Plumbing, electrical and carpentry work was poorly done.

They constructed my highland, master bathroom counter top with 2 broken piece, underneath the bathroom sink is already leaking barely a month of moving in, electricity switch for the fan and light in the living room is not working. They are very pricey and their work is below standard.

Title: Disappointing Build Quality: A Review of Beazer Homes I recently moved into a Beazer home with high hopes for a comfortable and well-built living space. However, within just one month of moving in, my enthusiasm quickly turned into disappointment due to the numerous issues we encountered. It is disheartening to say that the build quality of our new home fell far short of expectations. First and foremost, we discovered a staggering number of issues that should have been identified and resolved prior to the home's handover. From minor cosmetic flaws to more significant issues like ...

We strive, with every new home we build, to provide outstanding customer care and a quality of work you can be proud of. We are sorry to hear that we may have missed the mark this time. While we aim for perfection with every home, we understand there may be occasions where some items require extra care after closing. We are thrilled, however, to see that your local Beazer representatives have been able to work with you to provide some resolution to your concerns. They lack on communication, they will tell you house is ready for closing but upon checking lots of things are incompleted and Ofcourse broken too. Now that we are in the home we have an array of issues from flooring, sub-flooring, poorly installed cabinets, damaged tiles, roof leaks, damaged countertops, drywall cracks/water damage, incorrectly installed doors…the list goes on…we are essentially living through a renovation vs the turn-key home we were expecting. The house was obviously not cleaned, big muddy boot prints left in the carpet, drywall dust all over everything, nails and screws had to be picked up up all over the property. We worked with very nice people that did not tell us the entire truth throughout the process. We have been in our home for over a month with the sloppiest new home finish ever. Once you close, forget about customer service. Also, we've built with three builders and Beazer is by far the worst at paying attention to details.
