When we started our home buying process, we had certain features in mind and when we stepped into our home for the first time, we knew - This is it, this is exactly our dream nest we had in mind. No second thoughts or delay. It was a straight forward hassle free process. Amber patiently explained every single aspect of their homes and she’s such a sweet person. She kept us informed of every single process and schedule promptly until closure. The construction manager Kyle is such a friendly person, he is always available over a text or call whenever we had something to be taken care of. He patiently explained us in the walkthrough sessions and very knowledgeable. Appreciate both of them following up now and then. We always feel proud of choosing Beazer Homes when everyone leaves a compliment saying “Very nice and beautiful house”, we knew we made the right choice. From the very first day I came across beazers homes. We felt in love with their designs. Amber and scarlet are amazing. They were there every step of the way. The whole process was soo smooth, and this is our first home and I must say, it was smooth and straight forward. I just love everything about beazer home. I definitely recommend

Joel and John were great. This was our 4th new build and it is by far the best experience we’ve had.

Your designers obviously don’t live in the type of homes they design. You need to have them walk through newly completed homes to see the real life interpretations of their designs. Specifically the bathroom stalls are terrible. Anything lesser than a 4ft x 4ft should be a travesty.

I had the greatest team that was attentive to my needs and request. They ensured that the foundation being built would be nothing less than amazing! Colton was by my side through the building process and made sure I understood everything taking place from the beginning to the end. I’m forever grateful for him. From the time we contacted the builder until today, a couple of months after closing, communication has been top-notch. Christian and the team were highly professional and followed up on the minor details to keep the process smooth and make us comfortable and happy. I Couldn't ask for a better team. I would highly recommend the builder. The team and people makes them standout.

Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

My experience with Home buying at Beazer homes turned out good choice and hassle free. Sales Manager Sanjeev is transparent from buying to closing. He is a good mentor for new home buyers.

If you are considering buying a Beazer home, you will get a well constructed home. The building supervisor, Colton did a great job at seeing that our home was a quality built home. He addressed our concerns and questions. The appliances in the Beazer homes are below standard unless one upgrades them. We purchased our home after it was framed therefore no upgrades were allowed except for flooring. Our side by side refrigerator doors and door handles were uneven. A repair person was sent out and he was able to align the doors however not the handles. The handles were still slightly uneven. We were told that the handles were within tolerance, therefore nothing else would be done. The washer is of poor quality which does not lend to a good quality washing of one’s clothes. There is not dispensers for the detergent and softener. The detergent and softener are poured directly into the washer tub. The softener has not affect on your clothes since it goes in and is rinsed out with the detergent. The toilets are builder grade and not the ADA height. A few weeks before we closed, my husband suffered a stroke and seizure. After that is when I realized that the toilets were not ADA height. I asked if the toilets could be switched out to ADA height toilets because of my husband’s condition. I was told that could not done because we were within a week of closing. We were willing to pay for the toilets. It wasn’t like we were asking Beazer to bear the cost. My response to them was “Gosh sorry my husband didn’t plan the timing of his stroke and seizure to fit into your time frame”. Being unhappy with the quality of the refrigerator, washer and toilets, i spoke with the Area Manager to try to reach an agreement regarding our dissatisfaction. Still not being satisfied with his response, I asked to speak with the area manager’s boss who is the VP of Operations. I received an email from her, not a phone call. Due to this being an unprofessional manner to respond to an unhappy home owner, I responded to her email and asked that she please call me so we could further discuss my concerns. I never received a call from her. This is totally unacceptable customer service. While Beazer builds a quality home, beware of the quality of the appliances and toilets. Be especially aware of their lack of concern for an unhappy home owner and lack of customer service. ... More
