Had a nice experience with Beazer Homes purchasing new built home. Well informed and co-ordinated. Could be better with the options in Design Studio and they could have suggested more useful option items bit more in detail, so the buyer can understand how important the options are. Overall a good builder :)

I had a good experience in buying a new home built by Beazer homes.

Quick buying process. Great location

The home buying process was fine, no issues there. My issue with Beazer is they will tell you whatever you want to hear just to make a sale. I purchased my home in October and prior to closing I gave the builder a list of things I needed fixed/repaired before closing. He assured me everything would be done but when I closed it was not. To start, my doorbell did not work, I did had huge, deep scratches on two of my cabinets in the kitchen that was not there prior to viewing the house initially. There was mortar missing from the brick on my patio, the light in the utility room didn’t work like at all, there were runs in the brand new carpet, the door handle on the pantry door broke off, the toilets in both of the bathrooms downstairs were full of urine and had stains all over, the floors were filthy it was just not a pleasant experience moving in. The builder told me the home would be cleaned prior to closing and getting the keys, that did not happen. The smoke detector alarm batteries were old and needed to be replaced which to me was weird since it was a brand new home. The builder told me that he would fix any and every thing wrong even after closing and to call him any time. Half the time I called or texted him he was unresponsive. While some of the items were addressed there is still a lot of unresolved issues. It seems like they only care until you close then after that you’re on your own. I received a call a few weeks ago from Sanjeev asking me to complete a survey and rate it 4 stars but I told him they did not deserve it since Burt is unresponsive to all of my concerns. He assured me that he would personally reach out to me weekly until all of my concerns were addressed and he would send a cleaner to my house as courtesy since when I moved in it was not done. Well, 3 weeks later and I haven’t heard from either of them since. Very disappointing, the home itself if beautiful but I just wish I had a better experience with the builder afterwards. Moving into a brand new home, I don't Expect to have to call or need anything fixed for at least 6 months to a year. Hopefully no one else has had the same experience with lack of customer service, I do not recommend beazer when it comes to their customer service and client support. They only care about money and slapping houses together as quickly as possible. ... More

After a few minor issues with closing, Beazer Homes and The Lender went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied with the buying and closing on our BEAUTIFUL BEAZER HOME. Nothing but love.

Overall experience was very smooth and excellent

We love our new home built by the Beazer team. Every aspect of the process was clearly explained and fully carried out.

We were first time home buyers; we nervous & apprehensive. However, the Beazer homes team at Sutton Fields, Brian Latta & Charles Cleveland helped make our home buying process less stressful. They were very informative; addressed our concerns in a timely manner. They personalized & simplified the home buying experience for us. We especially like weekly updates during the construction phase & the new home orientation

The home buying process was very easy

Once you close, forget about customer service. Also, we've built with three builders and Beazer is by far the worst at paying attention to details. It's the small things in the house that make it a home and the workmanship and attention to detail is very poor. We spent hundreds of thousands of dollars and expect a perfect home.

Good service all round

Right from beginning I got very good inputs from sales rep although I was new to home buying. I visited few houses that were being built at that time to get better idea of different options in the house. Design center was also helpful and the house was built right on time! Would recommend it to others!

Ask as many questions as you need and they’ll answer the best they can! Enjoy the whole journey from picking your lot to closing day! Beazer is a great builder and we are excited to create new memories in our new home.

The whole process was a good experience - tension free. The whole team of Beazer home worked together to cherish our dream - to own a beautiful home in this nice neighborhood.

I am so glad I bought my house from Beazer, the house is perfect for me and the customer service so far has been exceptional

I understand that when purchasing a new home it’s not always going to be 100% perfect but this home had a TON of cosmetic issues. First, we called the contractor who promised to fix everything as soon as possible. A week went by and nothing got done. Then they sent their warranty guy to take a look and he said that there were a lot of issues and promised to get it done as soon as possible. My husband and I had to watch vendors come in and out of our home multiple times within the next few weeks with sub par work done!! The vendor themselves said that they were told to do minimal work and to just get it done!! We have one of them recorded. We had our plumbing taken out twice because apparently the wrong color counters were ordered. The tubs were all scratched up and the vendor told us that he would need to refinish both of them because they were too scratched up to do anything about. Cabinets, floors, kitchen and bathroom counters needed work as well as the front door!!! After all that I ask for some compensation for our wasted time and they said they don’t do that. Not only that but I had asked the corporate office to tell the warranty guy not to come into my home because I was uncomfortable with him and he came in anyway while some vendors were doing work. Neither I nor my husband let him in! And not only that he apparently had a trainee with him and didn’t ask permission for him to be in our home. I told my husband and he went and ask who he was. The warranty guy proceeded to yell at my husband so I asked him to leave so then he told the vendors to leave as well!! He was trying to twist my arms and say if I leave, the vendors will leave too. The VP of sales was actually on the phone with my husband at the time and when I told him what happened, his response was “you’re exaggerating” and he also asked what the big deal was since other vendors were already there. I don’t know about you sir but I don’t let random people in my home! He was roaming around!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! ... More

I Love my New Home, the Subdivision, I'm just in love with everything

this was my 1st home, and I could not be more happier with my experience, 1st day was crucial for me because that day was THE DAY! that me and my wife took the decision. i am so happy with Beazer home employees, they make me feel special from the beginning 'til today.
