My experience this time in buying a Beazer home has been excellent. Janel, my new home counselor, guided me through the whole process and the builder, Joe, was the most thorough I've seen. They both have been so responsive, friendly, and truly dedicated to provided a quality experience for their prospective homeowners.

In the end we are very happy with our home. The process not so much. The sales staff was wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Todd the building supervisor kept on top of the build going above and beyond what he should have to do and deal with and deserves 5 stars as well. We’re it not for Todd being involved and on top of things constantly it scares me to think how many things would have fallen between the cracks or left undone. He makes the build quality happen and for that we are extremely grateful! The Gatherings is a perfect home for us. The right space in the right location. Wendy was awesome as we went through the sales cycle and the team after the sale has been so helpful.

It was great having the team to build the house. The did it very quickly and acted professional. There was some lack of communication and lack of small promises. The closing date was not even talked about until a couple days before the date. There was some minor improvements wanted to be done in the house and builder said he could do it, but didn't.

Overall, my first home-buying experience was very positive. The only challenge I encountered was with the lender process. I had already secured a lender, but the builder required me to apply through their preferred lenders, which added an extra layer of hassle. That said, the rest of the process went smoothly. The community manager, Jason, was excellent throughout. He was professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, always taking the time to address our concerns and answer any questions we had. His easy-going and polite manner made the entire experience far less stressful. I truly appreciate the support provided, and aside from the lender requirement. From our initial purchase with Mark to our final walk through with Paul, the Beazer team was great. The design center was efficient and offered reasonably priced upgrades. I definitely recommend Beazer for new construction.

Coltin effectively managed the construction of my home with professionalism and efficiency. Even when I made less than optimal decisions, he demonstrated a remarkable ability to adapt and enhance my residence. Additionally, Christian served as an exemplary representative for Beazer, promptly addressing and resolving my concerns.

Although few issues remained after closing, the construction manager is very active and helpful in resolving every problem.

Considering these are mass-manufactured homes, my house was built with decent quality and quite a few extras I was happy to have. Definitely better than all of the other home builders in the area.

Really feel that we made the best decision for our family. Move in process was really good and Josh and Colten made things happen in a priority and fast time frame. Did not enjoy the preferred lender process with US Bank but overall did not change our experience.

Overall experience was good. We did experience some changes of the design, the lot and the builder during the buying process, but they made it right in the end. And that is really what counts.

The work is very well done but finishings are not done well,

All dirt infront house and not cleaning which we requested many times and they have to clean . Please let the builders to know to clean streets

Everyone I worked with were knowledgeable and helpful.

Carson and Steve were great to work with. Great help from design team and selection of final trim choices. Dining room chandelier was low quality. Flooring, bath and kitchen upgrades did not allow much credit for base units being replaced.

The experience with Beazer homes was good but my experience with Wells Fargo Bank was very stressful.

While I have had some things that had to be completed and corrected after closing, I enjoyed the building process. The sales person and the builder where in communication frequently and answered any questions I had. It was fun to watch it go through all the stages. I would say there is a disconnect between the design center and the builders, but all issues are either fixed or in process of being so.

We love the floor plan and fixtures. Our only concern was with the Project Manager. 6 weeks in and we already have some issues with the bathroom, kitchen, and other areas that were not installed properly. Honestly these problems could have been avoided if the PM was more competent.

Good communication from new home sales consultant. Well built homes. Very little warranty repair work after move in. Good fit and finish throughout the entire floor plan. Only suggestions for improvement would be to provide two trees in backyard, larger than 60 ft wide lots at this price range, add under cabinet lighting and upgraded quieter dishwasher as standard features. Tankless water heater is an awesome system.

We had a great overall buying experience with Beazer homes in Erwin farms. Our construction manager John was amazing throughout process and the closing process was very smooth.

We love our new home, we love the people in our new community, and are very happy here. Our sales people were great. the new customer care folks were also great! That said, it took a while to get some major issues fixed (still waiting on a few.) Likely because we contracted during the COVID supply chain issues, the workmanship on our unit is subpar. To Beazer's credit, they did their best to rectify - but some of the initial problems were really ridiculous. Also, and I heard this is true for all residents here, it takes a while for the management company that Beazer uses to provide us building and amenity building access by FOB (We had to enter relatively unsecure codes.)
