I've bought a couple of houses before, and this has been without a doubt the best buying process I've ever had! The thing that we've had very, very small issues on has been figured out within a day or two max. It's been the most pleasing process that I've ever dealt with. The house is incredible! It feels like everything in the house was high quality, well made, and better than anything. The service has been incredible! Kyle has been helping us, and I've never worked with a builder that is so good. The issues are fixed within minutes. Even when an option fell through another option with enhancements was provided and felt seamless.

The back door was built to swing outward. Thus, hinges are on the outside which creates a huge safety and security concern! I reported this to builders and CEO, asked to have it fix but was denied, said it's built to their policy and code, but in checking with Royse City code, I was told there are no codes for hinges. I had to fixed ASAP due to security issue. I sent email requesting reimbursement , provided fix receipts, but was ignored. Sad.

Jackson the Construction Manager for Beazer's Bayside community has gone over and beyond these past 45 days after closing on my townhome unit. He has been very responsive and sincere in wanting to take care of any missed work and imperfections. His offering to touch up after the move-in was very valuable and he has continued to be a great resource in answering any building/construction questions so I'm a more informed home owner. I highly recommend the Beazer team and give a 5 star review for my great home buying experience.

Our home buying experience with Beazer was genuinely exceptional. From the very beginning, Slater and Chris made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Their communication was consistent and clear, keeping us updated at every stage and always making time to answer our questions. We felt supported throughout the build, and their professionalism and attention to detail gave us complete confidence in the final product. Overall, Beazer — along with Slater and Chris — made what could have been an overwhelming process easy.

From the warm welcome at our initial meeting through contracting, design center selections, and the construction process, every step was explained clearly and handled with professionalism. On the sales side, Kaylee consistently went above and beyond to answer my questions. On the construction side, Keith delivered the home on time and kept me informed with weekly progress updates, which I greatly appreciated. At delivery, he took the time to thoroughly explain all of the home’s major systems, ensuring I felt comfortable. After speaking with 8 different home builders my wife and I came across Beazer Homes and we're glad we did! We were first time home buyers and the Beazer representative Ethan was able find use the perfect home, realtor and lender to make the deal work for what we were needing. And to top it off the home is energy efficient and built to high standards from what our inspector advised us. John with Beazer was also extremely helpful with any questions regarding the build of the home itself. I highly recommend going with a Beazer home if you're looking for a great experience.

The team at Beazer homes was absolutely amazing to work with. Our builder and new home counselor was very attentive to our needs and was always available to answer questions every step of the way. Our builder went out of his way to make sure everything was done on schedule, and he made sure to check up on us even after we moved in. The team was also very responsive when it came to submittimg warranty requests and completed them in a timely manner. We would love the opportunity to work again with Beazer in the future and wish them the best!

It was awesome just knowing that you would be building a house to my expectations, which gave me great confidence throughout. describing the quality and value of my new home, I feel that the overall value is good. However, I've noticed that the paint quality could be improved. Specifically, it doesn't seem to be a high-quality paint that is easy to clean, which is a concern for the long-term durability and maintenance of the home. Big House - Big Stove: a home of this size (5Br / 4BA) should be equipped with a larger stove. The current stove is super small, which makes it challenging to cook using all four burners at the same time. This is something I feel could be changed to better match the expectations for a large house. Regarding the builder's team, my experience was overwhelmingly positive. Both my builder and sales person were awesome. They kept me informed through the whole process and were always timely in answering all my calls, which was greatly appreciated. ... More

Jay, the Construction Manager, was straightforward, responsive, and ensured everything met expectations. He kept me updated and handled issues quickly. Dee Dee, our sales rep, was straightforward, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. Both made the experience smooth, and I appreciate their professionalism.

Nice people to work with. Generally nice home. I would say that the attention to quality detail is sub-par. Many items at close which should have been address before turning over the keys were clearly issues that should have been taken care of but were not. It would have been like a buying a new car and receiving it with 3 tires. Simple things that went missed. Which is an indication of the level of quality of their contracters and follow up. All these items were ultimately addressed only after I called it to their attention but it should not have come to that.
