I moved in to my new Beazer home in November, 2018. The building process was a nightmare. I have built 3 homes before this one, including one Beazer home in 1993. That experience was a good one, as well as the other two builds. This one was a nightmare from the beginning. First, they told me my air conditioner would not fit on the side yard, which they had to know from prior lots in the area and lot size. But of course waited until i had put money down on the lot and was non-refundable. They changed my closing 3 times late in the process after i had given notice at my apartment complex and ...

Unfortunately, the agent we were dealing with was removed for whatever reason which is understandable, but his replacement April didn't seem to understand professional courtesy. She absolutely refused to respect boundaries. She continuously called the buyer (myself) and when I requested that she speak with my agent, she would disregard my request and treated my agent with disdain. I really appreciated the extensions when it came to closing, but she wasn't pleasant and she continued to make unprofessional suggestions. Beqzer communication and customer satisfaction is poor. We have to follow up on every stage and communication is reactive. Flexibility and quality of service also poor

I recently bought a home from Beazer in the Glenview community in frisco. Overall, I am happy with the final product & service. We closed on time & everything went as expected, except one issue related to my fence. Apparently the city notified Beazer few days prior to my closing that the board on board fence they put up won’t be allowed & it had to be replaced with wrought iron fence. Beazer failed to inform me, I closed & 2 months later I was told that city is going to enforce this & I had to comply. We came out just to see what your homes looked like as we were originally considering the Founders Park community in Euless since it was close to where we work. We were impressed by the area, community and amenities we bought here that same day we were “just looking”. Staff was excellent from sales to construction supervisor.

Would Not Recommend Nor Build Another Beazer Home

My experience was so frustrating, it is difficult to summarize. I'll say that there was no attention to detail. A level and tape measure would have gone a long way. Near closing, when something was pointed out and rectified, more problems were created. For example, the floor people didn't care about the texture on the walls. The tile people didn't care about the counters, and on and on and on. Near, and even after closing, as soon as one crew left, I noted damage to other areas of the house. Wife's dream home

We lived in our last home 23 years. My wife always "liked it" but never loved it. I had moved to the Dallas area ahead of the family, and located the house. It was time for her to get to a home she loves. Beazer provided that. she was involved in the design selections, chose the model that best fit her, and was included in all aspects. The company, and the staff here in our development were great- and she can't stop raving to our friends.

Not Happy At All

Frankly, this was not a good purchase for us. Too many issues too soon. So many imperfections and the materials used are of poor quality. I got a used jet tub, cracks in the wall and something with the heater door that needed replacing. Please hire workers that cares about their work. And, to top it off, in the process of having it built, one of the workers took a dump and left it in the closet. Wished we had gone with another builder

I believe that the little things were problematic but nothing really big. I would be good to have your sales team know the products well and provide the customer some areas on the house they may wish to take a closer look when going to the design center. The design center personnel did a great job and our experience was hindered with the fact that my father in-law passed on that day during our visit. With that said I think that areas of lighting and bathrooms could use a quick show and tell of what a customer will get if they make no changes. This would be helpful when dealing with customer ...

We have been in our new home for almost 2 months now. We are pretty settled in and we are happy with the construction of our home. We had some minor issues which have been or are being addressed. How not to treat future home owners

When buying a new home or having one built, remember the builders are not your friends. They will make promises and you will want to believe them but when it comes down to it they seldom keep any promises. I'm hoping the warranty department will change my opinion but I'm not holding my breath. And the final walk through is a bait and switch. They will have the place a mess (even though they say it will be cleaned) so that your attention is not where it should be. I have spoke to several neighbors and they have all said the same thing. IF your not happy with what you find DO NOT SIGN!

Keith was our builder, Travis was our salesman and Sebastian is our warranty rep. From the beginning our experience has been spectacular. We were told that we would be contacted weekly abiut the progress and we were. Keith has been amazing and he built an amazing home. Travis was always available and followed through with everything he said. Sabastion has just started the warranty process but has been amazing as well. We have had No issues and I highly recommend Beazer to anyone wanting to build a home.

Driveways are too-short.

My wife and I really like Devonshire. We also love our Beazer Home. When we lived in our other house in Grapevine, you could park 2 cars on one side of the driveway, not even coming close to the side walk. It is not that big a deal. Just wish the driveways were longer. Thank you
