We had a great home buying experience. Craig in the sales office throughly explained the process and our contractor, Jay, kept of informed of progress along the way. Both were always available for any questions or concerns we had.

Jay has been awesome as a builder. His attention to detail is beyond great! He is timely, great with follow up! We've never been so served by any builder like Jay...he is the epitome of a consummate builder.

Jay was very hands on with construction schedule, progress, and getting all the punch list items completed. Beazer wasn’t kidding about the energy savings. My electric bill is a 1/3 of the price of my previous home that was similar in size. They build a great product and have great service.

We love our home and had wonderful support throughout the building process. After moving in, the warranty support was absolutely awesome. The Beazor team was always helpful, responsive, and supportive. Fantastic experience and I recommend them highly!

Working with Beazer was a great experience and we’re very happy with our new home

Overall the experience wasn’t terrible, but there were so MANY issues and problems that it made the experience unpleasant. It wasn’t one terrible issue, but rather several small issues constantly. The quality of the finished home also didn’t match what I felt I paid for.

From the very beginning, when I started looking at homes in this neighborhood, Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He guided me through the whole process, was professional, did a warm introduction to Mike, who oversaw the building project from beginning to end. Mike provided weekly updates and recaps, and was always very professional and ended up extremely ahead of schedule. He has gone above and beyond even after the close of the sale of the house. Beazer Homes are definitely one of the top notch builders in the metroplex with fine finishes and excellent quality homes. We recently had the pleasure of working with Jay and the team at Beazer Homes. Jay was always helpful, thoughtful, and responsive in answering our many questions and navigating the process for the first time home buying. Also My realtor Justin Joseph to find my family's dream home and we cannot recommend them enough.

There were significant construction delays in the building process. This was not due to COVID as other builders had much faster progress and turn around times. Several items were installed incorrectly, and I had to make weekly visits to monitor progress and point out items that needed to be fixed that were missed by the construction manager. The end result is very nice; however, it took a lot of work and pressing with the construction manager to take my concerns seriously and fix what needed to be fixed.

Awful experience overall! First, the title company they use, First American Title Insurance Co was awful to deal with. Second, Beazer Homes either rushed or delayed completing the home as per their convenience and did not heed our requests. They also did not adjust price of the house to be in line with the market as the housing market was declining rapidly. Finally, the pre-delivery home inspection was acceptable (notionally) in terms of expectations, however, they did not properly and thoroughly clean the house. Shortly after a few days of closing, as we had not moved in yet, my realtor visibly noticed dust throughout the house including the wood floors, cabinets, windows, and countertops. I had to pay $200 (discounted price) for a thorough cleaning of the house. I sent text messages to the salesperson and the supervisor responsible for completion/delivery of the home, but did not receive any acknowledgement, response, or a resolution. Regretfully, I had given 100% rating on the feedback after the closing based on their request. I am glad this review opportunity came so I am able to express my concerns and dissatisfaction.
