Our salesperson,Kevin, was outstanding. The experience with the design center and Brittany was very positive. Anthony, our job supervisor, has been involved and supportive during the building process and follow up for warranty issues.

Being that this was the 2nd house I built. The first with DR, I understand delays, but whew... the time frame was 9 months off!! The workmanship is subpar and there have been 1 too many issues with Beazer. Not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to build with Beazer.

The home is beautiful! But not importantly, the support from the Beazer team during and after the home purchase has been nothing short of world class. Highly recommend.

What stood out about the building process was how important details were communicated by the sales rep. Josh, and the building supervisor Chris. From l the foundation to the finished product Chris ensured that we understand the process and guided us through the final walkthrough. The quality of the build is sound and energy-efficient and the design center team was awesome and patient (Thanks guys). Great Job Josh and Chris!

No issues with the whole process. Minor issues only and they were taken care of immediately. They make a great product and I would highly recommend this builder.

Beazer kept us informed every step of the way. We had a weekly call with out construction manager and he took time to give us informative updates and answer our questions along the way. We always felt like we know what was going on.

Our home was signed with Jon and built by Christian but the entire staff in Valencia is amazing! If we ever visited the model when Jon was not there, Jill and Kathy always met us with a smile and attended to any questions we had. We made many alterations to the original plans and Christian coordinated all of the audibles well and made our vision a reality!

Everything went so smoothly and we are very happy with our choice if builder.

The building process was great. However, our oven wouldn’t work and it took a month for Whirlpool to come fix it. We just ran the heater for the first time and it wouldn’t heat. I called the Beazer warranty office and there was no sense of urgency. Someone reached out after hours and said they would have someone who is on call contact me but no one ever did. I am still waiting on someone to reach out this morning. When you spend this much money on a house, everything should work the first time.

Excellent experience with the sales team and the construction manager cooperating with me on all inquiries.

Great home and service after closing. Brain was our sale's rep. He was very good in helping us close the deal. Jason was or builder's rep and he was just fantastic! Only complain was about the community HOA management. We had a very bad experience. They don't response and we couldn't get hold of anyone to help access amenities.

Josh, Chris and the entire team were awesome to work with. We love our Beazer home!

We love our Beazer Brazos Model home in Union Park. We moved from Connecticut and we were looking for a place in move-in conditions. Our new house is perfect and has everything we wanted and more. I am in love with the high ceiling and windows in the living room. Is like living outdoors . We were able to close in 2 weeks and move quickly into our new home thanks to the Beazer team. Every question and requests were taking care timely by the Beazer team.

Overall the Buying experience with Beazer was good but had some bad experience with Design studios.

Beazer completed built with great quality ontime as they promised. My builder and Sales Person were amazing and they gave me regular updates on my house construction.

Process were very smooth right from signing initial contract document till closing. Sales person were also helpful in finding our dream home as per our need.

I recently moved into an inventory home. The whole process took 30 days. I’m loving my new home and neighborhood so far! I would recommend Beazer to those looking to purchase newly constructed home.

Recently bought this house from Beazer homes, we had some minor issues and we called Beazer homes to resolve the issues and I can honestly say from the beginning of the call to the end of the work every one get involved in this went over and beyond his/her call of duty from 1 to 10 and 10 is excellent I can rate them 11 they met and exceeded our expectations
