Everything was great except the salesperson was unprofessional who yells on customers.

People at Beazer were very open, cooperative, honest, and forthright throughout the entire process of buying my home. I would like to recommend them to anyone interested in buying a home in that area.

Loved working with the team. The overall work is great except for the finishing. The finishing is not clean and very little attention paid to details

Awesome floor plan and great house for the money. My only wish is they would have paid a little more attention to the little details a little better to make it a 5 star home. Great to work with.

Build Quality of the home is good but basically make sure you have right contacts with the builder and meet the builder regularly and enquire about the updates in a timely fashion

Had a nice experience with Beazer Homes purchasing new built home. Well informed and co-ordinated. Could be better with the options in Design Studio and they could have suggested more useful option items bit more in detail, so the buyer can understand how important the options are. Overall a good builder :)

I moved into my new Beazer home in July and am enjoying it. I found the homebuilding process to be relatively easy thanks to my wonderful sales executive who was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. Issues were attended to promptly and I felt like customer service was important to everyone I came into contact with. My only reservation was around attention to detail. I felt like my construction manager was stretched too thin to handle his workload (I guess it's good that Beazer is doing well and building a lot of homes). Things were missed, but when brought to everyone's attention, they made good on everything. You just have to stay involved, be attentive and be your own advocate. Gary, our closer is excellent. No closing is ever perfect, but almost perfect is darn close enough. Every issue, Gary was on top of and I am very happy. why 4 out 5 stars? We had a minor hiccup with the sales person, but Beazer made it right!

Beazer homes are most affordable and the quality is great. Throughout the entire process the people who I have worked with have been more than kind. From the salesman, to the design center, to the construction manager-everything was a wonderful experience and I couldn’t be any happier with my first home experience.

This is the recent home i bought with beazer and from sales to the service person everyone was prompt and easy to access. I am able to get a very nice house with all my features

We came out just to see what your homes looked like as we were originally considering the Founders Park community in Euless since it was close to where we work. We were impressed by the area, community and amenities we bought here that same day we were “just looking”. Staff was excellent from sales to construction supervisor.

Good Experience

I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. With that said I think that areas of lighting and bathrooms could use a quick show and tell of what a customer will get if they make no changes. This would be helpful when dealing with customer expectations. As I mentioned the experience was very good and we did have situations pop up during this period but my desire is to see Beazer do extremely well. We have been in our new home for almost 2 months now. We are pretty settled in and we are happy with the construction of our home. We had some minor issues which have been or are being addressed. Paloma had a very nice Fall festival which we enjoyed very much. We are hoping they keep on having events and we will attend and support when possible. Thank you.

My wife and I really like Devonshire. We also love our Beazer Home. When we lived in our other house in Grapevine, you could park 2 cars on one side of the driveway, not even coming close to the side walk. It is not that big a deal. Just wish the driveways were longer. Thank you

Your designers obviously don’t live in the type of homes they design. You need to have them walk through newly completed homes to see the real life interpretations of their designs. Specifically the bathroom stalls are terrible. Anything lesser than a 4ft x 4ft should be a travesty.

Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

Blue tape issues did not get fixed. We were told after we move in they would be completed. Due to us possibly scuffing up walls more. They would paint over that as well. Once in new home if they were to come fix issues it would void out 1 year warranties. We had signed contract meaning issues were fixed even though there was a verbal agreement and recording of it taken.

Beazer needs better quality control processes and oversight of contractors. We've worked with multiple builders over the years, and have found the quality control during construction to be lacking with Beazer. With that being said, the customer support team is good, polite, and friendly.

Overall we had a very positive experience with our sales consultant, Mark. He did everything in his power to get us the best possible price and connect us with a great mortgage company. We love our new home, but unfortunately within the first two weeks of living here we had a slew of issues. First, our HVAC system went out and took almost two weeks fix. Here in Texas it’s hot and humid, so you can imagine it was quite uncomfortable. We will certainly give credit to Dax, our warranty rep, who was able to provide a portable AC unit which made it a little more comfortable in the house. Second, after a heavy rain storm, we had water intrusion in both our front office and garage. After some investigation, they found water getting into the garage through the tankless water heater exhaust vent which wasn’t properly sealed. The upstairs outer window sills had several areas where water was getting in and running down the inside walls, soaking our office carpet. Dax did his best to get our warranty issues resolved as quickly as possible, which we are appreciative of. This is by far our largest investment and we understand things aren’t always perfect, but to have this many issues within the first two weeks seriously makes us question Beazer’s build quality. ...
