The entire team we worked with for our new home purchase were so friendly and professional. From working with our Sales Manager, Design Studio Counselor, Construction Manager, Warranty Manager, and to the loan officers with the preferred lenders, everyone was so helpful and responsive to make our home buying experience as smooth as possible. An extra shout out to our Construction and Warranty Manager who have been awesome to make sure all is well. As someone who is very detail oriented, our Construction Manager made us feel heard and was quick to respond and address any concerns we had. The experience has not been so pleasant, I thought this would be a joyful experience since this is my first new build purchase but after I moved in then all the saga began from having a gas leak that I was subjected to living in the home with for 2 months and slowly being poisoned until my hero the warranty mgr sent someone out to check the smell and a leak was discovered due to Beazer negligence of forcibly installing an oven that the delivery company stated that did not fit upon arrival, it was forced in place which caused the leak and damage to the oven. Dealing with issues I should not be as purchasing a new home lights wired together from the utility room and pantry, no electricity in the utility room which caused no power in the doorbell, no light in the utility room, ventilation system didn't work for weeks, bugs coming under front and back door from improper sealing, garage door going down noisey due to hard stucco substance in tracks I had to have scraped out, annoying gnats getting in the house, it's just being a horrible ordeal….noisey ceiling fans…. I didn't spend this type of money to have to go behind and spend more money correcting issues that should have been done properly from the start. ... More

My experience was really nice. Mike built me a beautiful good home. Craig and Shawn were very supportive in making sure information was shared. My neighbors are really pleasant and friendly. Shopping is really nice plenty to do.

The buying process was smooth and seamless. The construction process was excellent and we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the job site during construction.

John and Wes are very helpful, and thanks to their prompt response on any request.

Our home building experience was overall just okay, but the final cosmetic details missed the mark. Specifically, the house was painted during freezing temperatures, which led to poor adhesion, cracking, and peeling. The drywall texture and paint finish also look rushed and lack attention to detail. While the structural process went fine, the closing process was frustrating. Despite notifying the construction manager about these issues early on, we were repeatedly told to "trust the process." Ultimately, they rushed us to closing without completing the necessary finish and paint work, claiming it was too late. I recently purchased a home in Goodland from Beazer Homes and couldn't be happier with my experience Craig showed me the house and i fell in love with it instantly.
