Disappointed in the quality of the Beazer Home. Certainly not up to the standard I expected. People were friendly but had little work with. The lack of operating and warranty documentation was a concern The QR codes that were given were inactive. All in all I picked out Beazer because I expected a quality product. I was disappointed. No different than all the other builders that cut corners.

My experience with Home buying at Beazer homes turned out good choice and hassle free. Sales Manager Sanjeev is transparent from buying to closing. He is a good mentor for new home buyers.

The home is beautiful and what we wanted. It was a super easy purchase through Guild Mortgage. The Beazer team were great.

Building my home with Beazer was an incredible experience from start to finish. Greg, my construction manager, was professional, attentive, and executed every aspect of the project with care and precision. Every step of the process felt seamless, and I was kept informed and involved, making it an enjoyable journey. I couldn’t be happier with the final result—it’s everything I dreamed of and more. Thank you Greg for helping us move towards this next chapter of our life.

If you are considering buying a Beazer home, you will get a well constructed home. The building supervisor, Colton did a great job at seeing that our home was a quality built home. He addressed our concerns and questions. The appliances in the Beazer homes are below standard unless one upgrades them. We purchased our home after it was framed therefore no upgrades were allowed except for flooring. Our side by side refrigerator doors and door handles were uneven. A repair person was sent out and he was able to align the doors however not the handles. The handles were still slightly uneven. We were told that the handles were within tolerance, therefore nothing else would be done. The washer is of poor quality which does not lend to a good quality washing of one’s clothes. There is not dispensers for the detergent and softener. The detergent and softener are poured directly into the washer tub. The softener has not affect on your clothes since it goes in and is rinsed out with the detergent. The toilets are builder grade and not the ADA height. A few weeks before we closed, my husband suffered a stroke and seizure. After that is when I realized that the toilets were not ADA height. I asked if the toilets could be switched out to ADA height toilets because of my husband’s condition. I was told that could not done because we were within a week of closing. We were willing to pay for the toilets. It wasn’t like we were asking Beazer to bear the cost. My response to them was “Gosh sorry my husband didn’t plan the timing of his stroke and seizure to fit into your time frame”. Being unhappy with the quality of the refrigerator, washer and toilets, i spoke with the Area Manager to try to reach an agreement regarding our dissatisfaction. Still not being satisfied with his response, I asked to speak with the area manager’s boss who is the VP of Operations. I received an email from her, not a phone call. Due to this being an unprofessional manner to respond to an unhappy home owner, I responded to her email and asked that she please call me so we could further discuss my concerns. I never received a call from her. This is totally unacceptable customer service. While Beazer builds a quality home, beware of the quality of the appliances and toilets. Be especially aware of their lack of concern for an unhappy home owner and lack of customer service. ... More

Beazer’s commitment to Zero Energy Ready Homes was the biggest reason I decided to purchase with Beazer. From someone who works in the industry, Beazer has separated themselves from the pack. We recently purchased a beazer home (summerfield) which was delivered to us in the promised timeline. The process end to end was pleasant and we had no issues working with the different personal involved. All of them were courteous and responsive to any questions/concerns that we raised. Both Christian and Sanjeev were honest and open about the build process and pricing. Shoutout to Christian for working with us patiently to address all of our concerns and also making sure to deliver a quality house for us to live in. He was constantly in touch with regards to build timelines and made sure all the tasks were on track for competition. He was excellent to work with. The only enhancement we would suggest is for the design studio to have interactive software for us to play around with the available options. From the beginning to the end everything was smooth and easy. I remember on day one walking in and being so nervous. Mark made us feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. During the building process Sean was always happy to answer any questions we may have. He truly went above and beyond to make our house exactly how we wanted it. Thank you all so much.

Although hindsight has never worn a pair of glasses it’s safe to say if “Building with Beazer” is your first or your fifth you can for sure trust the process. We never had a chance to wonder or worry. Like clockwork John would keep us informed with progress updates that were far beyond an update. From messages, photos, to drone footage, it was one of the most exciting times of watching our home come together. Joel, just wow! I still wonder how a human being can be so calm, so polite, so understanding and most importantly so caring. If we had a concern of any nature he would always go beyond listening and “take care of it” the best way he could. Our home is everything we envisioned it to be. John L the builder was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable when it came to our home. He kept us up to date every week and every step of the way when it came to the progress of our home. John also was very helpful even after we moved in. He came and looked at things when we had questions or issues. Can say enough great things about john L.

Although few issues remained after closing, the construction manager is very active and helpful in resolving every problem.

It was a Great experience

This is our second beazer home and I have to say they have really stepped up their game! Kim our sales rep was always responsive even at late hours and is on top of her stuff. The builder Kelly was very helpful as well. Granted she is very busy but took care of our requests as soon as available. We loved working with them and would highly recommend Beazer as an efficient and modern style home. It beats trophy’s sales team and builders by a mile in this area.

Considering these are mass-manufactured homes, my house was built with decent quality and quite a few extras I was happy to have. Definitely better than all of the other home builders in the area.

We are very happy that we got a wonderful house that we dreamt for. Beazer homes helped us in all the phases right from the sales, construction, closing etc... Construction quality is also good and they helped with all the touchups as well whatever we reported. Our experience was very satisfactory and I thank each and everyone in the Beazer team.
