This is my first experience buying a new home from a builder and Beazer was great in walking me through the process and was always responsive and patient with my questions and calls. There were a lot of delays due to supply chain issues that were beyond Beazer’s control but they kept me up to date and accommodated my schedule for closing

Mike just wanted to slap the house together to get it completed so everyone could get their bonuses. Then have everything fixed under warranty.

The purchasing process went great. Anytime our lender or someone had a question Shawn from Beazer always answered in a timely manner and our communication through out the process was great. The builder Mike took care of any problems big or small in a timely manner. Overall the experience was great and I would recommend anyone to Beazer. The whole Beazer team was great , Shawn in sales was great , Mike the builder was always around to answer our questions and even the Beazer warranty department was great and very helpful in helping with any issue that came up

Don't believe a word they say. They make promises they do not intend to honor. Avoid these people!!!

Buying a home now is not an easy task. But the team at Beazer Homes made it almost seamless. They recognized how important a new home was to our family and went above and beyond to ensure we got what we wanted for our home. The team was very responsive to our questions and concerns during the building process. My family and I love our home and are happy at the amazing attention to detail from the builder. Special thanks to Travis for helping us achieve our goal of having a beautiful place to call home.

Pavement at the entrance already has several cracks in it. My lawn front and especially the backyard is nothing but weed, little bit of grass infront Badly fitted back door. Might as well leave door open for big spiders and other pests. It’s at least 1/8 inch gaps between door and door frame. When we call, it’s always someone else’s area to address the issue The shower always leaves poddle of water on the bathroom floor, every time. I was happy and would have given at least a 4 star, until I actually moved into the home

As a first time home buyer, Travis was great to deal with. In some aspects, he acted as a mentor in the buying process. He personally answered all of my questions along the way. Most issues that arose along the way were addressed. My advice to potential home buyers, if possible, have any issues addressed prior to closing. Beazer homes warranty department has been responsive in addressing all issues post closing, but unless you are available to every contractor’s schedule, the third party contractors don’t accommodate your schedule well.

As any new homeowner we were concerned with how Beazer would be after our home was delivered with several item incomplete, would then put us on the back burner, I can honestly say that Justin has not only come through with the promises that were made but gone out of his way to insure that our concerns were addressed and we would be taken care of. Kudos on there customer service after delivery

From the sales rep to the builder responsible for overseeing the construction of my home is without a doubt the best experience. They were always available for my questions and listened to my concerns. Things were addressed and corrected immediately. I now have a beautiful home and know that it is of high quality and ready to keep my family safe and secure for years to come. Thank you, Kenneth, Kevin, and the Beazer Family.

Great home buying experience with Beazer homes. They had a good team and were very prompt in keeping us updated with the delays.

We bought this home when all materials were back ordered and delayed so it was frustrating when we had to push the closing date back multiple times. They accommodated to us especially since our rates were raised since we were not able to lock in timely. But the home itself is great and the options and upgrades were great. It’s a lovely home, just unfortunate timing with the delays.

Office personnel were so great. The communication was excellent. If they were busy they return my call right away. I love my house. What make me unhappy was the problems they had to fix after I moved in. My questions is Why the builder do not check the jobs done once the contractor finish it? Why does it have to wait until the owner see it? There were small details that should have been fixed right after they done, because they were noticeable. I missed work time to come home to keep the appointment with the repair personnel.

From beginning to end the build process was low stress with no surprises. The Actual build managers are thorough and professional with an understanding of customer service. The Sales representatives are friendly, supportive and very responsive.

I was not happy with build of home. A lot pf mistakes were made,but covered with sloppy detail. I wanted things foxed correct first time ans wasn't. Still ha ing AC issue after they been out 3 times and refused to listwn to my wishes after I hired my own AC man for second opionion. Advised how to correcg problem,and still only made there minor adjustments which still havwnt fixed problem. I was not happy with built of my home nor would recommend to anyone.

Enjoyed working with a great and friendly team. From the home buying process, to the design center, to the building phase, made everything in the end just worth it when we finally walked into our new completed home.

We are updated regularly and any questions we had were answered quickly. Everyone we had contact with are very helpful.

Beazer has great floor plans that will meet the everyday life for your family needs. They build homes in great locations and utilize the space in the house really well. Janel was great throughout the home buying process and Keith kept the home building process on time without compromising quality. Bethany has been great as well working with us on any warranty items. She listens, follows up, and remains in constant communication with us when required. Beazer has a great quality product and value their word from start to finish. Thanks

Pay close attention at your walk through. Missed rush work/pointless mistakes during the walk through and now having to request for warranty repairs.

My home was subpar quality. They rushed at the end to finish deadline, so they could earn quarterly bonus. They did cut corner and my home was subpar quality: scratches all over the home, cracked floors, grouts were missing, doors still have holes and not paint correctly, and list go on etc.

The communication during the whole process has been great. Janel and Keith were always available to answer any questions we had. Also we were happy with the warranty center for how quickly they responded to an issue with the a/c.
