From the initial sale through construction and even after we moved in, the service has been outstanding. We love our new Beazer home.

The people involved in the sales process were great. Made everything understandable.

I can’t express how easy Josh and Sean made the process with the purchase . Being a furry tint home buyer you don’t know really what to expect , such as the timelines of finishing the home . I got weekly calls to go over the progress and they were always very honest about any delays . Furthermore , during the end of the build they made sure to address any issues the home had . I appreciate the patience and honestly .

Great floor plan options. Fair prices. Horrible forecasting on schedule … even allowing for supply chain surprises. Quality overall OK … but some disappointing details …. Blinds are cheap. Some cut corners on finish out materials, more walk thru issues than expected given the full court press they had before/ after getting Certificate of Occupancy. The current amenities are good but will need more ( space - mainly Social Place & gym) space as the future buildings get populated. The current space will be woefully inadequate. Also - Beazer needs to take ownership, and leadership in driving closing & move-in dates … and make the process fair, understood & transparent. Delegating this to the Property Mgt firm is a formula for frustration & confusion. And customer did-satisfaction. And don’t push this on Sales. Beazer should have some sort of Admin Chief to drive this. ... More

I have faced issues since the beginning of contract. Homes were not inspected well. There were issues because of the lazy workers or they might have been rushed to get things done. Issues were not addressed even with pictures sent. Contacted corporate office but no use. I do understand that there were shortage of material and other things but good communication and planning might have avoided some delays. I was forced to give good ratings at ever stage. And an unprofessional salesperson who always tends to use his threatening tactics to dictate his customers align to his lines. Usually every builder gives a 60+ days notice towards the closing date. This salesperson seem to have some kickback with his preferred lenders and tends to push customers stick to the lender he decides us to go with.. He gives a 45 day notice and says if you wanna make noise u don't want to hear something that's not pleasant. ... More

Everything went pretty well up until moving in. The day of closing the stairs still had not been stained but I was assured it would be done by the time I moved in later that day. When I arrived later that evening to move in I noticed the stairs were the wrong color from what I selected in the design studio. I immediately emailed the builder to let them know of the discrepancy. Additionally the stairs were still wet so it created a mess as the movers moved in furniture. Several days and emails later, I had to push back very hard to get the stairs re-stained to the color I originally selected in the design studio and finally they agreed. Unfortunately they refused to also re-stain the handrails so they currently don’t even match the stairs. I’ve tried pushing back to get the handrails re-done but have not been successful and it’s been nearly 3 months now since I’ve moved in. I’ve had quite a few other issues after moving in that have been addressed by the builder but none of the other issues were as significant as the stairs. It’s a shame that my first home buying experience didn’t go as smoothly as I had hoped and that what I chose in the design studio isn’t what I got. ... More

Definitely recommend! We love our new home!

Great experience with the team and cannot complain about their service. Time Expectation though was the hard part. It made it word because of COVID as the closing got delayed multiple times which affected my plans heavily. Aside from that, Will for sure purchase from Beazer again in the future.

We were kept very well informed through the entire process with weekly calls and pictures. Any concerns were always addressed with understanding. Super happy with the home

We had a smooth house buying process. Our contractor was responsive, professional and worked hard to make things right.

They have a great selection of upgrade options.

In spite of a few unavoidable delays, the builder was very responsive to any issues that we spotted and even after closing has been responsive to correct punch list items. A very good experience!

Harry (Sales) and Joe (Construction) have been great to work with. Beazer had the floor plan we liked and a desirable location. A few hitches in the available options, we got what we wanted in a new home.

The overall quality of the home is awesome. Ryan, the project manager, really took the time to explain and assist me with any questions or concerns I had. I can tell he and Beazer cared for the customer and the end result of their product. Highly recommend Beazer as a builder.

Wasn’t informed about some of the outages like my shutter color it was changed and I didn’t even get to agree to the color!

My wife and I were able to customize the home to our liking.

The Beazer home team helped us find a good lender, now we have a place we can call home! Will be forever grateful.

I went under contract in 2020 for a new build with Beazer. Nobody could have predicted the supply chain mess that happened throughout 2020 and 2021, but Harry and Joe made sure I was up to date on everything throughout the entire process. A little over a month ago, we moved into our beautiful new home and I couldn't be happier. Based on what I have heard from other people building with other builders during Covid, I am confident that I received the best service out there and I know that if I do build again in the future, it will be a Beazer.

Building a home is a big decision and can be stressful along the way. John and Joel made this process so easy for us. We were kept up to date weekly on progress, reassured about our concerns and informed on what to expect. We were educated on the products we chose as well. Every detail was cared for.

With the supply chain issues during our construction, Beazer did a great job communicating each week with status, plans and issues. Really felt a part of the process.

The experience was great. Starting from Steve as a salesperson, to Brittany has our design center personnel to Jason as our builder, they all helped us collectively to accomplish a dream home for us. Steve gave us really good information about the community, location and the builder. Brittany (even with my million emails) helped us pick the right choices for the house and my house looks so PERFECT! Jason was almost like a great friend helping us with everything and taking care of anything that was not correct. From our first visit to the model home to closing we were continuously kept well informed regarding the steps in the process. When questions arose they were addressed immediately throughout the entire process. We are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the finished product. We could not have been more pleased with our contacts from Beazer Homes.

The experience was wonderful from the beginning from the sells person to the builder of my house, including the lender. With beazer home you enjoy the whole process of your home, it is quality, it is good service, it is calm to receive the best. finally happy to have my first home with them !!! Thank you
