People at Beazer were very open, cooperative, honest, and forthright throughout the entire process of buying my home. I would like to recommend them to anyone interested in buying a home in that area.

We will be excited when we move into this wonderful property but we are still waiting until the war is over against corona hoping soon to happen.

We build with Beazer in Melissa,TX and from day one we loved our sale person Bryan, He is very knowledgeable and is not pushing you to buy but rather talking and working with your need to see if a Beazer home will be great for you and yes they have a model for every need. the house was build very fast and he is was very upfront about the process and what we should expect. we had a great experience with the constructor man Trevor, very good attention to detail during the construction and they took every complain that we had a fixed it. The only add on that i Beazer should have is to have 3D modeling at the design studio so that the client can have a better idea of what the final house will look like since no more changes can be made 2 weeks after there. I almost did not like the color of our kitchen cabinet but after the house was completed, i loved them. I LOVE MY HOUSE that now i have no problem not being able to go out lol. ... More

I AM NOT HAPPY WITH HOW THE EXPERIENCE ENDED UP. I WAS NOT GIVEN CORRECT INFORAMTION REGARDING THE SWING OF THE HOME, WHEN I BROUGHT IT UP I WAS TREATED SO BADLY BY THE SALES PER AND HER BOSS. THEY OFFERED NO HELP AND ACCEPTED NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR GIVING ME WRONG INFORMATION, ABOUT MUDPAN, THE KITCHEN AND THE SWING OF THE HOUSE.

We worked with very nice people that did not tell us the entire truth throughout the process. We have been in our home for over a month with the sloppiest new home finish ever. If We had known the quilts of finish out before we purchased, we would have never bought a Beazer home. Lazy and sloppy is how I would characterize the workers. Most of the interior of home needs to be repainted and that is unacceptable for the amount of investment this was.

We’ve had an excellent experience with Beezer for the most part. The only exception is that we asked for some things to be fixed before we moved in and not all of that was taken care of.

Very happy with the house. Beazer really stand behind their product and make sure you are happy with your purchase. The warranty has been working well for us so far.

Nail heads were not flush on the door frames, fireplace. I can see the nail heads on the woodwork. Garage door frame has a big gap and no caulking. Counter tops on master vanity and kitchen seams are very obvious and not smooth. Tile floor is not level.

Awesome floor plan and great house for the money. My only wish is they would have paid a little more attention to the little details a little better to make it a 5 star home. Great to work with.

Worst new home I have owned (this is my 4th new home). Track home quality, fit and finish is terrible, nothing cleaned before being painted, all trim is rough, cracked, paint looks like a 2 year old did the work. Several cracks in walls after just 2 months. What a disappointing home. No builder pride in work and no quality control. Area is nice but home is rated at a 1 out of 5. If you want a nice home keep looking. If you want a low quality track home this is it.

My wife and I bought a Beazer home after considering doing a remodel of our previous house. We decided to go with Beazer because we liked the floor plan, the sales person, the quality and craftsmanship of the model homes. Unfortunately the craftsmanship of the house we bought is very poor. Our close date was pushed 3 times because the house was not ready. It's been almost 2 months and we are still working out issues the builder agreed to fix prior to closing. We decided to buy new so we wouldn't have to chase contractors to finish a remodel project however we are still dealing with that headache of coordinating repairs. My experience with Beazer homes was one of professionalism, patience, education, and consideration. Josh was the sales representative for Union Park. I met with him and discussed what I was looking for in a home, along with the type of neighborhood I would like to raise my daughter. Foruntauately, for me, Josh had a house that was in my price range and sat on a great lot. Josh was very accommodating, answered all my questions in regards to the area that I would move to in the near future. I never felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman when talking to Josh; he made sure I was pleased with everything. He even suggested for me to use their in-house mortgage consultant Ana. I was hesitant at first, thinking I had already secured a better rate with another lender, but I gave Ana a call and thank god I made that call. Ana is superb at her job, although she works at a large bank, she does not treat you as just another number. She was understanding and patience with me, walked me through the process, along with what to expect at every stage of the lending process. She made sure to explain everything to me in detail. She was fantastic. This my first time purchasing a home from this builder so I did not know, how well they stood by their product until I met Chris. I conducted my walkthrough with Chris to identify any discrepancies before I close on the house. The walkthrough with Chris highlighted a few things about him and the builder. First, he showed pride in the home as if it was his own, anything that I pointed out he made sure to take care of it for me. The items were mostly cosmetics. Second, he was very professional, astute to my needs and concerns. Third, the pride that Chris showed me throughout the walkthrough sessions display the same pride and diligence that the company puts forth into their product. Lastly, after closing, Chris called me several times to check and made sure I was satisfied with the home. This builder is not the type that gets you to the closing table and disappears, the team here at Union Park wants to make sure you are happy with your home. ... More
