Awful experience overall! First, the title company they use, First American Title Insurance Co was awful to deal with. Second, Beazer Homes either rushed or delayed completing the home as per their convenience and did not heed our requests. They also did not adjust price of the house to be in line with the market as the housing market was declining rapidly. Finally, the pre-delivery home inspection was acceptable (notionally) in terms of expectations, however, they did not properly and thoroughly clean the house. Broked promises and shoddy work

Don't believe a word they say. They make promises they do not intend to honor. Avoid these people!!!

Bad quality and cutting corner.

My home was subpar quality. They rushed at the end to finish deadline, so they could earn quarterly bonus. They did cut corner and my home was subpar quality: scratches all over the home, cracked floors, grouts were missing, doors still have holes and not paint correctly, and list go on etc.

Poor Customer service

Very very Poor Customer Service. Not recommended for first time home buyer. It looks like they use poor quality materials for building. Poor door sealing system. AC system built poorly. Bedroom temperature does not match the rest of the house. It is too cold compared to rest of the house and same with master bedroom. It feels like there is no insulation, because bathroom stays colder than Bedroom and Bedroom stays colder than rest of the house. So, when i adjust the temperature for bedroom it gets hot in other parts of the house. And, my house is just 1 floor.

Worst people ever

Closed the house at the end of June, wasn’t complete, they never gave me time for final walk and said all the fix will be done soon, not true still waiting for stuffs to be fixed. Sales lady (Erin) wasn’t helpful at all after the earnest money contract. Bad experience, if it wasn’t the location I wouldn’t have bought the house.
