Out of all the builders in Devonshire, we decided to go with Beazer and we were not disappointed. You provided on every goal set and we love the quality and look of our home. Although this is not our forever home, we will definitely try to use Beazer for the next one.

If I knew what I would got into on this home I would have never bought it cheap concrete unlevel ground

Look at for cheap concrete they put in in the home this concrete is real soft is not it's not a hard concrete it's real soft concrete and stuff they hide between the walls that you can't see that is wrong and watch for the lies they tell you you got to be real wise to that if I would have known that I would have never bought this house

Prior to choosing Beazer, I walked through countless new construction homes. After seeing a Beazer Home (for the third time), it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level. We finished our home in September 2020 and the best part of their process was the communication weekly. I loved that I got an update each Monday. I felt like I could ask questions if needed and Bryan would respond quickly. Beazer is a great builder. I feel like they stand behind their product and they don’t bail out when something is a little weird. Even up until our final walk through they held up their end of the deal and completed all the appropriate adjustments before sign off. We had great communication with our construction manager Nancy as well. Plus we love our new home.

Everything about the property was fine. However I was promised a $5000 credit if I used one of their choice mortgage companies. I did use one but got zero credit for it at closing. Also, within two weeks after moving in I had ants in my condo. i complained to Beazer and they told me that "This is on you." I had to call a pest control company to treat the condo which cost me $138.

Overall we are happy but still feel like some things were half done with little effort. I think we would have had a better outcome with a paid contractor to do work in the house. It shouldn’t take 5 times to get something right. Love the house, the location and Rusty’s willingness to try to fix things. I wish the people working on the house had more motivation to do things right the first time. We never had these issues with DR Horton.

From Josh in the main office to Hailey in the design office to Chris the builder, I never waited for more than an hour to hear back from anyone at Beazer. and it was always a polite and informative response. I felt supported throughout the experience, which I really appreciate it as a first time home buyer. Highly highly recommend Beazer at Union Park.

We love our new home! No other builder even mentioned energy efficiency, and that is very important to us. We used a lender recommended by the builder and it was the best experience. So far anything we have had issues our home with has been addressed timely.
