Christian $ Steve are great! Everything went very smooth throughout the building process and Christian was very informative and always kept us in the loop. We have been in the home for about 7 weeks now and are loving it. We would definitely recommend these guys here at Beazer Homes!

Our home buying experience was amazing. Nathan communicated well throughout the process and was easy to reach out for questions or concerns.

This was our first time buying a brand new home. It was actually a spec home that was being built in the neighborhood and was pretty far along when our realtor found it. We didn't get to pick any of the features, but we were happy with everything our house had. We were also impressed with everything the house came with such as gutters, sprinkler system, everything energy efficient. The support after purchase and closing was very impressive. Brewer the construction manager was amazing. First he was able to get the house finished a couple days early which meant we could close earlier. At the walk through, Brewer already had a bunch of things marked before we showed up for our walk through. We had to have a second round of punch out items fixed and he took care of coordinating all the appointments. Even when I would forget to reply to a vendor, he would send me reminders. If I ever had a question about the house, all I had to do was text Brewer. While we didn't start this house from scratch, we are really pleased with our Beazer house and everything it came with. From the time we met Steve we were welcomed with open arms. He was inviting, knowledgeable and always available and still is. Christian too is a Godsend. He was always punctual, polite and prepared. Even when we experienced a challenge he met with us to discuss, review and resolve with a proactive approach. These 2 gentlemen are extremely valuable to the team and played a major role in helping add us to the Sycamore Cove Community. I am very satisficed w/Beazer home particularly after occupying the home. My choice is correct and accurate choosing Beazer home as my option. The house construction quality is great. The floor plan marvelous , The Construction Engineer Gregg Horton ( Lakewood Hills) has ensured the best outcome an highly responsive to address the customer requests. Even sales (Sanjeev) and maintenance team is very responsible for customer queries and addressing their needs. I would say I am lucky to get a better quality, better floor plan, better warranty support /service at Beazer.

Just when I thought I was dead in the water she went into " beast mode" and kept on looking until she found me a lender that suited me. The whole process started off strong with Steve in the sales office. He went out of his way to answer all my questions, walked me through homes, and made sure I ended up with the house and lot I wanted. Steve stayed involved throughout the full project, helping answer questions and keeping me up to date with build. The design studio did a fantastic job helping me stay within budget and get exactly the look I wanted. As someone who is design challenged, I was worried about making selections however, Brittany did a great job. My project manager, Christian, was exceptional. Our experience with Beazer was seamless and more than expected. We were out of state and unable to look at our home in person. Our salesman, Frank, went out of his way to provide several videos and answered many questions, along with our agent, for us throughout this process. Additionally, the price of the home and closing costs were adjusted and covered to meet our needs. As for the home itself, we are very satisfied. We do wish there were a few more storage options but we are happy with what we purchased. All items found in the walk-through to be fixed and been taken care of or will be.

Everything’s are ok and the house look nice

Over all buying process with Beazer homes went very well. Everyone is very knowledgeable in team and help full. Also home quality is very good.

One thing that scared us before going with Beazer was wondering if the process would be difficult or easy. Well honestly we had a great experience and Beazer made it really easy for us. Kevin who sold us the house was really helpful from the beginning and was quick to answer any questions or assist with any concerns. Corey who helped us with the majority of the building process was great in explaining every detail and helping us have the best experience and best house for us. Also, the design process with Brittany, she made my wife feel seen and heard as to what her vision was.
