Everyone did a great job during the buyer process, was pain free

The person in charge of the construction of our home was attentive to our concerns. He addressed them in a timely manner. He never tried to avoid us.

It was nice experience right from the builder to sales person ,the only drawback is the choice of lenders and their lack of responses for enquiry we had .Therefore had to go with lender who responded promptly .

From first looking at Beazer Homes, I fell in love. The finish outs are beautiful. The floorplan was exactly what I was looking for. The buying process was so smooth and I felt no stress. I'm so happy I bought a Beazer Home.

Beazer home customer service is good but construction quality is very poor . Found more than 13 problems when I got my home keys and took least 2 months to fix it .

From our first contact with Jill in sales to contact with builders. Due to unforeseen circumstances we had three builders, Jason, Todd and Chris. All three kept us informed of our homes progress and answered any concerns or questions we had. Everyone works well as a team. We were living out of town and Jill sent us pictures of our homes progress. Our first builder, was transferred to another building site and Todd and his assistant, Kelly took over seamlessly. Todd, I believe went to work for a another company and Chris came in to wrap everything up. Chris made us very comfortable and addressed every concern and fixed the few things that needed attention. We are so pleased with our Beazer home. We heard so many horror stories from friends about their builder experiences that we were a little apprehensive about making the decision to build. We did not experience any of that. Post closure has been exemplary. Our builder is still making sure that every concern is addressed in a timely fashion, unlike other horror stories we heard from family and friends. Kudos to everyone at Beazer homes. We have had a drawer in the kitchen break. Vents were not put on straight. The doors did not fit right. Had a hole in the bathtub. Overall the workers building the house had no pride in their work.

Larry, the construction manager modified the schedule to meet the availability of materials. Brittany, the design person was awesome, helping us in making intelligent decisions. The hone looks great. Rachael, who oversees warranty issues and questions after move-in, has been our advocate. These three make a great team. We are enjoying our home!

Harry and Joe P. were great throughout the entire building process. Both were very patient and trustworthy. Our new house looks beautiful!!!

John has been one of the best builders I have ever dealt with. Having been in construction for almost 20 years I have dealt with many builders and few have kept up great communication and keeping expectations. Beazer from start to finish was easy to work with and always helped answer any questions and how things where going. Joel was great to interact with and was always quick to help answer any questions. I would happy build another house with them.

I appreciated how willing each person I interacted with were to walk w/ me through buying my first home. Josh & Rusty both helped me immensely in having confidence and trust in the process.

On site agent was very easy to work with from the very beginning of the process and continued to stay in touch with us throughout.

Beazer at Mercer Crossing has provided excellent customer service throughout every step of the home building journey. We worked with Travis, Jay, and Robin throughout the process. We felt like the staff at Beazer genuinely wanted to see us happy with our investment and the build quality of the home. During the sales process, we never felt pushed into anything. During the build process, we were provided weekly updates. We did notice a few issues during this process, but they were quickly addressed once we brought it up. During the closing process, Beazer addressed all of our issues with the home that we noted. Some observations were addressed promptly after closing. After closing, I’ve filed a few warranty claims and all of our issues were promptly addressed. I think they build mid level homes that are good but they are not the best

I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. My one request to replace a bad board where my tv was going to be mounted was ignored by the lead builder. Straight up ignored me when I asked about the board. And now that I have closed on the house Beazer won’t return my txt or calls. I think they blocked my number. I have been here couple months and still not receiving my mail. Post office says it’s an issue with the builder but I can’t confirm that since Beazer won’t return my inquiries. Would not recommend Beazer. ... More

we visited several times and were impressed with the models, especially the security features. We were living in a house and wanted a condo.

Sales team ok. Builder gets a 5 star rating. House gets a 3. This house has the worst quality of finish work of any home i have ever owned. Your sub contractors do a terrible job. The texturing of my walls is terrible. Most walls have 2 or more obvious differences in the textures. It looks like kids came in and did it, not professionals who do it for a living. It needs to be totally redone but no way would i have your subcontractors come back in my house to do it.Same thing on back porch. Same thing on stone work and brick. The other builder in the neighborhood has brick craftsmen working for them. Not Beazer. I was told my house would look like a model home before I closed. Not the case as they had to come in and fix some obvious lines in walls after I closed. Paint work equally horrible. Door facings were obviously not sanded before painting. Have gouges in them and paint slopped on. Runs in paint, etc. Ridiculous that this home has such poor quality of finishes especially with the prices of the homes. You need better quality control on your worker's as there is none now. ... More
