Nathan was great help during the whole building process. He answered all the questions we had during the construction phase and after we moved in. He took care of all the issues during walk through and after move in. Beazer Home customer service is quick and reliable and take cares of all the warranty issues quickly.

Build quality is very good.

Hunter was exceptional throughout the process. He is very attentive and proactive when resolving issues and ensuring that tasks and projects are effectively completed. Even after my wife and I closed on the home, he was ever present in helping us fix minor issues that came up.

From looking at the model to completing our home, it was the best decision we ever made. Our home was ideal for us. We love it.

Our experience with Beazer was great, we were given weekly updates on progress of our home and Hunter continued that service after closing addressing any issues we had very promptly. I would highly recommend Beazer to anyone in the future.

I had booked home with Beazer and Garrett was assigned builder for my home. He took care of most issues reported and closed us on time. There are few pending stuffs post closing for which he responds on time and working with vendors to get them fixed and/or corrected. Overall it is a nice experience to work with him.

Starting with Steve, the sales associate, to Christian, Carson & Chloe, we were informed every step of the way through the building process! Kept informed and updated on the process & any questions we had were promptly answered.

We had a fantastic experience with Beazer and everything went incredibly smoothly from the day we walked into the community office. Kevin and Cory specifically were great to work with and answered every question we ever had and addressed everything promptly. Made a stressful time (moving/buying a new home) much easier.

The busing process was smooth and professional. After sales service has been really good and the home is impeccable except a for few minor issues. I'd highly recommend Beazer

Harry and Rob have been the best. They were actually more helpful and available than my realtor! I appreciate Harry listening to our urgent needs and being there for us. As first time home buyers, Jill (New home counselor/sales) and Chris (Construction Manager) made the process go without a hitch and kept me updated every step of the way! Christian $ Steve are great! Everything went very smooth throughout the building process and Christian was very informative and always kept us in the loop. We have been in the home for about 7 weeks now and are loving it. We would definitely recommend these guys here at Beazer Homes!

Our home buying experience was amazing. Nathan communicated well throughout the process and was easy to reach out for questions or concerns.

This was our first time buying a brand new home. It was actually a spec home that was being built in the neighborhood and was pretty far along when our realtor found it. We didn't get to pick any of the features, but we were happy with everything our house had. We were also impressed with everything the house came with such as gutters, sprinkler system, everything energy efficient. The support after purchase and closing was very impressive. Brewer the construction manager was amazing. First he was able to get the house finished a couple days early which meant we could close earlier. At the walk through, Brewer already had a bunch of things marked before we showed up for our walk through. We had to have a second round of punch out items fixed and he took care of coordinating all the appointments. Even when I would forget to reply to a vendor, he would send me reminders. If I ever had a question about the house, all I had to do was text Brewer. While we didn't start this house from scratch, we are really pleased with our Beazer house and everything it came with. From the time we met Steve we were welcomed with open arms. He was inviting, knowledgeable and always available and still is. Christian too is a Godsend. He was always punctual, polite and prepared. Even when we experienced a challenge he met with us to discuss, review and resolve with a proactive approach. These 2 gentlemen are extremely valuable to the team and played a major role in helping add us to the Sycamore Cove Community.
