Great experience overall with Beazer. Jay was great to work with, he was very knowledgeable and we loved the weekly updates that we got from him!

The experience was great, everything was explained and our questions were answered. The whole team (Shawn -Sales person, Brittany - Design Center, Mike - builder, and Mason) was very helpful and made us feel good.

It was a very pleasant experience and would recommend Beazer for those looking to build their first home. They provide so many option to make your home to fit your needs and wants as well as answer any questions or concerns.

Travis, Jay, and Joseph are awesome!!! They answered every question I had and guided me every step of the way throughout the build. Great team!

From the very beginning, when I started looking at homes in this neighborhood, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He guided me through the whole process, was professional, did a warm introduction to Mike, who oversaw the building project from beginning to end. Mike provided weekly updates and recaps, and was always very professional and ended up extremely ahead of schedule. He has gone above and beyond even after the close of the sale of the house. Beazer Homes are definitely one of the top notch builders in the metroplex with fine finishes and excellent quality homes. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jay and the team at Beazer Homes. Jay was always helpful, thoughtful, and responsive in answering our many questions and navigating the process for the first time home buying. Also My realtor Justin Joseph to find my family's dream home and we cannot recommend them enough.

This is my first experience buying a new home from a builder and Beazer was great in walking me through the process and was always responsive and patient with my questions and calls. There were a lot of delays due to supply chain issues that were beyond Beazer’s control but they kept me up to date and accommodated my schedule for closing

The purchasing process went great. Anytime our lender or someone had a question Shawn from Beazer always answered in a timely manner and our communication through out the process was great. The builder Mike took care of any problems big or small in a timely manner. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend anyone to Beazer. The whole Beazer team was great , Shawn in sales was great , Mike the builder was always around to answer our questions and even the Beazer warranty department was great and very helpful in helping with any issue that came up

Buying a home now is not an easy task. But the team at Beazer Homes made it almost seamless. They recognized how important a new home was to our family and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted for our home. The team was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the building process. My family and I love our home and are happy at the amazing attention to detail from the builder. As a first time home buyer, Travis was great to deal with. In some aspects, he acted as a mentor in the buying process. He personally answered all of my questions along the way. Most issues that arose along the way were addressed. My advice to potential home buyers, if possible, have any issues addressed prior to closing. Beazer homes warranty department has been responsive in addressing all issues post closing, but unless you are available to every contractor’s schedule, the third party contractors don’t accommodate your schedule well.

From the sales rep to the builder responsible for overseeing the construction of my home is without a doubt the best experience. They were always available for my questions and listened to my concerns. Things were addressed and corrected immediately. I now have a beautiful home and know that it is of high quality and ready to keep my family safe and secure for years to come. Thank you, Kenneth, Kevin, and the Beazer Family.

Great home buying experience with Beazer homes. They had a good team and were very prompt in keeping us updated with the delays.

We bought this home when all materials were back ordered and delayed so it was frustrating when we had to push the closing date back multiple times. They accommodated to us especially since our rates were raised since we were not able to lock in timely. But the home itself is great and the options and upgrades were great. It’s a lovely home, just unfortunate timing with the delays.

From beginning to end the build process was low stress with no surprises. The Actual build managers are thorough and professional with an understanding of customer service. The Sales representatives are friendly, supportive and very responsive.

Enjoyed working with a great and friendly team. From the home buying process, to the design center, to the building phase, made everything in the end just worth it when we finally walked into our new completed home.

The communication during the whole process has been great. Janel and Keith were always available to answer any questions we had. Also we were happy with the warranty center for how quickly they responded to an issue with the a/c.

During our home buyer experience , we ran into a small snag and Erin was there to walk us through the process. Great customized service is what my wife and I experienced! After getting the keys to our new home, I can’t say enough about Keith , who is always available to answer question! The buying experience and post buying was and is awesome!
