our dream home as per our need.

Recently bought this house from Beazer homes, we had some minor issues and we called Beazer homes to resolve the issues and I can honestly say from the beginning of the call to the end of the work every one get involved in this went over and beyond his/her call of duty from 1 to 10 and 10 is excellent I can rate them 11 they met and exceeded our expectations

Beazer made homebuying easy for me. Im a first time homebuyer and the sales consultant was patient, knowledgeable about the brand and outgoing. The home sold itself. The work and detail were amazing. The builder was transparent, and educated me on every detail. I've been in my home for 45 days and had very little issues. The issues I have experienced were handled expeditiously by the builder and warranty center. I am beyond impressed and happy. Beazer made my himebuying experience truly easy and rewarding.

In the end we are very happy with our home. The process not so much. The sales staff was wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Todd the building supervisor kept on top of the build going above and beyond what he should have to do and deal with and deserves 5 stars as well. We’re it not for Todd being involved and on top of things constantly it scares me to think how many things would have fallen between the cracks or left undone. He makes the build quality happen and for that we are extremely grateful! The Gatherings is a perfect home for us. The right space in the right location. Wendy was awesome as we went through the sales cycle and the team after the sale has been so helpful.

It was great having the team to build the house. The did it very quickly and acted professional. There was some lack of communication and lack of small promises. The closing date was not even talked about until a couple days before the date. There was some minor improvements wanted to be done in the house and builder said he could do it, but didn't.

Overall, my first home-buying experience was very positive. The only challenge I encountered was with the lender process. I had already secured a lender, but the builder required me to apply through their preferred lenders, which added an extra layer of hassle. That said, the rest of the process went smoothly. The community manager, Jason, was excellent throughout. He was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. His easy-going and polite manner made the entire experience far less stressful. I truly appreciate the support provided, and aside from the lender requirement. From our initial purchase with Mark to our final walk through with Paul, the Beazer team was great. The design center was efficient and offered reasonably priced upgrades. I definitely recommend Beazer for new construction.

Even when I made less than optimal decisions, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and enhance my residence. Additionally, Christian served as an exemplary representative for Beazer, promptly addressing and resolving my concerns.

Although few issues remained after closing, the construction manager is very active and helpful in resolving every problem.
