Never was there more truth to the concept “You get what you pay for “. The people that you deal with during the sales and initial construction are great. But the materials and workmanship/craftsmanship is not up to my standard. Sad that the craftsman working in your home most likely was not doing this job 6 months ago and most likely won’t be there six months from now. Back to the material, stay on them in that first 45 days and prior to closing. ;) you will Love the two guys we worked with though.

The design of the homes and options are great. They look really nice from afar and the neighborhood and area are great. The workmanship and materials really bring it down though. Materials are cheap and the contractors don’t do a great job. Be sure to have a whole roll of blue tape and be prepared to call warranty out several times in the first few days. Also be ready to call a good painter out and a good landscaping company because those in particular are bad.

While the salesmen were very nice and friendly during the initial process, they exerted a little (understandable) pressure for us to buy our home. Next, the process of picking out our preferences was very rigid (not the design lady, she was awesome) but the company’s restrictions on if you pick something once, you HAVE to stick with it even if you change your mind a couple days later. Next, the actual closing on the house was a nightmare process - we couldn’t get a straight answer from the builder, they refused to compensate us for delays ON THEIR END (unrelated to weather and other natural ...

I recently bought a home from Beazer in the Glenview community in frisco. Overall, I am happy with the final product & service. We closed on time & everything went as expected, except one issue related to my fence. Apparently the city notified Beazer few days prior to my closing that the board on board fence they put up won’t be allowed & it had to be replaced with wrought iron fence. Beazer failed to inform me, I closed & 2 months later I was told that city is going to enforce this & I had to comply. I was totally “not ok” with this as it compromised my privacy & I did not get what was ...

If you are considering buying a Beazer home, you will get a well constructed home. The building supervisor, Colton did a great job at seeing that our home was a quality built home. He addressed our concerns and questions. The appliances in the Beazer homes are below standard unless one upgrades them. We purchased our home after it was framed therefore no upgrades were allowed except for flooring. Our side by side refrigerator doors and door handles were uneven. A repair person was sent out and he was able to align the doors however not the handles. The handles were still slightly ...

Construction Manager Greg agreed to do some lawn work after closing as the nearby house is not finished yet. But after Closing, it is very hard to reach to him and the warranty people also not taking up any of the work and giving other reasons and states construction manager should have done it already. Also, Construction manager wants the rating for him on the same day as Closing which is horrible. They conveniently have the rating process in their Favor. Beazer should run one more review Rating process 45 days after Closing. Bad Experience Overall

First of all, the sales person Sanjeev did not tell me anything about what was going on with the house I bought. Later I found out there was a person who had contract but did not buy the house. Sanjeev only told me I was not able to make any changes to the house they were building because peleevious potentail buyer picked all the materials he/she wanted. If I knew this I would have expected what might happen later I move in. So I have lived in this house almost 2 months and I don't have cabinet hardware. I will never recommend Beazer homes to anyone. We were repeatedly lied to by sales people, made to settle for what Beazer chose to give us, Mistakes were made from the design center up to closing. Our lives were turned upside down for months due to mismanagement and incompetent employees. We have built two homes prior to this and both experiences were very good. Nothing in our past could prepare us for our dealings with Beazer. We paid a premium price for very shoddy construction. Now we are dealing with mechanical issues with systems installed that we know nothing about. No information ...

When we signed the contract to purchase, we signed for a garage. At closing the garage had been switched and a less attractive alternative designated. There was no recompense for the less desirable alternative. Also there has been very poor follow up on repairing/replacing items designated at the final walk through. We have been in the house for going on 2 months and there are several items that have not been corrected. For example, on a cabinet door to be replaced, the contractors have made an appointment 3 times and never showed and, in fact, didn't even call. Also, there are several ...

Everything went pretty well up until moving in. The day of closing the stairs still had not been stained but I was assured it would be done by the time I moved in later that day. When I arrived later that evening to move in I noticed the stairs were the wrong color from what I selected in the design studio. I immediately emailed the builder to let them know of the discrepancy. Additionally the stairs were still wet so it created a mess as the movers moved in furniture. I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. I would not build with Beazer again. I had a bad experience dealing with the sales office where the sales manager stated that they would match a price drop in backlog sales. The amount was much smaller than what was promised. The builder was not flexible at all on the home construction.
