My process had some personal hiccups but the end result was a stellar home built by a stellar builder! Frank & Don made the selection & process that much smoother! Beazer family forever!

My experience building with Beazer Homes was excellent. Both Katy and Todd kept on top of things for me since I was moving from Michigan to Texas. Todd has been especially on top of things needing refining since I have moved in my new home. I would highly recommend Beazer Homes.

First of all I’d like to praise Don, the Construction Manager. He’s gone above and beyond for us in ways he shouldn’t have had to. Our initial experience was with a salesman named Ryan. We fell in love with the floor plan before we even arrived so it didn’t take much for us to sign a contract. During that process we negotiated for a fridge and specifically chose a fridge & agreed on it. Ryan wrote the contract. Over the next few days Ryan sent us several versions of the contract because our real estate agent kept finding mistakes he’d made. Apparently Ryan got transferred to another location after that but for some reason he continued to be our point of contact instead of transferring us to the other salesperson, Frank. That would have been the right thing to do because Ryan continued to drop the ball. Fast forward to our celebration walk. The fridge they bought was the one we said we absolutely hated (the water spout is on the inside of the door and impossible for my 5 year old to use). We were assured that they’d make it right but we were backed into a corner with closing being only two weeks away. They came back and offered a few hundred dollars off closing which we had no choice but to accept because they refused to correct RYANS mistake despite admitting we did nothing wrong. So we ended up having to buy a new fridge out of pocket and that money off closing didn’t come close to what it cost. We end up moving in on time and I spend the next 3 weeks trying to get water & trash service set up. Do you know what it’s like to move in somewhere and not have trash cans for 3 weeks? We were instructed to leave the bags on the street, which would get ripped open every night by animals. Leaving it in our garage in hundred degree temperatures made our garage smell like a landfill. It was awful and despite calling and emailing daily it took every bit of 3 weeks to get this resolved. Who even has time for that? Then the water heater goes out 4 times in one week & they tell me I’m going to be out of hot water for 5 days while they order a part. So now I have to live in my own filth with trash everywhere??? Again, Don to the rescue. He let us put our trash in a construction dumpster and called the plumbers and insisted they get the parts for the water heater before the holiday weekend. Don saved this experience 100%. Our friends are moving in soon and they talked to Frank about the water/trash situation and he told Them the reason I had so many issues is because Ryan didn’t do what he was supposed to do before we moved in. It was his job to notify the HOA of our move in so they could get accounts set up and trash cans delivered. Once again, Ryan dropped the ball and we paid for it. The unfortunate thing about this whole thing to me, is that Beazer didn’t make it right when their employee screwed up. As someone who deals with upset customers every day, I know the value is making sure the customer is taken care of at the end of the day especially when one of my employees makes a mistake. Beazer made homebuying easy for me. Im a first time homebuyer and the sales consultant was patient, knowledgeable about the brand and outgoing. The home sold itself. The work and detail were amazing. The builder was transparent, and educated me on every detail. I've been in my home for 45 days and had very little issues. The issues I have experienced were handled expeditiously by the builder and warranty center. I am beyond impressed and happy. Beazer made my himebuying experience truly easy and rewarding.

Joe and Tyree are awesome. Very helpful throughout the whole process and very quick to respond to questions.

A very comfortable process from start to finish, my home was clean and complete at closing.

My experience this time in buying a Beazer home has been excellent. Janel, my new home counselor, guided me through the whole process and the builder, Joe, was the most thorough I've seen. They both have been so responsive, friendly, and truly dedicated to provided a quality experience for their prospective homeowners.

In the end we are very happy with our home. The process not so much. The sales staff was wonderful and deserves 5 stars. Todd the building supervisor kept on top of the build going above and beyond what he should have to do and deal with and deserves 5 stars as well. We’re it not for Todd being involved and on top of things constantly it scares me to think how many things would have fallen between the cracks or left undone. He makes the build quality happen and for that we are extremely grateful! It was so fun being able to pick all of the finishes and then watch it come together. My experience was great from start to finish. Caroline in the Sales office was so kind and always accommodating. My construction guy Garrett sent me weekly updates and was always there for me when I had a question or concern. In fact, he is still there for me even though I moved in over a month ago. He has been great to work with! I recommend Beazer. They are a top-notch class act.

The Gatherings is a perfect home for us. The right space in the right location. Wendy was awesome as we went through the sales cycle and the team after the sale has been so helpful.

Was very pleased with the entire process. Was kept abreast of progress during building and post sale was superb.

The team was very helpful from not only purchasing the home but understanding everything from how things work and how to maintain. They always made themselves available not only during the purchase but afterward also.

When we are building a house and request for touching up and etc., the majority of the construction person, Rob, is saying no or it's fine. Not only for that, but their service was also rude and not supportive. The process of building a house was a nightmare experience for me and my family. Even after building the house, the services aren't great. We love the community but Beazer wasn't a good experience at all.

The process was smooth.
