My closing was messed up. In the morning of closing date I got call from construction manager that they can’t close it on the same day due tom some document didn’t received from city. They need to more pro active. When house was delivered to me it was not at all clean. I told several times and highlighted the same to my construction manager but no result. I am expecting better service from Beazer. I will already to recommend about Beazer to someone. Thanks

The sales people are adorable up until closing. Then you are full of surprises. The house was not cleaned properly, The bathtub looked like many people have used before full of scratches. The doors were not painted properly and dirty. One window did not lock, and the yard was a disaster . The sprinkler system leaked, The air is not working as it should and they still try to fix it after 2 months since closing. The insulation is not good and it started flying around the attic so I can see it through the vents. The yard is not properly done so when it will rain the water will run toward the ...

Overall, there are lot of delays with hardware in home, I’m still raising ton of warranty of tickets still there is no concrete dates on when it will be fixed. Outdoor lawn was not laid flat lot of puddle spots. Garage is a total mess with cracks and chips every where as they mentioned outdoor won’t be covered for warranty I have to adjust with it. Also lot of gap in entrance of home where beazer mentioned it won’t be done again.

Pooir Communication and poor follow up

When we signed the contract to purchase, we signed for a garage. At closing the garage had been switched and a less attractive alternative designated. There was no recompense for the less desirable alternative. Also there has been very poor follow up on repairing/replacing items designated at the final walk through. We have been in the house for going on 2 months and there are several items that have not been corrected. For example, on a cabinet door to be replaced, the contractors have made an appointment 3 times and never showed and, in fact, didn't even call. Also, there are several ...

Everything went pretty well up until moving in. The day of closing the stairs still had not been stained but I was assured it would be done by the time I moved in later that day. When I arrived later that evening to move in I noticed the stairs were the wrong color from what I selected in the design studio. I immediately emailed the builder to let them know of the discrepancy. Additionally the stairs were still wet so it created a mess as the movers moved in furniture. Several days and emails later, I had to push back very hard to get the stairs re-stained to the color I originally selected ...

I bought a home from Beazer and it wasn’t a good experience. I consider myself a good customer and go with the flow. The few questions I had during constructions were ignored. My one request to replace a bad board where my tv was going to be mounted was ignored by the lead builder. Straight up ignored me when I asked about the board. And now that I have closed on the house Beazer won’t return my txt or calls. I think they blocked my number. I have been here couple months and still not receiving my mail. Post office says it’s an issue with the builder but I can’t confirm that since Beazer ...

The home buying process was fine, no issues there. My issue with Beazer is they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale. I purchased my home in October and prior to closing I gave the builder a list of things I needed fixed/repaired before closing. He assured me everything would be done but when I closed it was not. To start, my doorbell did not work, I did had huge, deep scratches on two of my cabinets in the kitchen that was not there prior to viewing the house initially. Poor Home Building Experience with Beazer

I would not build with Beazer again. I had a bad experience dealing with the sales office where the sales manager stated that they would match a price drop in backlog sales. The amount was much smaller than what was promised. The builder was not flexible at all on the home construction. Little things like the height of a fire place mantle or length of the fence was not customizable. I'm still having ongoing issues with punch items identified in walk through that have just been finished, approximately 3 months after I closed. Unfortunately, the agent we were dealing with was removed for whatever reason which is understandable, but his replacement April didn't seem to understand professional courtesy. She absolutely refused to respect boundaries. She continuously called the buyer (myself) and when I requested that she speak with my agent, she would disregard my request and treated my agent with disdain. I really appreciated the extensions when it came to closing, but she wasn't pleasant and she continued to make unprofessional suggestions. The homes appear to be over priced as the quality is average and we've had issues, minor, from day one. Specifically the AC unit leaking, lights in the bathroom going out, and the fireplace not being properly placed in the wall. Also, the homes in the area have dropped about 25-50k which is indication that the homes could've definitely been sold for cheaper.
