Highly appreciate Jay for the great work and communication. The home buying experience was hassle free and smooth.

While the buildings are beautiful as are the lobbies, the ease of working with the construction manager is great and the sales team did a great job too.

I like everything except one. Never respond my request.

Very professional, kept us updated with weekly report and closed on time. Not very impressed with title company.

Beazer homes were great from the time we spoke with the first person. Frank in Crandall, Tx was great. We closed on time and never had an issue with financing. Our builders listened to us, and made aure that everything was right at the wnd of the day.

Overall, it was a good experience. Sales agent Jill Scott and builder Paul Sessions were good to our family. Thank you very much!

Prompt response by the builder to any issues that we had after the closing date. Aesthetics and layout of the home are great in a great community.

We finished our home in September 2020 and the best part of their process was the communication weekly. I loved that I got an update each Monday. I felt like I could ask questions if needed and Bryan would respond quickly. Beazer is a great builder. I feel like they stand behind their product and they don’t bail out when something is a little weird. Even up until our final walk through they held up their end of the deal and completed all the appropriate adjustments before sign off. We had great communication with our construction manager Nancy as well. Plus we love our new home.

Beazer homes are really nice, they keep you involved throughput every step of the process and were exact on target with the closing date.

Overall we are happy but still feel like some things were half done with little effort. I think we would have had a better outcome with a paid contractor to do work in the house. It shouldn’t take 5 times to get something right. Love the house, the location and Rusty’s willingness to try to fix things. I wish the people working on the house had more motivation to do things right the first time. We never had these issues with DR Horton.

Sales team was great, construction manager was great to answer any issues quickly.

Overall the Buying experience with Beazer was good but had some bad experience with Design studios.

Everything was great except the salesperson was unprofessional who yells on customers.

Nice people to work with. Generally nice home. I would say that the attention to quality detail is sub-par. Many items at close which should have been address before turning over the keys were clearly issues that should have been taken care of but were not. It would have been like a buying a new car and receiving it with 3 tires. Simple things that went missed. Which is an indication of the level of quality of their contracters and follow up. All these items were ultimately addressed only after I called it to their attention but it should not have come to that.

Your designers obviously don’t live in the type of homes they design. You need to have them walk through newly completed homes to see the real life interpretations of their designs. Specifically the bathroom stalls are terrible. Anything lesser than a 4ft x 4ft should be a travesty.

Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

Blue tape issues did not get fixed. We were told after we move in they would be completed. Due to us possibly scuffing up walls more. They would paint over that as well. Once in new home if they were to come fix issues it would void out 1 year warranties. We had signed contract meaning issues were fixed even though there was a verbal agreement and recording of it taken.

Beazer needs better quality control processes and oversight of contractors. We've worked with multiple builders over the years, and have found the quality control during construction to be lacking with Beazer. With that being said, the customer support team is good, polite, and friendly.

Overall we had a very positive experience with our sales consultant, Mark. He did everything in his power to get us the best possible price and connect us with a great mortgage company. We love our new home, but unfortunately within the first two weeks of living here we had a slew of issues. First, our HVAC system went out and took almost two weeks fix. Here in Texas it’s hot and humid, so you can imagine it was quite uncomfortable. We will certainly give credit to Dax, our warranty rep, who was able to provide a portable AC unit which made it a little more comfortable in the house. Second, after a heavy rain storm, we had water intrusion in both our front office and garage. After some investigation, they found water getting into the garage through the tankless water heater exhaust vent which wasn’t properly sealed. The upstairs outer window sills had several areas where water was getting in and running down the inside walls, soaking our office carpet. Dax did his best to get our warranty issues resolved as quickly as possible, which we are appreciative of. This is by far our largest investment and we understand things aren’t always perfect, but to have this many issues within the first two weeks seriously makes us question Beazer’s build quality. ... It was good experience overall and we enjoyed it and we love our home. I am not satisfied with backyard because it was not leveled and grass is very low. Also, one of backyard sprinkler pipes was burst open and now we are waiting to get this fixed up.

Can improve the quality of materials used inside the home

I made a mistake of not adding every issue I found during the walk through in the exception list. The construction manager didn't fix more than 50% of the issues I had verbally told. It's a hassle to chase them once you close so make sure you get everything fixed before closing. Although the warranty manager is good but I think I made the mistake of trusting construction manager. I also don't think that the construction process should have taken this long. I was promised that the construction would be completed latest by May(it was march earlier), however they told me June end later. The sales agent even asked me if I would be able to close it 2 weeks earlier and this was just 30 days before the actual closing date, very convenient for him but very inconvenient for me sine I was tied to a month to month lease and I would have to pay rent plus the monthly installment for 15 days. The interest rate kept on increasing during the delays caused for the construction which has resulted in increase monthly installment. Although the sales agent helped me to reduce the cost by 20,000 however the amount is negated by the fact that the overall price was reduced by more than that amount since it was 10 months after I decided to buy the property and the cost I incurred for paying month to month rental for almost 3 months(more than $5000). There are number of smaller issues in the house which can be expected from any builder but the overall build quality is good and I would have given 5 star rating if not for the construction manager who caused all these issues or rather overlooked it while hurrying the closing. ... We had very high expectations for Beazer Homes especially for their build quality, but are very disappointed with the quality of the house, as we are noticing many issues with the build, and a very poor response from the construction manager. We were promised that the pending items will be fixed 45 days after closing, but the construction manager stopped responding right after we moved in. This is our second house and we felt that our first house build by a different builder was much better. I find it very hard to recommend Beazer Homes to my friends or family member.
