Its my first home and I am Loving it..

Having Brewer as our PM has been a great experience through our whole process with his weekly updates and when we moved into the home of making sure everything has been smooth. He has been very good a setting everything to be fixed in the house on things we didn’t catch until we moved. Brewer has been outstanding.

Everything is great. Everyone is great. We know that everytime we do have an issue, that Beazer is behind us 100%. We have nothing to worry about.

My wife and I bought our first home and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Caroline and John kept us up to speed on every step of our home build process. Our home is beyond what we expected. We live the energy efficiency that Beazer homes has.

Chris is a great guy who wants to have everything done in your home to your satisfaction. Jill and Theresa were also kind in buying the home.

I had good relationships with all the stuff brewer,Ryan… they provided me details whenever I contacted them. It was easy going the whole process. Specially BREWER he is is helpful .

Theresa was wonderful. She kept me informed ever step of the way. My spouse passed before closing and the whole Beazer team was great,especially her. She answered all my questions without delay. She is a great asset to Beazer.

Overall good experience right from beginning of design and construction. Most flexible to accommodate the changes requested. Quality of the build and materials used is good.

I highly recommend Beazer Homes. The standard features are fantastic, tank-less water heaters, granite countertops, tech shield roof decking, and more. I was truly impressed with the build quality of the homes. I had the opportunity to follow my home through the entire construction process. The lumber was better than anticipated, foundation was solid, pex tubing was used for water lines (to name just a few), and the craftsman ship behind the build was solid. All the build material was sourced from high end companies like Dal-Tile, Johns Mansville, and Boise Cascade. You can attribute the quality of the build not only to the quality materials, but the on hands approach and expertise of their Construction Manager Christian and his associate Carson. From the very beginning, we were greeted with handshakes, smiles, and honesty. Steve, the "sales guy" was welcoming, upfront, and explained every detail of the transaction in great detail. He provide more than enough information (more information than I thought I needed myself), in order to make a solid informed decision. The combination of these three individuals (Steve, Christian, and Carson) exemplifies what dedication, customer service, and relationship building is about. The buying process was easy. Wendy at front office was good at keeping me informed. The title company did what they said and in a timely fashion. The few issues that needed addressing after move-in was noted and taken care of. Ashley, Community Assistance Director has been a delight to work with. You can ask her any question and she will find the answer for you, even if it not in her scope to solve. Most of all, the other homeowners have been welcoming and helpful. I think I’m going to like it here.

Our construction manager, John, was thorough in taking down the details from us(the home buyers) and also in following through all the design requirements with the contractors. This made our experience in home buying and building a lot easier.

We are highly elated to have purchased our new home with Beazer homes. They made sure to accomplish everything possible. Also, the follow up post closure showed they indeed care about their customers. Every single detail were noted down and completed per requirement. Staff and customer interactions are good and well handled. Also understood the customer requirements and acted on it. 1. First interaction is with Caroline from New Home Counselor she did really a wonderful job in following up and sharing all the details when we were looking on specific requirements and preferences in lot selections. 2. Brittany from the Design Studio has taken care well and provided good suggestions in a professional way when we are in the Design studio selection options. 3.John and Kelly both Construction Managers were very good and provide regular updates on the status. Beazer has been exceptional right from the time when we did our option selection to the time we got our keys. Yes, there were some pandemic infused delays and back orders but Greg was very patient with us in helping us understand what is happening with the construction process and what the next steps are.

The overall home buying experience was great. The sales team and builder were very helpful. Still a few small issues that need to be resolved but our home is beautiful and well built.

I bought a beautiful condo in The Gstherings in Allen, TX. Any new build usually need a redo of something usually small. The road to repair/replace seem a little bumpy at first, but Beazer listened and went over and above at getting things fixed! Thank you Tracy and Ashley!! I love my Beazer home and community!
