I just love our forever family home. I wasn’t too happy with our first starter home. As soon as I walked the model and talk to Sharon in Wellington neighborhood I knew this was home. Sharon and Keith were beyond amazing and I’m very thankful for them.

We recently built a home with Beazer and so far we love the floorplan, features, and location. Typical of many new construction homes, we’ve had some small cosmetic and mechanical issues that we’ve come across that required attention from Beazer. The warranty request feature on their website is dead simple to initiate and the couple of times I’ve used it, resulted in a call and scheduled service within a couple of days. I was delighted with the home buying process from the whole team from the begining to the end, from Sharon to Keith. Keith calls me every Monday to give me an update on my home, and even when I didn't answer my phone, he left me a message. Sharon, the best sale person of the century. She is very good at her job. I feel like it is a passion for her, not just a job, and you can feel it in the way she interacts with you, the customer. I love Beazer homes because of my experience with Sharon and Keith, and I will not stop telling all my friends about it.

Craig and Bethany was a huge blessing to have while me and my wife was making the transaction of purchasing our first home together. Being first time home owners these 2 did a great job of answering all questions that we had and made it a smooth process for signing paperwork to picking up keys after closing. In all great and memorable experience for both me and my wife to remember. I would recommend Beazer again as the have a lot of amenities that others do not offer.

Started with just a lazy Sat afternoon, taking a drive. Came across this new division. Took 1 tour loved the presentation, went to our old house slept on it literally 48hrs later made the commitment to sell our old home and buy here. It felt like a custom home for us because we purchase when it was only wood and foundation slab. Watching our house turn into a home was a lovely experience. As any new homeowner we were concerned with how Beazer would be after our home was delivered with several item incomplete, would then put us on the back burner, I can honestly say that Justin has not only come through with the promises that were made but gone out of his way to insure that our concerns were addressed and we would be taken care of. Office personnel were so great. The communication was excellent. If they were busy they return my call right away. I love my house. What make me unhappy was the problems they had to fix after I moved in. My questions is Why the builder do not check the jobs done once the contractor finish it? Why does it have to wait until the owner see it? There were small details that should have been fixed right after they done, because they were noticeable. I missed work time to come home to keep the appointment with the repair personnel.

Overall we are enjoying our new home even with a few design flaws that we couldn’t change when building. We’re waiting with anticipation to see how efficient this house will be in the winter, so far it’s doing pretty well with the summer heat. Hoping to be here for many years.

Perhaps my perception of buying a new home was that all agreed would be ready before the final walk prior to closing. However, it was not the case for us but Beazer has done what they can to close out the open items within short amount of time. My suggestion to all buyers is to ensure that you frequently visit your home during the build and look thru your contract to ensure all agreed buy you and the builder has been done. Overall experience was good with Beazer however, Christopher our builder was rude to my wife and father in law when conducting walk throughs. This business should be all about customer service and he should keep that in mind.

Overall building process was okay. I just kept finding little things that needed fixing. They would come fix them under warranty. But my sprinklers were leaking slowly underground for a whole month and my water/waste bill was $800. Beazer came fixed the leak but refused to reimburse me for the bill, they said that’s between me and the water company. The water company doesnt adjust it so now I’m out of $800 for Beazer’s mistake

Overall the experience wasn’t terrible, but there were so MANY issues and problems that it made the experience unpleasant. It wasn’t one terrible issue, but rather several small issues constantly. The quality of the finished home also didn’t match what I felt I paid for.

Long Process that required oversight of builder

There were significant construction delays in the building process. This was not due to COVID as other builders had much faster progress and turn around times. Several items were installed incorrectly, and I had to make weekly visits to monitor progress and point out items that needed to be fixed that were missed by the construction manager. The end result is very nice; however, it took a lot of work and pressing with the construction manager to take my concerns seriously and fix what needed to be fixed.

Pavement at the entrance already has several cracks in it. My lawn front and especially the backyard is nothing but weed, little bit of grass infront Badly fitted back door. Might as well leave door open for big spiders and other pests. It’s at least 1/8 inch gaps between door and door frame. When we call, it’s always someone else’s area to address the issue The shower always leaves poddle of water on the bathroom floor, every time. I was happy and would have given at least a 4 star, until I actually moved into the home

I was not happy with build of home. A lot pf mistakes were made,but covered with sloppy detail. I wanted things foxed correct first time ans wasn't. Still ha ing AC issue after they been out 3 times and refused to listwn to my wishes after I hired my own AC man for second opionion. Advised how to correcg problem,and still only made there minor adjustments which still havwnt fixed problem. I was not happy with built of my home nor would recommend to anyone.

It started off good then things went haywire. From the appliances being stolen, closing date moved a few times, My great interest rate snatched from me, it could have been better, there was just too much going on I believe if John and Todd had stayed on the experience would have been much better as far as customer service goes., but at least I closed better late than never.
