It started off good then things went haywire. From the appliances being stolen, closing date moved a few times, My great interest rate snatched from me, it could have been better, there was just too much going on I believe if John and Todd had stayed on the experience would have been much better as far as customer service goes., but at least I closed better late than never.

During our home buyer experience , we ran into a small snag and Erin was there to walk us through the process. Great customized service is what my wife and I experienced! After getting the keys to our new home, I can’t say enough about Keith , who is always available to answer question! The buying experience and post buying was and is awesome!

As time is passing after closing in our home, the “We are here” even after we close is simply a lie. Just another transaction and its sad to know that its the same regardless of the builder. We have not received responses from our builder, area manager, the warranty person isnt helpful either. He pushes to always say it isnt covered, but did I really have to pull the warranty myself, screen shot, to show him it is? Now those issues are soon to be fixed. But had I been trusting, we would’ve settled on bad work. The corporate office calls to check on our first survey, not helpful either! I have called back 4 times and no call back! The second time I called the lady said Roland went on vacation and was going to have someone call me and never did. that call was on 3/1. All of you are home owners or want to be. It goes back to treat people the way you want to be treated. If you can do the very least and care about your job, its a sign you need a new one. ... More

This builder was amazing to work with. From our first tour of the model, to signing the contract, design center, and the build process everything was fantastic. We were well informed the entire time and felt like we mattered to them. Janel, Keith, and Brittany in the design center did an outstanding job.

I know how it is with these mass builders. Slap it up as quickly as possible. Cut as many corners as you can. Close and move on. While it varies from job site to job site, my experience with Beazer was very positive. Could I have built something better with another $100-200k going custom? Sure, that’s probably true. But I had multiple inspectors that I brought in on my own and they both agreed the worksman ship was very good. Beazer was more than happy to accommodate inspection and they’ve been very fast to respond to my warranty requests so far. I am thrilled to have chosen Beazer and they’re a huge improvement compared to my last builder (Pulte). ... More

The communication was excellent throughout the entire process!

We really enjoyed our building process. It was a little slow (60 days) to get things started and pour our foundation, but once they got rolling things starting to fall together really quick. From the day our foundation was poured until we closed it was 90 days, so that part went quick. Anytime we addressed an issue during the building process that we noticed it was corrected quickly. Janel and Keith were great to work with and kept us informed.

The homes are well built with wonderful architectural design, which is set for a family and individual seeking family space. It's also a great area for peace and relaxation away from the inner city. The community and county are great with families who have children, by having graet school and keeping community maintain. The Beazer building developers are also there to help the elderly, who still want that quality home as well. Im very pleased to be a Beazer Homes owner. I'd recommend anyone who wants quality for a fair price.

Great quality and attention to detail. Had a great experience with construction manager. Design center appointment was a lot of fun and design studio counselor was very friendly and professional. Overall, this was our second time building and would do it all over again. Thank you Team Beazer!

We built with Beazer and our project manager, Keith, made it an incredible experience from start to finish! We got exactly what we wanted and were always in the loop thanks to Keith. If we move again, I’ll be reaching out to Keith to find out where he’s at because I’d love to work with him again. 5 stars across the board from us!

We started building with Beazer while living out of state, and although it was tough not being physically present during most of the build, we still felt comfortable thoughout the entire process. Keith has been the greatest asset! He kept us updated weekly, was always available and willing to make adjustements as needed. The quality is excellent and we are excited to be part of this new community!

The house is seems a lot bigger than we anticipated. So far everything works as it's supposed to being a new house. We did have a little issue with the sprinkler system and the warranty service came out in a timely manner and took care of the issue. We are very satisfied with the home.

Sharon, our main contact with Beazer Homes and Keith, who over saw the building process were always there when you need anything. Every question or concern that we had was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Keith, is very knowledgeable which made the build process very smooth any problem that arose were fixed. And I appreciated the fact that he would call every week to give us updates on the process. Overall it was the best building expense wee have had.

I just love our forever family home. I wasn’t too happy with our first starter home. As soon as I walked the model and talk to Sharon in Wellington neighborhood I knew this was home. Sharon and Keith were beyond amazing and I’m very thankful for them.

Very very Poor Customer Service. Not recommended for first time home buyer. It looks like they use poor quality materials for building. Poor door sealing system. AC system built poorly. Bedroom temperature does not match the rest of the house. It is too cold compared to rest of the house and same with master bedroom. It feels like there is no insulation, because bathroom stays colder than Bedroom and Bedroom stays colder than rest of the house. So, when i adjust the temperature for bedroom it gets hot in other parts of the house. And, my house is just 1 floor.

Beazer rushed me towards closing making fake promises and delivered none of them as of today(3 months past closing). Please start away

We recently built a home with Beazer and so far we love the floorplan, features, and location. Typical of many new construction homes, we’ve had some small cosmetic and mechanical issues that we’ve come across that required attention from Beazer. The warranty request feature on their website is dead simple to initiate and the couple of times I’ve used it, resulted in a call and scheduled service within a couple of days. I’ve had friends who built with other companies that have waited for a month at a time for issues to be fixed. I really appreciate the fast service and I hope the other Beazer owners are getting the same level of service. The house itself is very well built for the type of house it is. Might be slightly overpriced, but I think that is due to the location. We’ve had zero structural or major cosmetic issues to date, just small things the need adjustment or were overlooked at walk through. I hope to get another survey after the first year to provide a more accurate rating of my experience, but so far, Beazer has exceeded my expectations... ... More

I was delighted with the home buying process from the whole team from the begining to the end, from Sharon to Keith. Keith calls me every Monday to give me an update on my home, and even when I didn't answer my phone, he left me a message. Sharon, the best sale person of the century. She is very good at her job. I feel like it is a passion for her, not just a job, and you can feel it in the way she interacts with you, the customer. I love Beazer homes because of my experience with Sharon and Keith, and I will not stop telling all my friends about it.
